It seems front desk didn’t passed the message to house-kipping, even though they had few hours to do so. 2 rooms, same situation.

However this time the Room wasn't as clean as it should have been. Carpet stained badly..looks someone may have dyed their hair in the room or something. Only 1 elevator operated during the week. I of the 2 food options other than the 4 pricey restaurants was closed the entire time for a "private party ". No room service

• Cynnii2022 (8/5): Enjoyed the overnight stay! - We went to celebrate our friends 50th birthday - we wanted some Spa and pool time. Spa was disappointing, but that's for another time. We had a great check-in experience at hotel. Meadow and Libby at the front desk made us feel special and appreciated. They found out we were getting married in 2026 and treated us to extra hospitality. We had a great time at the adult only pool and hot tub. Sat in a cabana, relaxed and enjoyed good conversation. We were really bummed however that the advertised pool bar wasn't actually open. When we asked a staff memeber, who was stationed at the VIP area next to the bar, he replied gruffly and said "I've worked on day shift forever and that bars never been open". He was the least friendliest person we came across. We found most staff to be super polite and helpful. We had to go back down to main floor for drinks then back up to pool. Total inconvenience. And way, way, too expensive. But we ended up Door Dashing some food and drink so it worked out, and cheaper than hotel prices. Bring your own snacks and drinks for sure! Casino was a big loser for us - nothing seemed to pay out, but it's got a decent amount of slot and table game options. There was a cool bar with a band playing up above - nice visual. Our room was a suite and it was huge! Awesome view and big windows. Clean and tidy, and bug free upon inspection. Some stains and a cigarette burn hole in carpet, but overall nice. Refrigerator with bottled water, and a coffee maker included. Bathroom was fabulous! Great shower with good water pressure. I should mention security measures of needing hotel room key to access the elevators, and you can only access your floor, or the floors for pool, Spa, lobby, etc. We were happy with our over night stay, and enjoyed our evening! Wish the casino paid out better but isn't that always the way. Hahaha!

• alanjP2937QX (10/5): Amazing hotel and Housekeeping Staff - The rooms are very beautiful in the main tower at Resort World. The view of the Catskills are amazing. I would especially like to note that Kim the housekeeper on the 19th floor is so accommodating. She goes beyond to make sure the room is spotless and ready with extra towels etc.
• EE307 (8/5): Overall nice stay - Overall, this was a great getaway a few hours from home. The good: -Room was the biggest room we have ever stayed in with a gorgeous view. -Vanity in the bathroom made me feel like a rock star! -Everything was immaculate. From public restrooms to hotel room and the casino, everything was clean and nice. -Casino is non smoking -Store that sells snacks and open late -Lotus Restaurant was excellent -Staff was great -Parking was easy and free The bad: -We were there Friday-Sunday and housekeeping did not come at all. We went to the front desk and asked for towels, and also called Sunday morning but none were brought to our room. The ugly: -The Catskills bistro was one of the worst places I have ever eaten. I had the baked ziti. It was luke warm, they charged $12 extra for meatballs and there was cumin in the sauce. It came with a dry piece of garlic bread. My husband had the meatloaf and it was awful. It had no sauce, just a hunk of meat and a dressing like container of gravy. The potato looked like it had been run over with a truck and not served with anything like butter or sour cream. It was so gross. -Then we went to the Starbucks to get a desert. The offerings were stale and old and crumbly. Went to bed hungry. -The taxes in Ny are very high and are a significant add to your stay. Locally: Try Tilly’s diner which was great! The Woodstock museum is close by and very enjoyable for a few hours if you like music!
• 42cjg (2/5): Extremely Disappointing Stay - I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Alser Resort in the Catskills was unacceptable from start to finish. When I arrived, my room had not been cleaned at all. There were someone else’s clothes and leftover food still in the room, which was both unsanitary and completely unprofessional for a resort at this price point. I reported the issue immediately, but instead of fixing it right away, I was told housekeeping would come the next day. The next day, room service never showed up. I had to physically go to the front desk to request it again—something that should not happen when the room wasn’t cleaned to begin with. I also spoke with management, who told me she would “verify everything and call me back.” She never called. No follow-up, no apology, nothing. On top of that, they ignored my BBB complaint, which says a lot about how little they value customer concerns. Throughout the entire experience, the staff was rude and dismissive, and at no point did anyone make an effort to correct the situation or even acknowledge the inconvenience. I do not recommend this resort. There are plenty of places in the Catskills with far better service, cleanliness, and professionalism. Avoid this one.

