• Sylwia (10/5): Wspaniały pobyt i miejsce godne polecenia innym - Cudowne miejsce, a gospodyni Flavia to świetna osoba- bardzo pomocna, dała nam dużo rekomendacji miejsc do zobaczenia i restauracji, nawet pomogła zorganizować transport z lotnika - wspaniała kobieta. Stara zabytkowa kamienica, pięknie odnowiona, Apartament bardzo czysty, praktycznie w centrum, swietnie wyposażony - w lodówce był nawet lód oraz świeże jajka i jogurty. Palermo nas zachwyciło. I kolejny raz gdy będziemy to napewno u Flavii, polecamy to miejsce z czystym sumieniem !!! Nie było takiej rzeczy

• Robert (10/5): Die Wohnung ist besonders und damit einzigartig! Wir würden ohne Wenn und Aber wieder buchen! - Beste Lage im gepflegteren Altstadtbezirk nahe zum Bahn- und Busbahnhof sowie in das lebhafte Zentrum. Eine wunderschöne helle und freundliche Wohnung im vierten Obergeschoss eines sanierten Palazzo´s mit ausreichender aber liebevoller Ausstattung. Die Wohnung war vom Zuschnitt perfekt für uns geeignet. Es war sauber und gepflegt. Wir wurden freundlichst von Flavia und ihrem Mann empfangen und eingewiesen. Ein großer Rosenstrauß und eine Osterüberraschung stand auf dem Tisch (Nationalheilige Rosalia). Während unseres Aufenthaltes bestand regelmäßig Kontakt und es wurde mind. dezent Unterstützung angeboten. Da es ungewöhnlich kühl war, mussten wir die Klimaanlagen als Heizung einsetzen. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen aber wir möchten mehrere Hinweise geben: 1. Das beschriebene Frühstück besteht aus einem "Starter"-Paket bei Anreise. Gewöhnlich buchen wir Frühstück, damit wir im Urlaub nicht einkaufen, abwaschen und aufräumen müssen. Das durften wir nun selber tun aber ohne Geschirrspüler. Hätten wir 1. und 2. vorher gewusst, hätten wir vermutlich nicht gebucht aber dann hätten wir die einzigartige Wohnung nicht kennengelernt!!! 3. Die Italiener lieben scheinbar ihr Bidet und bauen dafür kleine Duschen - für uns war da nicht mehr viel Luft nach allen Seiten. 4. Aufgrund der Höhenlage der Wohnung gibt es eine Druckerhöhungsanlage für das Trinkwasser. Wer die Wohnung oben liebt, muss das Notwendige dann auch ertragen können! Nein - Sie müssen keine Sorge haben, wir haben uns schnell an das einige Momente anhaltende Brummen, Vibrieren und Pfeifen gewöhnt.
• Andrej Virág (9/5): - Flavia je milá a komunikatívna hostiteľka. Ponúkla nám vlastný itinerár programu, reštaurácii a ponuku transferu z letiska. Apartmán sa nachádza v historickom dome v tichej ulici neďaleko centra a centrálnej železničnej a autobusovej stanice v pešej dostupnosti. Odporúčam pre skupinu 6-7 osôb. Vyhovovali by mi tvrdšie matrace v posteli, ale to je subjektívny pohľad.

• Viktória (10/5): 100% ajánlott - Nagyszerű napokat töltöttünk a Palazzo Torre szálláson. Flavia igazán kedves, figyelmes és segítőkész házigazda, aki mindent megtett azért, hogy otthon érezzük magunkat. A hűtőben és a konyhában rengeteg bekészített étel és finomság várt minket, külön szeretnénk megköszönni a születésnapi meglepetést is. A szobák gyönyörűek, csendesek, kényelmesek és igényesen berendezettek, így tökéletes pihenést biztosítottak. A szállás a történelmi városközpontban található, minden fontos látnivaló és étterem könnyen elérhető. Ha legközelebb erre járunk, biztosan újra ezt a szállást választjuk. Csak ajánlani tudjuk mindenkinek.

• Lukas (10/5): Super nette Wohnung - Die Lage ist absolut top man ist gleich mitten im Geschehen, ohne dass es laut ist. Es gibt einige vorzügliche Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe und generell ist alles in der Altstadt super fußläufig erreichbar. Flavia, die Vermieterin, ist extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Wirklich alles top. Nichts.

• Abild (10/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt mit toller Gastgeberin - Unser Aufenthalt bei Flavia in Palermo war einfach perfekt! Flavia ist eine freundliche, fröhliche und herzliche Gastgeberin, die uns mit tollen Tipps für Palermo versorgt hat. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an super, und die persönliche Einweisung bei der Ankunft war sehr hilfreich. Das Apartment war blitzsauber, die Betten sehr bequem und trotz der zentralen Lage war es nachts angenehm ruhig. Besonders praktisch fanden wir den kleinen Außenlift (Seilwinde) für das Gepäck – eine tolle Idee! Das Frühstück war vielfältig und liebevoll vorbereitet – der Kühlschrank war gut gefüllt, es gab frisches Obst, Kaffee und alles, was man braucht, um gut in den Tag zu starten. Insgesamt eine Unterkunft, die wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können – vielen Dank, Flavia, für die wunderbare Gastfreundschaft! 💛
• LORENZO (10/5): Apartamento amplio, muy céntrico, con tres habitaciones con baño, muy céntrico y con una grananfitriona. - El alojamiento está muy bien, ideal para 3 parejas de amigos. Buena acogida y atención continua durante la estancia. Desayuno muy completo. Algún ruido nocturno relacionado con los sistemas de los sanitarios. Es un Tercer piso sin ascensor pero te lo avisan previamente y te suben las maletas en un montacargas.

