The bathroom door was damaged and didn’t close all the way, the mircowave was dirty , floors were dirty , etc.. wouldn’t recommend.
- Relia (2/5): - My experience was HORRIBLE I had to call the office and report domestic violence with 2 different couples , there’s a prostitution ring going on their and the owners know about it bc they didn’t remove them when it was clear what was going on, things were broken in the room like the lamp , the bathroom door, etc.. their was burn holes in the bed sheets and someone’s hair as if they sheets wasn’t changed. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

- JONATHAN (8/5): - Great place for a night's stay if what you need is convenience to the freeway and gas/food options in the morning. Might not stay here with wife and kids (outdoor entrances, a couple of maintenance issues), but it's a great choice at a great price otherwise.
- Nicholas Andre (2/5): - I do not know how they have an 8 star rating on Travelocity. Rooms smelled like mildew. Mold. Outlets missing the plates, the computer chair was broken. Shower curtain rods were barely hanging on the walls (top screw on each side was stripped out of the wall) little gnats and flies and baby bugs in the room. Bed sheet had a quarter size hole in it like a cigarette burn. Internet was poor (had to use my mobile hotspot). Furniture was gashed, banged up. I think it would be embarrassing to call this my Inn. I think this was a refurbished Motel 8.

- Alex (4/5): weird/ uncomfortable experience - i was door dashing all day long and was tired and needed a place for me and my pup to go rest before. i want to say the lady at the desk was SO friendly , as well as the maintenance lady. so the service between those two encounters were not bad at all. it was everything else that rubbed me wrong, and the condition of the room. normally , i stay in main stay suites across the street, however funds have been tight , and i only made the amount of money during my door dash shift that could afford Camron’s prices instead First off , hotels.com at the end of reserving this this motel, the receipt states “ payment upon arrival - $2.00”now maybe when i was tired , i didn’t read some other sort of fine print bc when i got there i was asked for 25 dollar deposit. BUT , after reading i noticed a lot of ppl complained about the same , even the lady at the front desk said people mention the same.. i told her i could not pay it and they were more than accommodating. I appreciated it so i could final rest, and told her i would door dash more later to pay the deposit bc she said the owner would eventually ask me for the payment anyways i go to my room- so many fkn people hanging around outside the rooms. mind you it’s around 12-1 am. it was aggravating and uncomfortable to be honest. just over all grimy atmosphere, the room was so outdated , not that clean. what made me mad was i guess when i was tired, i thought i booked a pet friendly but i didn’t. the maintenance person comes BANGing

The only thing that was missing was coffee, coffee maker n a box of Kleenex . It was a little loud outside my room at times. TJ was fantastic. He's the maintenance man n he was very helpful diluting my stay. I think he deserves a raise. I never saw him stop no matter the time of day. All in all I'll stay there again when I'm in the area. 😎

I think sanitizing spray helps that. Shower head could definitely use an update. Nice staff. We got in very late and he was able to check us in. Check out was easy and quick. Mattress felt hard but I slept pretty good. Would definitely stay here again

Hair on the bedding when we arrived it didn’t appear to be clean. I just tried not to think about the bedding possibly going unwashed for the one night I slept for three hours before leaving to what I was there for. Second night we were just there for two hours before going to the airport. The shower was gross so we didn’t even shower plus only given two tiny towels for a two people for two days!!! I’d bring some bedding and towels if you’re staying at this property or a hoodie and pants to sleep in so you don’t have to use the sheets!

- W (4/5): Disappointed in staff and management - Accused me of stealing a deposit. No substantial proof (because it never happened, hence the accusation) and was confirmed by staff that it did not happen. Manager proceeded to deduct this from staff check, which was unjust. Nevertheless, I’m being approached as if I had stolen something and as if I owe for something that never occurred. Meanwhile I would frequently stay and consistently showed may value as a customer. But that accusation is foul play and disrespectful to a frequently paying customer who shows loyalty. Yet, management is stealing from the staff through pay deductions unjustifiably, You also held my deposit and said it was due to some fee that was not addressed to me professionally. Upon reading a history of reviews, this seems to be a pattern of the management here. Bummer. But now I sees it is in fact true and that is terrible for business. My advice is if you stay to take advantage of any third party deal, don’t allow them to know how much you’ve paid third party (because they will try to inquire and get the price raised and say they are not being paid enough which is a lie) The place was not a terrible stay but no one should be accused of stealing with no proof and to have to be approached by the staff saying management took something from their check due to this accusation. Who does this? So again, if you stay run through this place. Get in, get out. and don’t expect courtesy. pay deposit in cash and get everything in writing.
