Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt – nah am Strand und gleichzeitig ruhig zum Entspannen. Auch der Poolbereich war sauber und angenehm. Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Il est admirable de voir à quel point la Turquie accorde de l’importance à l’hospitalité et aux moindres détails. Les repas étaient délicieux, Les petites attentions comme la célébration d’anniversaire de ma belle sœur et les surprises dans la chambre ont rendu ce séjour inoubliable. W barze jednym i drugim wiecznie nikogo nie było zawsze był ktoś czymś zajęty i nigdy uśmiechnieci ! Nigdy byśmy już tam niw wrócili

Nie wszyscy mówią po angielsku, ale to nie jest przeszkoda, bo kierują albo do osoby znającej język, albo próbują w inny sposób rozwiązać problem. Wszelkie prośby zawsze są brane pod uwagę. Bardzo dobra cena do jakości. Standard pokoju w porządku, jedynie łazienka w pokoju wymagała już remontu i tutaj mały minus. Sprzątanie pokoju codziennie. Wifi ok, ale nie do operowania dużymi plikami w mailach nie mówiąc o gamingu, ale nie po to jedzie się na wakacje, prawda? :) Jedzenie w porządku, może mogłoby być bardziej urozmaicone, ale generalnie każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Łazienka w pokoju Dojazd do hotelu (wąska, zaniedbana uliczka)

Nu mi a plăcut faptul ca era extrem de murdar , am mers ghidată de recenziile de aici dar realitatea era total diferită . De când am ajuns , ni s a dat o cameră cu totul diferită de ce am rezervat și extrem de neîngrijită , la fel de mizerie era și în restul camerelor , inclusiv în camera ce ne a schimbat o . Nu era aspirat și șters pe jos , baia extrem de murdară și plină de rugină . Nu am cum să recomand acest hotel . Dezamăgită total !

Some of them do not speak English language but I did not have problem.with that. Always You will find a way to explain them what is your need. Food was more then ok. • Ali (5/5): Not going there again. - Near the beach. Kids really liked Water pools and slides (if operated). There are lots of things that was below expectations. 1. Food wasn’t good. Most of the time my kids were hungry as food has no taste. Sometimes we found food really cold. 2. There’s a bad smell in the lift and near pool area. We used stairs most of the time because of the smell. 3. They wrote the timing of the water slides 10am-12 pm& 14pm-16pm. But they didn’t bother to turn it on. Sometimes my kids keeps waiting for hours but the man kept saying no it’s from 11 am or from 3pm. Someday They turned it on only for 35 minutes. they should change the timing on their display or write whenever we feel good we’ll operate it. 4. Cleaning. We put the room makeover sign yet they just took the bins but didn’t clean anything. I was shocked how they didn’t even clean the bathroom. In 4 days no cleanings done. 5. We went outside and when we came back my room door and balcony door was open!!!! When I wanted to complain in reception but they don’t understand English. So we have to wait until next day when the manager comes. He listened and checked the cctv and then informed us next room door wasn’t working. So some staff used our room to go to other room to open the door. And they just forgot to close my rooms doors!!!! I felt the staff not trained properly. 6. Most of the staff doesn’t know English so it’s really hard to communicate with them. Only 1 lady staff was really good. She helped a lot. 7.Loud music noise all the time. In night time it’s hard to sleep because of the loud music.

• Anna (7/5): Dobra cena, ale čistota a celkové fungování hotelu pokulhávalo - Poměr cena / výkon, velká plaz kde nebyl mnoho lidi. Čistota v celém hotelu byla dost diskutabilní. Denní Uklid pokojů buď neprobíhal nebo jen velmi omezene. O některé služby musel člověk zadat. Občas bylo těžké sehnat ručníky na pláž, tobogan měl provozní dobu, ale bylo potřeba přesvědčit obsluhu aby ho spustila. Fitness jsme nenalezli, inzerovanou půjčovnu aut hotel nemá.
• Sergey (7/5): Normal for its price. - The client manager was very helpful. She reserved some food from the dinner when we wrote that we will have a late check in. It was very nice. She also found a great new room for us the next day when we came to complain about the smell in our room. The new room was with a sea view, it was big and bright. That is why my overall rating is positive, thanks to your client manager. The first room was badly cleaned, smelled awful. We came at night so it was not possible to change, we had to change it. The food in the restaurant was very basic, we did not like it. The beach was crowded and quite dirty.

