- SHANGYAN (9/5): Better than expected. - Very good location, a few steps from the beach and easy to find nice food and bar. It was clean and quiet and very good for a family holiday. The host could help arrange pick up service and can help get tickets for nearby events. The front gate area can have some works done coz it was a bit muddy, but not a big deal.

- Morag (10/5): A perfect family escape by the beach to share a birthday celebration and relax. - The house was a perfect little Asian tiny house experience - perfect design, stylish furnishings, outdoor bath, outside space, and a quick step to the beach. The staff were incredible and 10 minutes away if we ever needed anything. They arranged a seafood bbq for my husband's birthday and also bought him a cake - all of it was so lovely. More seating options inside and out would be good - comfortable chairs for lounging in outside, particularly - but everything was really fabulous for a week long family stay with our son and his wife. More comfortable chairs in the lounge and on the terrace - just for reading and relaxing. A few more wine glasses and big drinking glasses.

- William (9/5): - Really enjoyed my stay here. The house is large, modern, clean, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was a nice addition – fresh fruit/eggs. Tan is a kind host with good English. The location is perfect: tucked away in a quiet alley but just seconds from the main strip/road with plenty of shops and restaurants, and only a 5-minute walk to the beach. As with most homestays, family life is part of the experience, and overall it’s excellent value for money. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

As a family of 4 we got the 204 205 rooms which are two interconnected rooms that can fit 5 persons. Good sized rooms with air conditioners that worked very well. Medium-soft beds which were really comfortable. The Breakfast was freshly made and came fresh fruit on the side. Free towels for the beach and a shower by the pool. The pool is clean and good sized. Mrs Tram is a wonderful hostess helping out with anything you need.

- ilana (10/5): Perfect! - Located less than 1 minutes walk from the clean beach where you have everything you need to relax. Location is only 10 min Taxi away of hectic touristic Hoi An. Many restaurants right there. The staff was kind friendly, cheerful and helpful. Make sure to get off taxi on the 'main' road and be ready to roll your luggage a couple of minutes, though our driver took us all the way on the narrow road.

- David (10/5): Excellent - I had the family room with kitchen and access to the pool - comfortable- excellent - it felt more like a small condo than a room. Shower runs hot, unusual in SE Asia - I had to turn it down a notch. Kitchen was well stocked with all cooking essentials. Location - zero road noise '- in fact, very quiet. Handy access to the beach but I don't care because I hate beaches. Good restaurants and bars within two minutes walk,many more if you walk 8 minutes but I don't like staggering home too far. Book this place Observation- the pool is a dipping pool rather than a swimming pool. If you want to swim there's a big ocean two minutes away

- Rick (10/5): Great location - The location was great, 50 metres from the beach and heaps of restaurants all around. The area is still fairly quiet and relaxing. The property is down a laneways about 30 metres from the main road. The hosts were fabulous, and couldn’t do enough. Complimentary fresh fruit every morning to the laundry service, just made life enjoyable. We had the basic room upstairs which was huge. Beds were comfortable, shower was great, and the air con worked a treat. This place will open your eyes as to how cheap you can get great accommodation at a super price. Don’t be put off by the $$ this property is punching well above its weight. Nothing.

- Cherie (9/5): Gorgeous villas, great location. - Beautiful Casablanca vibe, with lovely cool pool to refresh ourselves in. Staff are gorgeous, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. We liked everything about the property, however a nearby 7 day funeral was very challenging to sleep through!
- Sean (8/5): Nice property, guest experience could be so much better - A great villa with pool. Homestay families are lovely, especially the elderly ladies that clean the rooms and I enjoyed our lady who was very nice. We asked for a bigger room for our last week which was provided, but we were unsure how much that was. We were left uncertain about the final bill, unexpected charges, and overall communication. I had repeatedly requested a bill days before checkout to avoid suspected surprises. Receiving it at the last moment was frustrating, so we just paid and left. Our experience was tainted by constant daily questions about where we were going, night and day. We chose to use the laundry next door (run by the kind elderly couple) and continued to have breakfast across the road, though both services were available at the property. When I did request breakfast onsite, what I received wasn’t what I had asked for, so I returned to my usual spot across the road. Overall, clearer communication and improving guest experience with privacy & perhaps a daily menu. Also ensuring that what is requested matches what is provided would greatly improve the guest experience.

