Guest Reviews
- PirateGirl93 (4/5): Nanda was a Nada - We checked into this hotel with a group of high school students traveling because it was recommended by the agency we are using. It looked nice on first glance, but as we went upstairs, none of the hallway lights were on which was confusing and once we entered the room. There was no AC. The website says AC and there is no air conditioning. They wanted to bring us fans and said that some of the rooms had ceiling fans. The people were nice and we had a meal there as planned which was good. The rooms were sparse and hot and had towels that look like they had been used. Needless to say we switched hotels.
I would like to say there was a nice outside area that looked like would be good for dinner on the front patio near the entrance. I’m not sure why everything was so dark. That did not add to a good first impression.
- wiatresz (2/5): Disaster - The worst night in the hotel ever. Dirty bathroom digusting beds and awful smell in the room. During the night my friend was getting up from the bed and had hit the lamp which could have killed her. The staff made us to pay 60€ for this horrible piece of glass.I regret staying there.
- iwishihadntbothered (2/5): The "PITS" - Have travelled all over the world in the last 50 years, stayed in George V in Paris and lowly B&Bs in Ireland and everything inbetween, but the NANDA was definitly the worst ever. Shabby, run down,
dated furniture, sinks with no running water. Family run, or I should say wife doing all the work, husband playing with his son or reading the paper. Trying to get any kind of service was like trying to get the pope to mary a protestant couple. Hotel was chosen by LEGER holidays - will never travel with Leger again.
- tara49 (2/5): Hotel Nanda chianciano Terme - Dreadful.Stayed one night after visiting Rome.Room dank ,dismal and scruffy. There was an overwhelming smell of drains in our room.Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable Arrived early evening but despite this the waitress admonished us for talking and indicated we should hurry up and eat our food so they could clear the tables. The owner was clearing tables and using a hand held cleaner on some of the tables while we were still eating.
Hotel is extremely dated ,needs a complete makeover. The only nice thing about the hotel was the sitting area in front of the hotel.
- Barbara014 (8/5): Nice hotel - We staid for one night at this hotel on our way back from Rome. Family run hotel, good food, nice rooms and very clean. Nice outside sitting area. Views from 4th floor rooms are stunning. The family should be very proud of their hotel.