• Iryna (9/5): - Отдыхали семьёй с 13 по 20 октября 2025 года. Очень понравилось всё! Отель красивый, белый фасад особенно эффектно выглядит вечером. Место живописное — горы, море, свежий воздух. Из окна был вид на горы и кусочек моря. В номере ежедневно убирали, всё чисто и аккуратно. Территорию тоже постоянно поддерживают в порядке. Питание отличное: вкусная еда, рыба каждый день, есть вегетарианские блюда, десерты просто великолепные. Несколько раз готовили шашлык и курицу-гриль прямо на территории. Фруктов немного, но для нас это не было проблемой. Пляж чистый, немного гальки у входа, но море тёплое и прозрачное. Номер уютный, санузел чистый, хоть сантехника немного пострадала от солёной воды. Анимация активная: игры, детский клуб, вечерние шоу и караоке. Атмосфера очень дружелюбная, без суеты и контроля. Очередей за едой нет, персонал вежливый и приветливый. Рядом базар с хорошими ценами и распродажами. Отличное место для спокойного и комфортного отдыха всей семьёй. Обязательно приедем снова! 🌺
• Наталья (7/5): - Цена = качество Не стоит ожидать от этого отеля высокого сервиса, если вы не готовы за него заплатить! Чудес не бывает! Пляж у отеля классный, с учетом того, что это Кемер! Преимущественно песок и меееееелкая галька, для деток хорошо! Чисто! Были на других пляжах в Кемере, что только в воде не плавало 😞 Кондеи в ресторане не справляются с жарой, еда простая, но голодными никто ни разу не остался. Мы были проездом в этом отеле, поэтому на 3 дня нам ок, но на полноценный отпуск я бы подумала ещё над вариантами, но надо понимать, к какому уровню комфорта вы привыкли.

Mein Sihn 8 Jahre hatte bei der Rutsche und am Pool seinen Spaß aber f - Die Lage, die Nähe zum Meer und das Zimmer mit dem Meer und Poolblick. Das Essen war überhaupt nicht gut. Immer das Gleiche und oft Reste von Vortag. Ich habe zwei Tage Magen Darm Probleme bekommen und habe aufgehört rohes Kost zu essen. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren manchmal befleckt und nicht sauber. In der Hotelbeschreibung und auf dem Serviceblatt steht, dass es Wäscheservice gibt aber als ich nachgefragt habe, ob ich Wäsche waschen kann, hiess es wir haben kein Personal dafür. Die Katzen an der ganzen Anlage fand ich störend aber das ist ja überall in der Türkei so.

• Benedict (8/5): Schicke Hotelanlage; Zimmer und Shuttleservice weniger gut - Das Buffet zum Abendessen wurde jedes Mal mit super viel Liebe ins Detail gestaltet und war super lecker. Das gleiche gilt für das Frühstück und Mittagessen. Auch die Poolanlage und der Strandbereich sind sehr schön. Der sogenannte "türkische Abend" wurde sehr feierlich mit großer Eistorte und Feuerwerk praktiziert. Besonders gut ist, dass ein Reiseanbieter für Tagesausflüge in unmittelbarer Nähe aufzufinden ist. Der Shuttleservice für die Abholung am Flughafen war eine Katastrophe. Seitens des Hotels wurde uns keine Nummer, Name oder sonstiges genannt, unter dem das Shuttle auffindbar wäre. Nach erneuter Anfrage kam nur die Antwort "Der Fahrer wartet am Ausgang des Flughafens auf Sie". Danke für nichts! Die Atmosphäre im Hotelzimmer war sehr unangenehm. Es gibt kein warmes Abendlicht, sondern nur helle kaltweiße Beleuchtung. Bettdecken gab es nur auf Nachfrage. Im Badezimmer kommt einem der Handtuchtrockner entgegen. Das Licht flackert.

I booked a standard sea-view triple room, and the view was absolutely stunning—truly a highlight of our stay. I must commend the housekeeping team for their exceptional work. Despite the hotel being busy with restaurants, swimming pools, and other amenities, the cleaning staff worked tirelessly, often until midnight, to maintain a spotless environment. The staff were consistently polite and helpful. We were travelling with a toddler, and they went out of their way to assist us, especially when we needed warm milk late at night. Their responsiveness and care made a big difference. The evening entertainment, including the disco and DJ, was an added bonus and created a lively atmosphere. All in all, I would definitely love to return and stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended! While our overall experience was excellent, there were a few areas that could be improved: Room Condition: We noticed some traces of rust on older metal fixtures in the room. A bit more attention to detail during cleaning could help maintain a fresher appearance. Hot Water Availability: During the early morning hours (around 4–6 AM), the water temperature was lukewarm. It would be great if the hotel could ensure consistently warm water at all times. Food Variety: The buffet offered a wide range of options, which is appreciated. However, we found it slightly challenging as I primarily eat chicken and my partner prefers vegetarian dishes. We’d suggest increasing the variety of chicken and vegetarian options to better cater to diverse dietary preferences.

