Paying for parking after spending nearly two hundred dollars for 1 night stay. Your patrons should not have to pay for parking on top of renting the room.

Lol, we didn't experience breakfast due to the fact that we overslept from the family event. Overall we were satisfied. I can't really say that we had any issues at all. We don't have any complaints. The staff was quite helpful and polite. We were greeted upon arrival at the front desk. We will be recommending you to relatives and friends, thanks.

I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and the room was clean and serviced every other day. Beware the hotel charges $10 per night for parking. This additional charge was not clear when making the reservation and would have affected my choice of hotels. I needed to ask for toilet paper and hand towels when the cleaning staff forgot to leave them.

- Katelym (7/5): Lovely room and staff - Loved the bed and bathroom. I didn’t love that we had to pay an additional fee for parking. And when we had gotten back from our event, one of the entrances was blocked off by a shuttle van and we could not figure out how to get to the other entrance easily.

- Daniel (8/5): For the most part, very good. - The Embassy Suites across the street had a really good dinner restaurant (Sorry)(But glad) Everything else was fine,except there were a few (plumbing) issues. Unfortunately, there was a loud knocking noise coming from behind the restroom wall at around 7:15 both mornings I was there. The only thing the staff and I could come up with was a plumbing issue, which can happen anywhere.

- Iftikhar (1/5): - Several Live Ants crawling on room A/C unit, On the Bed and bathroom floor, Informed Hotel General Manager La Toya Needles and showed her video for live aunts crawling in Room 302. She send a maintenance staff and it did not work. We stayed three night June 05-06 and 7th, (Thursday, Friday and Saturday). This a serious health hazard issue. Very unhappy.

Noise coming from other room of couple getting down, my mattress was so worn out I could feel springs and sank down in it, no support at all. Obviously being galloped on.

Thought I would try the Hilton instead, because it had been completely renovated. I don't think that was the case. The staff was amazing! Very friendly and met all of our needs. Didn't like spending near $150 for the room, when we arrived at midnight and left at 9:00am. The floors in the room were dirty. The halls were somewhat dirty. There was a woman who was yelling for most of the night and the people on the floor above us were stomping around and making noise until 4:30am. The breakfast was only ok, and the decaf coffee was not fresh in the morning. The hotel itself is clean, but I wouldn't stay there again.

- Emily (2/5): - Our socks turned black within an hour of taking our shoes off in the room, there were clumps of dirt and dried beans on the floor so obviously vacuuming isn’t a common occurrence. The room was generally not in good shape/damaged - there were pieces of the tub chipped off, hair in the shower, the tub faucet dripped, the light in the bathroom was hanging halfway out of the ceiling, there were stains on the carpet and the couch cover was unzipped and halfway on when we arrived. Worst of all was the mattress. It was so worn down it looked like an episode of my 600 pound life was filmed in it. I slept about an hour, and struggled to climb out of the bed in the morning I was sunken so deep in the bed. I expressed my concerns the next morning at the front desk and was offered Hilton Honors points if I was a member, I am not and would obviously not be after this experience, so I was offered apologies. Also, from the road on one side of the property the area looks like a nice area with lots of other hotels, but if you leave the property through the other exit just one block away you’re driving past sketchy abandoned houses with boarded up houses and stray dogs.
