• Mark (7/5): - The room was nice. The main person at checkin was grumpy every time we ran into her. We had to ask for hair conditioner and they just put the container on the bathtub instead of hanging it up. We had to ask twice for hand lotion.

• Mishael (4/5): Rude reception, hot and stuffy room - Bed was comfortable, kitchen staff were very nice and helpful. Tl;dr reception can be rude, often no one is present there for help, AC in room is ineffective, no way to open a window in a room so the room can get extremely hot. Details: 1. Reception staff member, I believe his name was Sai, was incompetent yet smog and condescending. He misled us at check in to charge our credit card three times, didn't apologize, made it sound like it's our fault when it was his wrong instructions on how to use the credit card terminal that caused the problem. When we came the day after to show him the bank statement showing multiple charges he dismissed the problem, again, without showing any remorse. 2. The room can get extremely hot and stuff since there is no way to open a window in it, and the AC is really weak, old, and smelly. 3. Reception is often vacant, no member present to help us with these problems. They also don't answer the phone often.

• Nou8 (9/5): Etablissement à recommander - - Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et propre. - Literie confortable. - Petit-déjeuner avec des options classiques pour un hôtel de chaîne, pas extraordinaire mais conforme. - Rapport qualité / prix intéressant ! Juste un constat à considérer : l'hôtel se situe à 35 / 40 minutes de route de Zion NP. Vu la difficulté d'accès au parc notamment pour se garer, il faudra prévoir de partir très très tôt ou s'organiser différemment. J'avais pour ma part réservé ici pour commencer par la visite de Kolob Canyon, secteur moins visité de Zion NP.

• marie noelle (6/5): Un très bel établissement moderne et bien placé mais un service déplorable - L’établissement est parfait: 5/5 La chambre spacieuse, grande baie avec vue imprenable sur les montagnes Bel espace fitness Piscine et jacuzzi très bien, hélas squatté pendant le week-end par des familles nombreuses ( qui m’ont semblé extérieures à l’hôtel) empêchant les clients d’en profiter Les employés du week-end sont à virer Je suis arrivée le vendredi à 18h pour trouver une réception lumières éteintes et déserte; au bout d’un moment une employée à l’allure négligée et apparemment désœuvrée a traversé le hall et appelé le manager qui a éclairé l’endroit et s’est occupé de me recevoir : service minimum ; pressé que je disparaisse. Petit déjeuner infect: j’ai essayé une fois et n’y suis plus revenue: 2 préparations à base d’œufs et de patates qui m’ont laissé un goût de mauvaise graisse Tables non nettoyées après les clients; couverts en carton qu’il faut jeter dans une grande poubelle ( écœurant) pendant que deux employées à la tenue négligée papotent au fond de la salle en prenant le café Très surprise le lundi matin à mon départ de trouver à la réception une employée souriante, avenante et pimpante à qui j’ai expliqué mes déconvenues

The exceptional part, was the staff. Super kind, great attitude, professional, and helpful. Top notch! That the staff should be paid more!

Le personnel était peu concerné et nos clefs avaient même été désactivées pendant notre excursion du matin alors que l heure du Check out n était pas passée …il a fallu quémander pour récupérer nos bagages.

• Maria (7/5): - The staff was great, very helpful, always with a smile. The continental breakfast was the same thing every morning during our stay. Got boring after day 2. We've stayed many times at hotels that offer breakfast and it gets switched up daily. Not many options either. The microwave in our room didn't work properly, but we didn't need to use it much. The AC in the room didn't seem to cool very well, even when on the lowest setting.

The breakfast was not great. The sausages were not sausage, more like cardboard and they didn't seem to be freshly made. Absolutely disgusting! The eggs seemed like rehydrated variety. I was glad to see some variety, so I didn't have to choose the less than desirable options or go elsewhere.

• Emilie (8/5): Hôtel de chaine pratique et bien placé - - Hôtel de chaine pratique, fonctionnel et bien équipé avec des chambres de bonne taille et tout les services nécessaires - On sent que l'hôtel est récent (équipements et décoration), très sympa - Accès et localisation : pour nous Hurricane est une zone pratiques : proximité Zion, bonne transition Page vers Las Vegas, Snow Canyon à côté, c'est vraiment une bonne zone centrale pour séjourner et rayonner et l'hôtel est directement sur la "rue" principale avec à proximité restaurants, fast food, commerces, ... - Hôtel de chaine, pas de charme particulier - Petit déjeuner à la hauteur de ce qu'on peut attendre d'une chaine américaine. Pas pire qu'un autre mais peut décevoir en fonction des habitudes de chacun

It was in a beautiful area and close to many amenities No - It was clean and comfortable and I they had everything I needed.