• rogerlL6879KD (10/5): The Best Experience with a Customer Service Agent " Martine" - I had a beautiful experience with the outstanding customer service agent named Martine who has the five Cs of effective customer servicing like : Courtesy , Commitment, Cooperation, Correctness and Calmness. She was very courteous in dealing with the customers for many times since I was able to book with her. She has been demonstrating a high sense of Commitment to service. All other Cs have been spotlights to her legacy to work with love and dedication. Martine is an asset to the this company.
• valdezv2017 (4/5): Below Par Casino - Went on a bus trip to Resorts World Catskills on Nov. 5th. The entertainment was The Platters and they were phenomenal. I would highly recommend their show. Unfortunately the food was cold and served in a large room with other bus groups. As for gambling I needed service and no one came. I tried to flag someone down and no one wished to help. Everyone was in a rush and whizzed by. I did win but when I collected the money the attendant was rude and abrupt. I was considering an overnight but I changed my mind. I will not return or recommend this casino to my friends. If you wish excellent entertainment follow The Platters.
• 646xx (10/5): What great staff and great rooms! - Recently my husband and I stayed room 1223 at Resorts World Catskills. We were extremely impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. The space was absolutely immaculate-every surface spotless and everything perfectly arranged. It was clear that Raquel, the staff member who prepared our room, took great pride in her work; even the bed was made with exceptional care and precision. This added a special touch that made the room feel welcoming and luxurious. She even positioned the tea bags symmetrically in the coffee display! We truly appreciated the effort that Raquel put forth to ensure such a comfortable and pleasant stay! We have stayed at the main hotel many times and are always happy with the way that the rooms are prepared but on this recent visit our experience was extraordinary!!! In addition, Lizette at the front desk, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable! She is always smiling, presenting herself in such a pleasant and professional manner. What a great staff this hotel has!! We highly recommend this hotel because of the rooms but also because of the wonderful staff!!

The room i book with 2,beds were all sold out.. so.i will make sure I call the hotel and make my booking,. Thanks to the Resort world Staff. I did nit like that i book early and did not get the room i book on bookings .com. felt humiliated standing aside . I made booking since June for October. I learned. • lannij38 (10/5): Staff staff staff. A million stars ⭐️ - From the moment I stepped my feet into the Adler hotel and was greeted by “Willy” (Check in) it was magical. Willy was so kind and professional, he found out it was my anniversary and upgraded our visit to a beautiful room in the tower. The most wonderful surprise. We then were greeted by BENEDICT the bellman! No words can describe his warm smile and conversation on our way up to the HONEYMOON SWEET, that’s what Benedict said the staff calls the amazing room we stayed in. Every-time we passed him give us a big smile and did not forget my name. Dinner at lotus was Delicious. SHELLY the dealer at the roulette table so Awesome. They made our 24hrs so special. I have been to the best of the best hotel/resorts, but what made this trip so special was the staff. Not gamblers at all, we had a blast. Our anniversary will never be forgotten. Thank you to Willy Benedict and Shelly you all are Rock stars in hospitality ♥️

She was phenomenal!!! I lost my phone at a machine and I couldn't remember which machine and she went around with me and helped me look for it. She found it for me!!.... ,No kleenex in our room. 😡 Your garbage cans are so small. 😡 Considering the price of the room for 2 nights, one would have thought that the toilet paper would be better than the thin crap that was on the roll! 😡 Our room was never made up by a maid.!!! 😡 No fresh towels for the shower!! Or hand towels, or washcloths!!! We look so forward to driving to your establishment.In monticello, NY from Rochester, NY and we were disappointed.... Not sure we will be back.

No service personnel would respond to our alerts. Machines programed to default on 9-line x3 multiplier taking your money without a kiss. Not fair. Dirty pool!

I did see a few strands of hair in the steam room, so they may want to clean it every few hours after use. Other than that, the place is very well kept. The staff were polite and helpful. I'll go back for sure.

Few restaurants to choose from and one was closed even though the sign said it should be open on Thursday nights. Ate at Good Friends and the food was not good. Chicken was tough and definitely would not ever come back.

Offered to buy a pen off her for $20. No again. Went to the gift shop, none for sale but the cashier said take as many as you need. Took one, tipped him 20 and that’s that.

• LEO (8/5): - The room was very quiet and spaceous - excellent. Grounds and facility clean and beautiful. Food was very good but overpriced. $5 for a small cup of tea - seriously??? Over two days never once approached by server in casino - no comp drinks??? Staff in 24/7 ignored us; stood around chatting and not serving customers while we waited to order.
• Stay62728156548 (2/5): Blood on my sheets! - The worst experience I’ve ever had. There was blood all over my sheets in the room and it wasn’t my blood. I can easily say no one should go here . I never write reviews but considering I complained 5 times to staff and management and no one did a thing. They just said they would speak with someone and that was it. We never got a call back and I continued to call back and nothing. The I went back to speak to someone and still nothing . I refuse to sleep in someone else blood . They should have spoken to the cleaning staff but nothing at all happened. So they don’t care about their customer or even health safety

• France (8/5): - 24/7 bistro not open 24 hours. Show at Bethel Woods lets out late. Would be nice for a later closing.

• Suzanne (10/5): - We were happily surprised that it was very nice. The room was clean and a nice size. The casino was fun too. We hit on roulette. Not so much on slots but it was still fun. Getting a drink was near impossible!

• Adriana (10/5): Monticello hotel - Very clean hotel and with large rooms and large bathroom. Plenty of space. Elevators are also quick.
• Christopher (10/5): Unbelievable hotel rooms - Hotel rooms are top notch. Spacious, well outfitted. Best shower I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Scott Conant Steakhouse is superb 10/10. Only complaint is that they have signs for valet parking all throughout the complex as you pull in and then you get there and there’s no valet. They said they stopped the valet service during Covid and never restarted it. They should change their signage and make it easier to park.