La nostra gentilissima host ci ha fatto trovare frutta fresca yogurt latte biscotti e tutto ciò che serve per fare colazione. Inoltre ci ha dato ottime indicazioni sui ristoranti e pizzerie. Nella zona vicinissima all’appartamento ci sono ottimi ristoranti dove mangiare e passare una serata in locali molto carini! Assolutamente niente

L’anfitriona Flavia es molt amable i fa facil les coses. Es un tercer pis , i no te ascensor, aixo es un inconvenient per persones hrans o amb dificultats.

• Asa (9/5): Beautiful, spacious, clean apartment perfectly located in Palermo with charm and soul of the city. - The owner was very organized and reached out a few days before and was waiting outside the apartment on arrival. very easy, friendly and customer oriented. Fantastic solution in bringing up the suitcases so we did not need to carry them! Being in an old 18th century building it was at same time very clean and modern with excellent A/C and warm water. Only thing that could be improved were some of the shower doors.

Pomogła nam zorganizować przejazdy,o poleciła najlepsze restauracje i najciekawsze miejsca. Bardzo polecam 😊
• Isabel (10/5): Excellent - Location was great in between city centre and Port. Air-conditioning in all areas, great after a hot trail around the city. Flavia had lots of food in the fridge and good assortment of breakfast items. Shower and toilet in every room, with was ideal as I stayed there with my grandson 22 and granddaughter 19. Would have liked more towels, with the heat we showered frequently and also were there 4 nights. I'm sure if we had called Flavia she would have supplied more as she did say to call her if we needed anything but we didn't like to bother her as it was a trivial matter.

Helpful and polite, and has gone the extra mile for our stay! The rooms are spacious and functional, right in the city centre in a beautiful building. Breakfast had everything we needed and we had a beautiful stay. Again, thank you Flavia so much for being such an amazing host!

• Peter (7/5): Loved the location but not a luxury stay. - Located in a great area in an older walk up. Close to all old town sites. Spacious for two couples but probably a stretch for 3 couples. Furnishings ok. Unfortunately the locals had dogs that barked/yipped early morning throughout the day. “Provided” breakfast pretty basic with prepackaged breakfast breads, some peaches, eggs and milk. Coffee capsules needed resupply. Beds were ok but worn. Just ok interiors. Adequate.

• David (10/5): A charming city to visit and the apartment couldn't be better placed - Palermo is a city with a very special charm. This comfy apartment couldn't be better placed for site seeing and visiting restaurants. Flavia, the owner, was welcoming, helpful, giving us lots of hints about where to go and stayed in touch throughout our stay, always contactable should we want to ask anything. We loved this apartment, in this historic building and the views over the roof tops and roof terraces. There are a lot of steps to this top floor apartment, but the inconvenience is reduced by an electric haul system for lifting heavy bags up and it does mean great views over the city.

They provided a toy for our toddler and baby yogurt. The fridge was stocked with breakfast items. We received great restaurant recommendations and sightseeing recommendations. The apartment is on a 3rd floor but they have a winch lift to bring suitcases up. We had a wonderful stay.
• Erica (10/5): A comfortable stay located close to all the sights of the Old City. - The apartment was tastefully renovated and decorated and all our rooms had ensuites which made the stay very comfortable. It was very clean and fresh. Our bedrooms were very large. Our host paid great attention to detail about information needed for our stay including recommending some great eating places. We were offered so much breakfast variety It was amazing. We had a wide assortment of cereals pastries and eggs as well as milk coffee and tea. We thought there was a lift to the building. However we did not have to carry the luggage up the stairs as there was a special lift for this. We did not mind walking up the stairs. This would not be suitable for someone who has mobility issues however. It would have been nice to have the use of a washing machine in the apartment,

The accommodation was excellent for us. - Flavia, the host, was very good with communications and giving excellent local advice about restaurants and things to do, she was very helpful. The local restaurant called Quattro Mani was very good. The 3x en-suite bedrooms were perfect for us (2x adults and 2x teenagers) to stay and explore Palmero. The property has good quality double glazing French doors/windows and shutters which means there is no external noise and the property keeps nice and cool when the air con is on. Location is good to explore the historic part of the city with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The kitchen is well equipped and breakfast provided.

• John (10/5): Renovated old flat near historical district - Strong quick cold AC. Nice old building. Modern renovation. Decent space for 7.each bedroom had own bathroom. Nice helpful host. Private parking next door. Free parking on street Foot operated garbage in kitchen would have been useful. Nice to have larger outdoor patio but view into courtyard was charming! Some showers cramped but great water
• Su (10/5): Generous and welcoming hosts in a lovely historic apartment with everything you need - Flavia was a wonderful, helpful and welcoming host, the place was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast and snacks were very generous and made us feel at home We did not notice that there were a lot of steps to the apartment, which could have been a problem for one of our party with mobility issues, but Flavia and Daniele did everything they could to make it more easily accessible and not too challenging to get up approximately 60 steps.
