But didn’t sleep much because of lot of noise of yelling football supporters and fireworks on the street all night. Also I think the price is way too high for what you get. • Maria Paola (8/5): - La ragazza che ci ha accolti é stata davvero gentilissima, ospitale e ci ha dato anche una mappa segnandoci le fermate della metro da fare per raggiungere i posti dove volevamo andare. Il fatto che si può accedere alla stanza solo e unicamente tramite ascensore, è al settimo piano. Mio figlio e io siamo un po' claustrofobici e non ce lo aspettavamo... Lui solitamente evita sempre l'ascensore.
• M. (8/5): A pleasant stay in the heart of Barcelona - I rate my stay at the hotel positively. The apartment is located close to Plaça de Catalunya. The friendly staff is a huge asset of this place—everyone was very helpful. A great convenience was the possibility to leave our luggage at the hotel on the last day, which allowed us to explore the city freely after check-out and pick up our bags in the evening, just before departure. The staff cleans the rooms every day and provides fresh, clean towels whenever we want to exchange them. We stayed in a triple room equipped with one large double bed (with one shared duvet) and a sofa bed, which served as the third sleeping spot. The small elevator. You have to be prepared for the fact that the elevator in the building is small and narrow. It can be a challenge when transporting luggage or for people who don't like cramped spaces. One night, it was a bit stuffy. There was no air conditioner in the room, so it seems there isn't one available. During our stay, there was ongoing renovation of the building's facade. It's worth keeping in mind as it involves scaffolding, although it wasn't a big problem for us.

• Ronald (8/5): The room was ok but I would stay there again - Location I did not like view the front of entire building had scaffolding with tarp on front of it.there was no lobby the property had four suites on 1st floor and 4 suites on 7th floor and office was on 8th floor
• Carmen (8/5): hotel is in an excellent location - Room is big and nice. Close to Aerobus stop and La Rambla. Lots of attractions are within walking distance. The only thing I don't like was I needed to carry my luggage up 12 steps before I could reach the elevator.

La struttura era molto polevrosa, cosi come le stanze (ho preso antistaminico ogni sera ) . Formiche fuori al balcone che talvolta entravano. Impalcatura fuori al balcone fino al 7 piano . Finestra nel bagno finta con vetrata a 10 cm. Tenda del bagno con muffa. Ho preso una suite ma era piu una tripla con divano letto discutibile. Ascensore piccolo.

Bagno bello con due lavandini. Letto molto comodo con topper. Ottima la presenza di macchina per il caffè, bollitore, tazze e biscotti Reception molto gentile Le foto sono fuorvianti! Mi aspettavo una camera con balcone ad un piano alto, come da foto, invece, seppur bella, la camera era buia, senza balcone, al primo piano e affacciava su un muro in un cortile interno.

Room quiet at night, located on 7th floor, could not hear traffic or noise from the street below. Room cleaned daily. Staff very helpful. Each side of the building had cafes providing beautiful croissants & pastries Mini Market in close proximity also & Scobys irish pub across the road. Lift in the building wasn't always operating, there were 2 lifts however. Unsure if the air con in the room worked. We tried it one of the nights, it didn't appear to work but that may have been something we weren't doing correctly.

• Semire (7/5): On peut trouver mieux pour le prix , à part la situation géographique qui est top. Le reste n’en valait pas la peine. - L’hôtel est très bien situé l’espace dans les chambres est assez grand. Plutôt propre. Problème d’eau chaude les deux premiers jours! On nous a changer de chambre, mais pas de gestes de commercial alors qu’on a dû se laver avec de l’eau tiède, limite froide… Le responsable dit nous avoir surclassé (sans demande de notre part) (une chambre comme celle qu’on avait ne suffisait amplement )dans une chambre avec jacuzzi (le jacuzzi le ne fonctionnait pas). Et nous a envoyé un message en disant que là maintenant avais vérifie l’eau et que ça fonctionnait très bien! Alors que c’était pas du tout le cas. On peut ouvrir la porte de l’extérieur si on a une clé, même si la clé est dans la serrure à l’intérieur! Pas très rassurant, si on fait un voyage entre filles.

• Shanshan (10/5): Great location and clean rooms - My family stayed here for three days and had a wonderful experience. We arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time, and Victor was incredibly friendly—he helped store our luggage and even offered water for my family, which we really appreciated. He later reached out via WhatsApp to let us know as soon as our room was ready, and we were able to check in early, which made our day much easier. The location is excellent, just steps from Plaça de Catalunya. We were able to walk to many attractions and explore the old town with ease. Housekeeping was also great—the room was cleaned daily, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommend! NA

• 秀己 (9/5): とてもよかったです！ - スタッフの方がとても親切です。少し遅い時間にレセプションに行ったら、もう施錠して帰るところであったにも関わらず、再度鍵を開けて対応してくださいました。 説明も丁寧でぜひまた宿泊したいと思いました。 それとバス停が目の前です。 サクラダファミリアに行くのにとにかく便利でした！ 特にはないのですが、部屋の鍵の操作が難しいです。 結局最後まで開け方を説明することができませんでした。　（色々やって、たまたま鍵が解除できる感じでした。) あとはお湯が家族四人目の途中で出なくなりました🥲　流しっぱなしにはしていなかったのですが、4人目の途中から水浴び状態でした。 お湯のタンクは何人分を準備しているのでしょうか？

Pessima pulizia , c’erano addirittura nel divano letto , dei pantaloncini da bambino degli ospiti precedenti . L’acqua calda dura poco e l’idromassaggio non serve a nulla a meno che non tu lo faccia con acqua tiepida / fredda . Il terrazzino era sporchissimo , il pavimento non è mai stato pulito ( o pulito male ) .