- Elli (10/5): Super Awesome - Hop, skip & a tiny jump to the beach. Location, Location. Rooms are very spacious, clean and well equipped. Had a little kitchenette, full sized fridge with kettle, tea & coffee supplied. Bonus was the private outside shower and balcony with a fan. Lovely swimming pool with loungers. Breakfast was delicious. Awesome staff, including the two house keepers that kept everything spotless. So worth it, will be back next year.

Il ne manque rien pour le comfort (cafetière, grand frigo congélateur,2 TV,lave linge et sèche linge, accessoires de toilette,essuie et sac de plage , enceinte bluetooth, appareils anti moustiques......). Eau potable grâce à un système de filtration. Nombreux rangements. Idem pour l'extérieur. Beau petit jardin. Le top: Trinh pour sa gentillesse,son dévouement ,sa disponibilité Il manquait peut être un deuxième fauteuil sur la terrasse.

- Tim (10/5): Voortreffelijk - In eerste instantie lijkt het niet veel, het zit in een klein straatje bij aan Bang beach waar je met de auto niet kan komen, het is maar een minuutje lopen vanaf de weg. Super vriendelijke gastvrouw en personeel! We hadden geschakelde kamers bovenin. Ideaal als je met wat oudere kinderen reist. Een douche buiten en een heerlijk balkon! En nog een gratis ontbijtje gekregen ook. Niks
- Luke (9/5): Great family stay. - Great location & comfortable cleant room. We had the breakfast that is available at the Homestay for extra charge each day and it was delicious. The family running the Homestay really look out for you and can assist with arranging things like taxis, scooter rental, tours etc. It was all good, great value.
- Jeff (10/5): Was the perfect location and a highlight of our trip, Was the best adventure! - We flew all the way from australia for our first overseas family holiday and was blown away by thr Incredible location, Brilliant property and a wonderful host. Perfect for my family of 4. My only issue was the mosuitos - which was just a problem in general in the An Bang region. We didnt end up using the second bathroom much as it was outdoors and wasnt worth getting bitten! I would recommend putting a door on the shower so that the toilet and vanity becomes indoors

- Joseph (9/5): A wonderful family run homestay with good facilities & ideal for long term stay :) - Large room & bathroom. I stayed 8 nights & was so happy they has a multigym & a wonderful roof terrace where I could relax & have a view over AnBang. The fruit breakfasts were delicious & not skimpy. Wonderful family. Thank you Tan (He speaks good english) & his sister Van, who own "V spa" next door. Bang in the heart of AnBAng & anout 3 mins walk to the beach :) Loads of restauarants immediately around the homestay. A ceiling fan would be a great addition as I am an eco warrior when it comes to aircon.

- Nik___ (10/5): Exceptional - This was one of our favorite and longest stays in Vietnam. We originally planned to stay for 4 nights, and we extended another 5. The place is amazing! And the staff were very friendly, accommodating, always smiling and genuinely nice and professional people. We also got a bit sick and the staff bought us ginger and lime and hung it in our door. They let me use the kitchen to slice ginger and cook tea every morning. Tram was lovely and helpful from the beginning until the end and always checking up on us. The rooms were spotlessly cleaned everyday. The pool is also checked and cleaned everyday. The location is PERFECT! Just a few steps away from a lovely and not crowded beach where locals hang-out in the morning. There are a lot of restaurant and delicious food options literally a few steps away or a few minutes away in the main road. Great Vietnamese food around. This is a nice place to stay for those who want a peaceful time and don't want to stay in the crowded ancient town in Hoi an. It is just 10 minutes by motorbike/grab bike/taxi to town. Would come back!