Plaja curatica, sezlongurile putin cam obosite, dar e in regula. Din hotel este acces direct pe plaja ceea ce e perfect. Curatenia! Decand am intrat in camera am vazut usile de sticla ale balconului mozolite cum doar copiii mici o fac, atat usile cat si tablia patului. Am sesizat receptiei, a doua zi a trebuit sa insist sa fie sterse, le-au sters de msi bine le lasau asa. Baia este lipsita de o lumina care sa te ajute, tavanul se cojeste si are mucegai, scurgerea evacueaza apa cam cand vrea ea. Mancarea nu este rea dar este zilnic aceiasi, cu mici exceptii, in sensul ca macroul pe gratar nemancat la o masa primeste un sos de rosii pt cealalta masa.

Auswahl an Essen bietet der Dönerladen um die Ecke mehr. Die Wasserhähne waren verrostet, Klodeckel vom billigsten, fielen ab. Alles sehr unhygienisch und verdreckt in jeden Bereich. Die Handtücher wurden ab und zu gewechselt und Mülleimer geleert. Mehr an Zimmerreinigung war nicht. Hab mir sogar was eingefangen und musste mit Fieber und erbrechen zur Notaufnahme. Nie wieder sag ich euch…!

• Brijesh Kumar (1/5): Very Bad Stay - It has swimming pools for all ages. Apart from Pools we disliked everything. Toilets and rooms were badly maintained. Bathroom door was broken. Toilet seat was broken. The area under the bed was horrible like it was not cleaned since ages. While booking it was mentioned that room service is included, but when we asked at reception they said that they only clean once in 3 days. When we requested to clean our bathroom then we noticed that they used the shower towel to clean the toilet seat and basin. It was so unhygienic to stay there. We also talked with other family in hotel, they also had the same issue. We stayed there for 7 days and everyday breakfast was same. Leftover from Lunch and dinner was served the next day. No one could understand and speak English so it was the another big issue. A big No for this Hotel! Thank you

• Pouya83 (6/5): Adequate place for couple of days - Good service and friendly people! Everyone tried to help as they could all the time. I liked the program and entertainment. Quite simple but friendly like activities one have with the bigger family. The food was mediocre, both the diversity and the quality. I think if they invest a bit more in food, then they get a much better rank and review.

Some beds and furniture abandoned in corridors. Balcony had bo sun so couldn’t dry any clothes. Shower sometime had only cold water. Speakers are very noisy to little chance of an afternoon nap. The evening music was awful. Some nights were ok. Mirror in bathroom too low. The male and female toilet signs are confusing on the swimming pool level.

• Javanshir (8/5): - The hotel welcomed us warmly from the first time. We mentioned we were going on a honeymoon, so they decorated the room with roses and a wine and fruit platter. The hotel staff were incredibly supportive throughout our stay. The only thing we didn't like was the room service; it could be improved. The pool and sea were good enough, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food and drinks were also good, and breakfast was superb. However, the main courses were practically cold, so we think that needs improvement. There was plenty of entertainment. We didn't particularly enjoy the evening show; in fact, it wasn't for us. It was always for children, with the same scenes, and only a few different things were shown. We highly recommend the hotel for families with young children; they have everything they need to entertain them. Hotel bizi ilk seferden güzel karşıladı. Balayı için gittiğimizi belirtmiştik, dekore ettiler güllerle filan, şarap meyve tabağı da koydular odaya. Kaldığımız müddetce de hotel işçileri az kalsın hepsi çok destekleyiciydi. Bir tek o konuda oda servisini çok beğenmedik geliştirilr bilir. Havuz ve deniz yeteri kadar iyiydi, çok keyif aldık. Yemekleri ve içkiler de güzeldi, esas da sabah kahvaltısı superdi. Ancak ana yemekler adeta soğuktu, o geliştirilmeli diye düşünüyoruz. Eğlenceleri de vardı bir çok. Akşam şousunu çok beğenemedik, daha doğrusu bize uyqun değildi, hep çocuklar içindi ve aynı kareoqrafi, 1-2 sefer değişik şeyler oldu sadece. Ümumen küçük çocuklu aileler için hoteli çok tavsiye ederiz, onların eğlencesi için de her şey var.

• Achille (1/5): - Il Mare e bello Praticamente tutto non ci e piaciuto personale che non parla inglese solo un persona mo non capisce nemmeno bene pulizia orribile tutto dovevi chiedere di una volta per far pulire la camera hotel molto trascurato le piscine bollenti e sporche per non parlare della cosa peggiore il cibo orribile non sanno nemmeno cucinare un po di pasta poi sempre lo stesso cibo fatto in modo diverso con gli avanzi del giorno prima nessuno parla inglese e se qualcuno ha qualche allergia nessuno se ne importa anche perche non vi capiscono il cibo la cosa peggiore dell hotel abbiamo anche avuto un giorno degli snack tipo pizze e rustici con la muffa e siamo stati male io e miei bimbi evitate se potete poi per quello che si paga ci aspettavamo non un servizio da 5 stelle ma semplicemente un buon servizio ed ottimo cibo Personale non sorride mai ci hanno detto perche non guadagnano tanto solo la persona che lavora con le escursioni e stata molto affabile per il resto evitate

