• Stéphanie (4/5): Très mauvais rapport qualité prix - Literie très inconfortable, notamment le couchage des enfants dans le canapé lit. Ménage au sol non fait à l’arrivée (poils pubiens sur le sol). L’hôtesse d’accueil nous a obligés à prendre les petits déjeuners lors du paiement à notre arrivée.

Dette serviceniveau oplever vi ikke mange steder. Der var lidt dårlig lugt på værelset - men det er det eneste ankepunkt.

Grande déception le jacuzzi extrêmement sale (rarement vu cela) et le sauna de l eau stagnait impossible dy mettre les pieds. Bref a part la réceptionniste de nuit tres sympa et un accueil digne dun 5 étoiles, je n'y retournerai plus jamais.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - A good location next to a shopping center. Clean and relatively new. The only reason for a lower score is our request in the morning to clean the room before 2 PM when we come back with the baby for a nap. The person we asked this from was the hotel manager and he refused to make the effort. We came back at 2 and it was still dirty so we told them not to come that day. With such a large cleaning staff they could have easily made us happier.

• François (4/5): - Cet hôtel ne mérite pas les 3 étoiles Problème de plomberie au niveau de l'évacuation du lavabo, signalé à la réception mais aucune action corrective apportée : refoulement d'eau . Cacahuètes offertes!!! mais seulement 2 au sol dans la salle de bain, qui n'ont pas bougées de la semaine malgré le passage du personnel d'entretien! La vaisselle du petit déjeuner pas propre non plus . Bref déception pour le tarif

La même chambre est mis à disposition. Bonde du lavabo mécanisme d'évacuation non fonctionnel. Donc lavabo bouché. Je considère qu'il ni a pas de contrôle après intervention. J'ai donné un avis très fort à la direction de l'Hôtel.

Personnel très compréhensif et faisant le maximum pour compenser les désavantages. Premier hôtel rencontré où il est demandé un supplément pour charger son véhicule.

Tout est parfait, c'est très propre et le souci du détail n'est pas laissé au hasard comme la douche spacieuse avec un souffle l'air chaud dedans, la porte qui s'ouvre à l'intérieur, le choix de la pluie du pommeau etc ... Le personnel est aussi aux petits soins de la clientèle le matin, bref, parfait. Calme assuré malgré l'emplacement pas très attirant

• Nadine (10/5): Magnifique - Absolument génial ! Bel Hôtel, belle chambre, vue magnifique, sauna avec vue sur le Mont Blanc, Jacuzzi parking inclus. Les gestes barrières sont bien respectés. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Accès par le rond-point (rue en travaux actuellement)

Malheureusement l’accueil nous a été fait sans masque... le matin petit déjeuner très très médiocre, il restait une madeleine et une tranche de jambon, on a quand même pris le temps de me demander mon numéro de chambre plutôt que de faire le réassort... bref je suis parti sans prendre le petit dej... hôtel en fin de carrière il me semble. Heureusement la vue sur le Mont Blanc...
• CECILE (10/5): N'hésitez pas! - Excellent accueil. Personnel extrêmement aimable. Hôtel ultra récent, très bien équipé, très propre. Literie de très bonne qualité. Superbe vue, isolation phonique au top rendant la RN inexistante, placé à la sortie de l'autoroute. Petit déjeuner varié, sans cesse achalandé. Nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre choix et reviendrons si l'occasion se présente!

• Eduardo (10/5): Great hotel - Outstanding condition of the facilities, service, location and friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately they err on the cleaning of the rooms. One of the beds had 2 hairs, which makes me think they get lazy in changing sheets.

It’s also a bit tricky to get there as our GPS led us in the wrong way (follow signs in the roundabout instead of GPS). On the plus side close to Carrefour and Tesla Superchargers.

My stay was duringnthe Covid period ans the staff didnehatbthey could.to make things easier considering all the limitations imposed. This was convenient for a business trip with good access to the expressway.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - An easy drive to Chamonix. Near the motorway without the noise, to get to the hotel is not easy, but they could be building a new entrance as construction equipment was parked near the back of the hotel. A douzaine of cows was just behind the hotel, very charming.
