• FABRIZIO (10/5): Pulizia, tranquillità, posizione… Bello! - Uno splendido appartamento con una vista mozzafiato sull’oceano. Lo staff e disponibile per consigli e informazioni varie, al momento dell’arrivo fornisce via whatsapp tutte le indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e fare l’auto check-in. La tranquillità e la pace della location si respira tutta cenando sul terrazzino vista mare. Una cura dei particolari e una pulizia della casa perfetta. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato in frigo un graditissimo vino di benvenuto. Il posto è meraviglioso e vicino ad ogni necessità. Il parcheggio libero davanti casa si trova sempre… Insomma, semplicemente perfetto! Niente.
• Schmitz (10/5): - Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft in bester Lage, die Einrichtung und der Kontakt zum Eigentümer haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Hier wird wirklich auf alle möglichen Bedürfnisse geachtet. Von den Steckdosen in Bettnähe bis hin zu Kuscheldecken für Sommerabende auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer und den Leuchtturm, alles war absolut sauber und wohl durchdacht. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Alles war super!
• emanuela (10/5): Soggiorno fantastico - E stato tutto fantastico!!! Felipe ottimo host. Appartamento vista mare situato in pieno centro comodo a tutti i negozi, con all’interno tutto l’occorrente, pulito, letti comodissimi (e noi soffriamo di schiena…) bagno fornito di lavatrice, phon e prodotti da bagno. Il complesso residenziale è grande ma estremamente silenzioso. Da sapere che ci sono solo alcuni gradini per raggiungere il 9 piano dal 7 a cui arriva l’ascensore. Poi c’è il terrazzino con una vista spettacolare sul faro. Abbiamo sempre mangiato qui x goderci il silenzio e il panorama. Che dire….. se torniamo, ritorneremo qui!

• SILVIA (10/5): Meravigliosa - Tutto perfetto: l'appartamento è in un palazzone sul lungomare, nella sezione dietro, in seconda linea, quindi tranquillo. L'edificio è un pò vecchio ma decoroso e l'appartamento è stato rinnovato completamente. E' pulito, luminoso, curato, confortevole e il punto di forza è sicuramente la terrazza ampia, ombreggiata e vista mare da 10, grande abbastanza per mangiare sul tavolino con due poltroncine, ospitare una panchina e lo stendibiancheria. Avevamo un'auto a noleggio e non è mai stato difficile trovare posto in strada, vicino a casa. Tenete presente che l'ascensore arriva fino al settimo piano e poi avete due rampe di scale (ampie e comode) per arrivare alla vostra porta: per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema ma è giusto saperlo. La cucina è ben funzionante, dotata di tutto. Il bagno ampio, finestrato, la doccia grande. La dotazione dell'appartamento è stata strepitosa: salviette in abbondanza, docciaschiuma e shampoo, sapone, carta igienica sufficiente per una settimana. Letti comodi con materassi, cuscini e biancheria nuovi e profumati. Una bottiglia d'acqua e una di vino bianco in frigo, fresche al nostro arrivo (sempre apprezzati!), Comodissimo avere ombrellone e due sedie leggere per la spiaggia perchè stare sdraiati è difficile con il vento molto forte e la sabbia ti ricopre, con le sdraio abbiamo goduto di tutte le spiagge senza problemi! Il contatto con Felipe è stato solo via whatsapp: reattivo, gentilissimo e veloce. Tante istruzioni comode per raggiungere l'abitazione e ritirare le chiavi, impossibile perdersi! Anche durante la vacanza è sempre stato pronto e cortese, grazie ancora! La posizione è molto comoda per andare alla bellissima spiaggia (letteralmente attraversata la strada) e per raggiungere alcuni bar, ristoranti e negozio. Molti altri locali verso il porto (passeggiata di 20 min circa). La località è ben collegata alle principali strade per visitare l'isola. Davvero niente di negativo!
• Manuella (10/5): Komfortables Apartment mit tollen Leuchtturmblick und nahe am Strand - Das Apartment mit Balkon war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man hatte einen unglaublichen Blick zum Leuchtturm und zum Strand. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Besonders komfortabel waren die zwei einzelnen Betten mit ultrabequemen Matratzen und Kissen. Die genaue Beschreibung mit dem Weg zum Apartment war sehr detailliert, so haben wir es sofort gefunden. Filipe war sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, eine klare Empfehlung!

Alles war perfekt - einziges kleines Manko für Pärchen - Das Bett besteht aus 2 Matratzen mit Rille in der Mitte, in die man schnell reinrutschen kann, weil das Bett keinen Rand hat. Die Matratzen verrutschen also sehr leicht. Aber trotzdem 11 von 10 Sternen, perfektes Apartment!