• DARIA (6/5): - Наличие горок и близость отеля к морю. Навес от солнца у моря -хорошо защищает от солнца. Было теплое одеяло, если спать под кондеем. Сам кондиционер хорошо управляем и можно выставить комфортные условия. Аниматор создает атмосферу всем, хотя мы не участвовали, но видели, как он старается что-то придумать. Музыка вполне, не раздражала. Номер был убит напрочь, особенно ванная комната. Смыв туалета не работал, приходилось снимать крышку смыва и колдовать руками, чтобы вода перестала течь. Карта-ключ номера проваливалась в отверстие для нее и не работала, приходилось танцы с бубнами устраивать, чтобы она держалась и работала. Номер был на заднюю часть отеля, где недалеко стоят мусорки. Вход в отель через эти мусорки, неприятно. Лестница горок не моется вообще, отчего вся грязь попадала в бассейн. Когда убирали со стола на кухне-возили неприглядные тележки с объедками между столами, иногда терли вонючкой тряпкой стол, пока ты ел (делала это только девушка с кислым лицом). Отель полностью ориентирован на турков, коих там толпы семей с детьми. Не убирают пляжную зону совсем. И в номере убрали один раз за 5 дней!

Если вы с постсоветского пространства вам будет вечером скучно. - Понравилось расположение возле моря, большой бассейн, большой ресторан возле моря и сцена. Еды много, но однообразно и самая обычная. Было грязно, номера практически не уберались, даже в день заезда были грязные полы. Музыка по вечерам либо турецкая либо старые хиты. Вообщем молодёжи будет скучно. Бар закрывался в 23:00 и даже купить алкоголь уже нельзя. Ах, да, мы там почистили кондиционеры в двух номерах)) Они не чистились наверно никогда! Кондиционер сразу стали хорошо работать.

• rachid (2/5): - Alors dès l’arrivée à l’hôtel, dans toute l’allée, il y a plein de grosses poubelles jetées négligemment au sol, qui dégagent une odeur répugnante et nauséabonde. On avait pris une chambre pour 3, on a eu une chambre pour deux avec un lit clip, donc elle est très petite. La femme de ménage m’a volé un short Lacoste d’une valeur de 110 euros. On a consulté les caméras et on voit qu’il n’y a qu’elle qui est passée dans le couloir et pourtant ils disent que non, elle ne l’a pas. Malheureusement, la caméra ne filme pas bien l’angle, donc on ne la voit pas clairement le prendre. Je présume qu’elle l’a enroulé dans les draps de lit car le short est blanc. La femme de ménage n’a pas été convoquée au bureau du directeur, le directeur l’a juste appelée au téléphone pour lui demander si elle avait vu un short blanc : et sans surprise elle a dit non. Je trouve ça inadmissible qu’il y ait des vols du personnel. Et en dernier, le nettoyage de la chambre c’est n’importe quoi : elle change une fois tous les 2-3 jours les draps selon son humeur mais le pire c’est le sol de la douche. Ils ne le nettoient jamais, donc quand on revenait de notre journée, on avait droit à une douche debout avec des pierres de la mer, cheveux, (PHOTO). Et le pire, c’est quand on est partis le dire à la réception : le responsable a remis en doute notre parole en disant qu’on venait de salir la douche en faisant notre douche, et je lui ai prouvé le contraire en disant que j’étais encore en maillot. Fuiyez vraiment!

Встановити борд з барним меню - Відпочивали сім'єю, готель сімейного типу, дуже багато малечі, якщо хочете тиші Вам не сюди, чудово що La Perla розташована на березі моря, привітний персонал це теж плюс. Щовечора з 21:00 по 23:00 є розважальна програма. З харчуванням біда, ніби і їжі багато але з'їсти нічого, солодощі взагалі неїстівні, безалкогольні напої розведені з порошку, алкоголь місцевий не найкращої якості, лежаки і матраци на пляжі брудні, ну і вуличка від готелю до базару це взагалі треш, суцільний смітник.

• Dursun (7/5): Alles in allem in Ordnung die Kids waren glücklich und hatten Spaß - Das Hotel ist schön und nicht riesig, das war für mich wichtig da ich mit 2 Kindern alleine da war das ich beide im Auge habe. Das Essen war gut und auch eine gute Auswahl an verschiedenen Essen. Die Aktivitäten für Kids waren nicht so viel und eigentlich eintönig immer wieder das gleiche trotzdem hat’s den Kindern gefallen aber wären wir länger geblieben hätte es ihnen nicht mehr gefallen für 3 Tage war’s in Ordnung gewesen.