• Adriana (9/5): - La struttura è situata in un’ottima posizione, molto comoda ai mezzi pubblici e in una zona ricca di locali di ogni tipo, perfetta per uscire la sera o trovare facilmente ristoranti e bar. La camera era molto accogliente e curata, ideale per trascorrere qualche giorno di relax. Nel complesso è stata un’ottima scelta e la consiglierei sicuramente per chi vuole soggiornare in una zona vivace e ben collegata. Se devo trovare un piccolo aspetto migliorabile, il divano letto era un po’ scomodo; tuttavia, per una breve vacanza non è stato un grande problema.

• Robert (10/5): Fabulous city centre accommodation with terrace and rooftop views. - We loved the central location... so close to so many attractions... though being a city centre, it was, naturally, a bit noisy even though we were seven storeys up! We loved the rooftop terrace and views, we loved the size and facilities in the room. Arrival greeting was great (once we'd found the building!) Everything was just as we would have wanted it. Arrival instructions should have been clearer and housekeeping could have been a bit better. Should have had clean cups and a made bed everyday rather than every other day.

• PATRICIA (9/5): - La ubicación del hotel, muy céntrica, justo al lado de la Plaza Catalunya, te permite ir andando a muchísimos puntos de interés de la ciudad. Situado en una calle con cafeterías y restaurantes. La estación de metro a escasos metros del hotel. Habitación amplia y muy tranquila. Pudimos dejar las maletas en la recepción desde el check-out hasta que nos fuimos de la ciudad. Todo el personal fue muy atento y agradable.
• Karen (8/5): Great location and good value for money - The room was large and very comfortable with a separate seating area and coffee table. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, along with free water and biscuits, were a welcome addition. Everything was very clean, and the rooms were tastefully decorated. The bed and pillows were comfortable too. The location is the main attraction here. Just a few minutes from Placa Catalunya, La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter, you're also close to some amazing restaurants and bars, the bus for the airport, and the Metro. The lobby area is very unwelcoming and tired and there is no proper reception area. This is different to when I last visited and I wonder if it is to do with the construction works on the outside of the building, lots of scaffolding, none of which was mentioned on booking. In the first floor rooms, you can feel vibrations from the metro, which runs underneath. One of the windows in our room leaked when it rained, but it would appear that this is being addressed by the construction workers who were on the scaffolding outside our window on Monday morning.

• Valiyulla (7/5): - The hotel's location is excellent. The room was nice, the shower was large, the room cleaned every day and staff was very helpful. The room was very dusty and there was a lot of dust under the bed. The fold-out sofa in the room was very old and very uncomfortable to sleep on. There was a lot of metal on the sides of the sofa mechanism, and we kept bumping into it.

• MARIA MARCELA (9/5): muy buena - la habtacion muy comoda y limpia, la ubicacion excelente a dos cuadras de plaza catalunia. La unica observacion es que en la habitacion eramos cuatro y nos dejarion solo dos toallones pero los pedimos y al otro dia nos dieron los toallones pedidos.

Catalogat 2 stele , dpmdv e de 3 stele . Transportul in comun este la 5 m de ieșirea din locație 😀. Recomand cu căldură !

Прозорците на стаята, която бях резервирала имаха тъмно фолио и нямаше светлина, т.е постоянно лампите трябваше да бъдат пуснати. Не разбираш светло ли е или тъмно навън. По снимките на стаята нямаше как да предположа, че ще бъде по този начин.

• Ariel (4/5): - לצערי, ממש לא ממליץ. שהינו במקום חמישה לילות. המים החמים במקלחת לא הספיקו לשניים! עובדי הניקיון - השאירו את החדר בלי נייר טואלט לאחר שנגמר הנייר בחדר. לא חידשו שקיות תה או עוגיות לקפה, כשנעשה שימוש במה שהיה בחדר. כשלקחו מגבת מלוכלכת - לא הביאו אחרת במקומה. הריהוט היה מיושן וחלקו סבל מנזקי מים ורטיבות. הצבע בפינות של חלק מהקירות - מקולף. לא ניקו את החדר ומצאנו בו שערות של תיירים קודמים בריצפת חדר האמבטיה! במהלך חמשת הימים שהיינו - לא ניקו את הריצפה של החדר. בשירותים המשותפים בקומה - לא ניקו כל השבוע ובשום יום לא היו שם מגבות נייר. הדבר הטוב היחיד שניתן לציין הוא שהמיקום - מצויין.

• Roman (7/5): - Sehr gute Lage um das Zentrum zu erkundschaften. Alles in Gehdistanz, Plaza Catalunya, La Rambla, La Bocceria oder das grosse Einkaufszentrum El corte Inglise. Das Personal war sehr Freundlich und flexible auch wenn man viel später ankommt. Vielleicht könnten die Betten erneuert werden, aber vielleicht war das nur in unserem Zimmer so.