• Isau (10/5): Moderne Wohnung mit Meerblick und sehr freundlichem Gastgeber - Vielen Dank nochmal an Felipe für den tollen Aufenthalt auf Fuerteventura! Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, mit Meerblick und einer sehr modernen Einrichtung und das zu einem top Preis. Annahme und Rückgabe der Wohnungsschlüssel ist auch sehr unkompliziert und Felipe steht bei jeder Frage zur Verfügung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Wohnungen von Casafaromar nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

• Viola (10/5): Perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. - Alles war super organisiert - die Schlüsselübergabe, Kommunikation, die Wohnung selbst. Man merkt, Felipe hat sich Gedanken gemacht, was Urlauber wirklich brauchen. Auch war er immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum und es ist trotzdem ruhig. Der Blick ist ein Traum.

• Neilonbooking (10/5): Comfortable, clean and convenient - This property is very well located a short walk from the beach. It is a studio apartment suited to a solo traveller like myself, or a couple. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and amenities within walking distance. The walls were a little thin and you can easily be disturbed by noisy neighbours, and on Friday and Saturday one of the local bars seem to be blaring music out until 4 am. But this is to be expected on a weekend in a centrally located tourist area where there are bars. Most nights people were respectful and kept it quiet when it was late.

The appartement has everything you can possibly need: a clean bathroom with plenty of space and a washing machine + drying rack, a fully equipped kitchen, enough wardrobe space and plenty of space to sit down and relax. But our absolute favourite part was the balcony with gorgeous beach and lighthouse views! Felipe is such a wonderful host and really went above and beyond to make everything run as smoothly as possible. He was very quick to come back to any queries I had via WhatsApp and he gave me a super detailed explanation of how to get to the accommodation, including videos!! Even without having internet on the day itself, the videos and description led me to the accommodation in 1 go. Very clear and friendly communication and thank you for the wine and water in the fridge upon arrival, really appreciate it. The appartement is located brilliantly, close to the beach, restaurants, cafes, bars & supermarkets and heaps of free parking space outside. The accommodation really made our stay, thank you so much Felipe!

Everything we needed for an easy stay was provided and communication from the hosts was 10/10. WiFi was great, as we both were working whilst there and taking meetings. Beds were beyonnnnnd comfortable!!! I was worried at first they might be too firm, but they were amazing. Location was ideal too. Nice walk into Morro Jable, loads of free parking and right on the beach.

Great location right in front of the beach, market and other facilities, extremely clean, complete kitchen and bathroom, very strong air conditioning, communication with the owner was nice. Highly recommended. It’s not something negative, just I would love to have had a small blender (such as a NutriBullet) to make smoothies in the morning and more comfortable chairs in the balcony to enjoy the view even more.

We did not use these things but there was also sewing kit, iron and hairdryer in case of need. You can see that Felipe want to make sure you have no troubles. The towels and bedsheets smelled so nice and this room was the cleaniest one I ever saw on vacation. We absolutely love the sea view from apartment. The place was calm so we enjoyed relax on the balcony many times. The building in front of apartment is not problem in the view and also you have privacy as this is last floor and no one is above you. The furniture is modern and in very good condition and the quality of mattress in the beds are also very fine. We had good sleep and when you wake up and can see the blue sea it is so good. Also the air conditioning was very useful. Parking is possible in front of the complex and there were many spots. Self check-in and self check-out also very easy and better for us, as we had delayed flight. The beach is close and in this place is less people than in the centre of Morro Jable, so we like it more. The supermarket and ice cream also near, we stopped there every time by the way from beach. Communication with Felipe was very good ane he also translated to my czech language. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the stunning views of the ocean that stretched out before us. The apartment was perfectly situated to provide an unobstructed view of the beach and the sea, and we spent many hours just sitting on the balcony soaking in the scenery. The apartment itself was also wonderful. It was evident that Felipe had put a lot of thought into making sure that everything was well-equipped and comfortable for his guests. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The living room was cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV that we enjoyed using in the evenings. Another thing that really stood out to us was how well-maintained everything was. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and all the appliances were in perfect working order. Felipe was an incredibly responsive and attentive host, always available to answer our questions and make sure that we had everything we needed. He gave us great tips about local restaurants and attractions, and we felt like we were in good hands throughout our stay. All in all, I would highly recommend Felipe's beachfront apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay by the sea. It was stylishly furnished, clean and very well-equipped. The living space and the terrace is just the good size, and the view on the ocean is amazing. Felipe, the host was also wonderful, welcoming and informative, and reacting to every question immediately, which made us feel safe and comfortable. We are more than happy to have found and chosen this property for our stay. We liked everything.

• Oliver (10/5): A great place to stay in Morro Jable - - very convenient location near shops, supermarket, restaurants - free parking available in the area (although maybe a short walk from the building) - between the apartment and the beach with salt meadows is just the main road (to the water less than 10 minutes) - very modern and well maintained studio with everything you need - high quality furniture - big terrace with fantastic sea view - very nice contact with the owner - comfortable (single) beds - modern air conditioning that doubles as fan - effective blackout curtains (and you really need them because of the lighthouse just across the street) A special thanks to Felipe for being such a great host! I couldn’t think of anything - only that we couldn‘t stay longer ;-) - definitely a place to come back to.
