• Paola (5/5): Carino - La struttura nel complesso è carina. Loco solitario e tranquillo. Alcuni punti della struttura versavano in stato di totale abbandono: ad esempio, le porte delle uscite di emergenza erano sporche di escrementi di volatili. L’arredamento è datato e gli armadi emanavano un cattivo odore dovuto alla mancanza di aerazione. Per raggiungere la struttura è necessario salire in quota percorrendo una strada piena di curve, non adatta a chi soffre di mal d’auto (in tal caso, si consiglia di munirsi di antiemetici). Il personale è apparso invadente, in particolare durante la colazione, quando una cameriera origliava le conversazioni dei clienti: un comportamento decisamente poco professionale.

• Roberto (10/5): Camera silenziosa e letto con materasso di ottima qualità! - Camere moderne, esteticamente molto belle e mantenute in ottimo stato. Nella struttura è presente del verde, curato con grande attenzione. Staff cordiale, disponibile e altamente professionale. Nota di merito speciale per il letto: comodissimo, con un materasso di ottima qualità, superiore a quello che a volte si trova anche in hotel a 4 stelle.

• Simon (9/5): Super hôtel au pied des montagnes - Super hôtel dans les hauteurs La propreté de la chambre et des parties communes était vraiment impeccable. Le ménage a été fait tous les jours dans ma chambre. Le personnel était très sympathique et à l’écoute. La présence d’un parking pour l’hôtel est également appréciable. La possibilité d’utiliser la salle de sport était aussi un gros plus Il n’y a rien que je n’ai pas aimé avec l’hôtel. J’ai trouvé les plats du restaurant un peu salé mais c’est évidemment subjectif ! (Point important à savoir sur les alentours, si vous comptez aller randonner dans les chemines et montagnes au dessus de l’hôtel, il y a des chiens qui gardent les troupeaux, et qui peuvent parfois se montrer agressifs !! Soyez prudents )

Close enough to my business to be convenient but far enough away I felt a break from the standard business trip. Staff was amazing. This was my second time staying at La Pace and they have treated me extremely well each time. Don’t believe there is anything that I did not like.

• Chantal (2/5): - Soggiorno da INCUBO!Siamo stati avvisati solo al nostro arrivo che ci sarebbe stata una festa quella notte, nonostante avessimo chiamato piu volte la per chiedere la culla per il nostro neonato e prenotare la cena presso di loro. Appena arrivati ci viene proposta una stanza a loro detta migliore perche più lontana dalla festa, mai scelta peggiore, qui inizia il nostro incubo: musica ALTISSIMA e urla di ragazzi, alle 23 disperati col neonato chiamiamo per chiedere di far abbassare la musica. Richiesta neanche considerata, gli schiamazzi aumentano e la musica diventa una vera discoteca, disperati a mezzanotte con il neonato che continuava a svegliarsi dai rumori li richiamiamo e ci dicono che "avevano i permessi per fare quel rumore" (avere i permessi è un conto, quel casino era da denuncia). Morale della favola a quasi 1 di notte con un neonato veniamo cambiati di stanza per una di categoria decisamente inferiore, un letto che peggiore MAI dormito, sembrava essere sul pavimento, ma a loro detta l unica disponibile lontana dalla festa. Ciò che pero mi ha piu scioccata non è solo il non essere stati avvisati, il non aver proposto il cambio stanza alla prima chiamata delle 11, ma bensì il coraggio che hanno avuto di addebitarci lo stesso l'intero importo della camera NON GODUTA aggravata dal danno psicofisico, scalandoci solo i 15 euro della culla. Io mi sento derubata, oltre il danno la beffa, non so con che coraggio ci hanno preso questi soldi

• Patricia (9/5): A Modern Family Run Hotel with a Great Restaurant - The Albergo La Pace is a modern facility combined with an older building that is renovated. I stayed in the modern building in a single room. The price was very economical, and the room size was likewise small. The bathroom was very small. Very clean and comfortable. My bed was very firm, I prefer firm. The staff were all friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was really good, and made it easy to dine. The restaurant is large and hosts dinners for local groups and hotel groups. It was a nice place to stay . The balcony was very large, but the view was blocked by structural architecture. There was also no furniture on the balcony. Also the AC/heat was turned off.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Tranquillo e silenzioso albergo in collina. - L'unica pecca registrata è dovuta al fatto che, nonostante avessimo una prenotazione comprensiva di colazione esplicitamente indicata nella mail, alla reception ci hanno detto che avremmo dovuto pagare una differenza per ottenere tale servizio. Ciò in quanto, a detta loro, Expedia non è chiara nel fornire informazioni al cliente perché la tariffa pubblicata sul sito comprende solamente la stanza. La cosa ci ha irritato alquanto ma per evitare di rovinarci la vacanza siamo addivenuti ad un accordo con la titolare della struttura.
