- Kayla (9/5): Fun, cute, clean, quiet room. We had a nice stay - Clean and conveniently located right off the highway by the temple. Our room was bigger and had more amenities than we needed for our one night stay. There’s a kitchen with a sizable fridge and hot plates for cooking are available at the front desk. We thought that was fun for if you’re staying longer, you’d be able to have some home cooked meals. Katie was incredibly helpful with checking in and it was fun to chat with her! Our bed was a little soft but that’s a me issue.

Very spacious Breakfast was a great surprise. The variety of fresh fruit was so good. Raspberries, strawberries and Blueberries vs the boring melon. Yogurt and a great variety of toppings as well. And the usual breakfast offerings as well. Very homey atmosphere Would definitely book another room at this hotel 4.5 stars Standard amenities except 2 towels per size. Had to ask for help be larger one—no issue. Pillows a bit soft but nice bedding

It was a nice touch to have the desk receptionist send us a text Ask me if everything was OK; she went the extra mile and gave us some ideas for a restaurants, and followed up. Great breakfast! Fantastic experience. The food could have been a little hotter.

- Farshad (8/5): Convenient with Outstanding Staff!! - This was a stopover for us to Yellowstone and back. The staff are outstanding, extremely helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to treat and help everyone with respect. The rooms on both sides of our trips were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with fresh fruits, milk, yoghurt, tea, coffee, bacon, sausage, etc..Rooms were large with comfortable beds. Great little gym, complementary washer and dryer. Rooms have microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Could not ask for more! Shower with a detachable handset would be useful!!

Compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in, the variety and quality of the food was much better than typical “grab-and-go” options you see at most hotels. The breakfast had something for everyone and a real meal to start the long journey on the road!

Tons of choices for the complimentary breakfast, the most I have seen at any hotel…yogurt machine was an added bonus. Staff was super friendly. This was my first time staying at a Home 2 Suite and it will not be my last. On my trip to CA I stayed at a hotel right up the street and it was subpar. On the way back to NE, I stayed at Home 2 and it made up for it. This will definitely be my go-to hotel on my next trip!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great - The people were friendly and attentive. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were like laying your head on a cloud. Laundry room was free, you just need to buy your detergent, and they have it.
- Chris (6/5): Hard Bed, Clunky Well-intentioned breakfast - Everything was fine, except the bed was similar to a block of wood. Breakfast was clunky - lots of options that required assembly and were at varying temps from cold to warm to hot: sausage patties (warm, not hot), hard cooked fried eggs (cold), cheeses that needed to be melted onto the food that wasn't hot enough to melt butter, biscuits sorta warm, etc. Good selection of breads to make a great breakfast sandwich out of semi warm ingredients and no space for this composition to take place. No microwave to make up for less than hot ingredients. They used to have take and go sandwiches that made a lot more sense.

- Sally (9/5): Convenient location by I 80W. Nice hotel for a family - The kitchenette area fully stocked, very convenient location close to shops and restaurants, the breakfast was fire! The BEST!!! I didn’t like that they gave an adjacent room but they never made me aware of it. The room had a little smell, thankfully we stayed only one night.

We were very pleasantly surprised. The breakfast options were minimal but sufficient. Staff checked on us several times during breakfast.

- Cathi (6/5): The object of the stay is getting good sleep so we could continue our journey. - The view from the parking lot is a lot of cement retaining walls and chain link fences. We did not eat there. Not even a banana. They looked old, and had seen better days. And those were the ones the manager just brought out for me. So, I waited and got a banana at the next travel center. I’m allergic to fragrances - and the lobby was full of fragrance. On the phone before making the reservation- they said they don’t have fragrance or perfumes. When they texted me - how the room was? I explained! And They said, it was -because other customers were doing their laundry. But the other end of the hall where our room was -also had some kind of fragrance - to cover up the smell of the smoking area just outside. I used the shower and slept in the car. Lots of noisy kids staying at the same time. My husband could not sleep because of the thin walls and fighting neighbors. At about 2am manager tried to get them to be more quiet - but, they persisted. We continued our journey in a quiet but grumpy mood.

- tagalog_expo (10/5): Happy Customer - Nice hotel. Next to casino. Breakfast was awesome with fresh yogurt machine. The location was 6000 feet MSL and I wanted to go jogging around the property. It was worth it and got a good workout. Then I lifted weights at their hardly used gym and took a swim at their heated pool. Property was clean and well kept. Everything you would expect from a Home 2 Suites. Price was great and I definitely would come back.

- Todd (8/5): Great pit stop on the way to Salt Lake City - Really convenient location right off the freeway. Close to gas stations, shopping and the very cute downtown. Staff was incredibly friendly. They had free laundry so we were able to do a small load of clothes - washed and dried - so we didn't have so much to do when we arrived in Salt Lake City. Required a car to get anywhere. There looks to be a strip mall under construction across the street, so this may not be a problem in the future.
- David (10/5): Great stay when passing through Elko! - Staff was wonderful. Room was comfortable and clean. I love the Home 2 Suites concept for the rooms. I appreciate having a full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher -- and the "real" plates and utensils that go with it. I honestly can't find anything that I didn't like.
- Barbara (4/5): Will never stay there again. - Location was great, didn't eat breakfast there. We asked for a King bed, but ended up with a queen that was the size of a standard bed. The couch in the room was very dirty, as also in our daughter's room. It was obvious that a cat had scratched up the arms of the couch. My daughter/husband found a blanket in closet, we just didn't sit on it. Not once during the 3 night stay, was our room cleaned. We had to ask for dry towels, tissues and soap. We were in town for a family reunion, one other member stayed at this hotel, and felt the same way. For the accommodations, we were shocked at the total price.

- SOPHILLYMIKE (2/5): Will never stay at this hotel again. - Will never stat at this hotel again. Arrived on. Sat night, used Hilton points for the stay, the room was set at 61 degrees. Had requested extra towels and pillows, neither was in the room. Went to take a shower and the water was like warm. Called don’t the front desk and was told they were having problems with the hot water and didn’t know when it would be fixed. Would not have stayed at this hotel or any hotel that didn’t have hot running water. Next morning took another cold shower and the shower gel was empty. Fortunate had a bar of soap at the sink. Breakfast was acceptable. Requested a call from the mgr. regarding the stay, and received a text explaining that they were working on the problem of hot water. I write her back and requested my points be put back into my account as the stay was not in any way acceptable. She said she wouldn’t do that. I contacted Hilton Guest Services and they refunded my points. This mgr. is totally unprofessional and does not deserve a position managing a major hotel. What happened to the customer is always right???
