- yunjung (4/5): - 지하철 올라와서 바로근처이고 돈키호테 바로 옆, 그리고 인근에 작은슈퍼도 있고 위치는 진짜 좋았어요 하지만 객실은 머리카락이 좀 보였고 먼지가 많았어요 13층이라 소음은 없었지만 수압이 너무 낮아서 샤워기 사용하기 불편했어요 그리고 샤워기호스쪽도 찢어져서 물이나오다안나오다 ㅠㅠ 샤워기 위치도 욕조에 있는게 아니라 옆에 붙어있어서 너무 불편해요 특히 에어컨 청소가 너무 안되어있네요 사진 첨부합니다

Fairly noisy but acceptable The only thing that was a slight criticism was the air con was necessary at night but very blowy so ending up with a stiff neck as it was hard to get the room temperature right. It would also have been good to be able to access BBC news on the TV or at least one English speaking channel but not essential.

- KUMIKO (8/5): - スタッフの方の対応が高級ホテル並みにとても素晴らしく、お部屋の備品、清掃もきちんとされ快適に過ごすことができました。また駅から近く 周りにたくさんのお店があり食事にもショッピングにもとても便利です。ただ夜になると繁華街のため人通りも多くあまり歩きたくない感じではありましたが その思いを打ち消すほどに快適な滞在でまたリピートしたいと思っています。ありがとうございました。

Very lively at night and the area looks like it in the morning.: a little less clean than what you might be used to from Japan... However, compared to Europe or North America it does not feel unsafe at any time. Food options and transit connectiion are amazing.

- Sze Man (10/5): - 酒店地點方便，8號出口有升降機直落地鐵站，方便推大型行李的遊客。而且房間清潔整齊，而且備品充足，亦有直髮器可供借出，如果drink corner可提供汽水便更佳，適合小朋友。
- Ka Hei (10/5): - 櫃檯服務職員好有禮貌和殷勤，簡單英文溝通很清晰。房間隔音非常好。某天廁所沖水有點問題，職員立即處理，很有效率。大堂有很多日用品可免費補給。不過泊車處距離酒店兩個街口，雖不是最方便但也還可以接受。酒店周圍很多夜店，不過治安也是OK。整體體驗非常滿意。

Le personnel est au soin, très attentif, aimable et bienveillant. Il est possible de laisser vos valises à l'acceuil dans l'attente de votre check-in. Les chambres, bien que petites, sont très propres

- KIM KEUM (6/5): - 비상구쪽 방을 줘서 침대와 테이블에서는 와이 파이가 안 터져서 문쪽에서 충전하고 많이 불편했어여 그동안 문제제기 있었을텐데 그런방을 줘서 이틀동안 많이 불편했어요

- Verified traveler (6/5): （5/10）可能不會再住這間 - 住宿的時候居然火災警鈴響了，廣播13樓火災要求逃難。工作人員整個不清楚狀況，後來才廣播是誤報。 另外雙人房住第二個人要加費用😐 WiFi在房內非常微弱，不知道是否是邊角的房間關係？在房間內只有一格跑得很慢，只好吃自己的漫遊流量。 除此之外其他都不錯，位置在鬧區去地鐵站方便。（所以晚上也有點吵鬧）

Pour les amateurs de shopping, le Donki est à 3 minutes à pied, et il y a aussi un centre commercial à 5 minutes (Loft, Daiso, 3 Coins, Onitsuka Tiger, etc.). La Mirai Tower est également toute proche. L'hôtel est très propre et le personnel est au top ! Si le quartier (quartier "chaud" de Nagoya avec bars et karaokés à proximité) ne vous dérange pas, c’est une excellente option. Cependant, à cause des bars, la propreté de la rue n'est pas idéale en matinée.

- Allison (10/5): - The amenities for this hotel are on the 3rd floor and every day we got a new set of towels and robes even without a cleaning. There was also complimentary coffee on the 3rd floor as well. I appreciated that the floors were blocked off unless you had a key for that floor and the elevator stopped at the 3rd floor each time you used it even if you weren't going to that floor in order for staff to be sure no one unexpected was coming and going.

- Cho Kit (10/5): 位置好 體驗好 推薦 - 酒店位置很好，步行5分鐘就是榮站和地下街，再過一條街就是三越百貨。 酒店大堂會有amentities 提供，熱水夠熱水壓夠大。 電梯上樓前必然會在3樓大堂停一下，進一步確保客人安全。 酒店有些房間窗口對著是隔離大廈外牆，要睇下你會唔會care.
- Alvina (8/5): - Very convenient to the Sakae station which was a good hub to travel from and right around the corner from a 24hr Donki store. Area is a little rough as there are a bit of nightclubs and other types of clubs around. However never felt unsafe.
- HUI (10/5): - Hotel had all sorts of basic amenities available at lobby. If you’re female, you can request for the women-only floor and it comes with woman-specific amenities! The only con I would say is that the surrounding area is quite messy /rowdy at night because I think there are night establishments. I’ve seen men approaching men with some hand-held banners/promotions. I can’t read Japanese so I’m not sure what it’s about. Lots of people smoking on the street.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 各方面都很不錯，就是空間規劃不好 - 在日本住過很多商務旅館，但這間真的比其他的更小，整個空間的使用也不夠理想，一般這種商務旅館床底下會是空的方便行李箱可以塞進去，但這邊完全沒有辦法，我們只能把東西全部搬出來行李箱想辦法塞入床後邊的空間，除去這個之外，其他一切都很不錯，地點很好，交通或吃東西方面都很方便

- TAKLAYTON (10/5): Pleasant Stay - I stayed for 6 nights in October 2024. The hotel is located in the middle of the NIshiki area, a very easy walk from a metro station. The exit 1 is the closest to the hotel, however no elevator or escalator. If travelling with bags, there are elevator and escalator at exit 8 and the hotel is just cross the road. The room was average Japanese business hotel size, but the bed was comfortable and I was very happy with the room. The hotel provided free laundry facilities (often fully occupied). The free coffee and amenity bar at the reception area were great. There are a fwe convevnience stores within a block or two. I will stay there again if I visit Nagoya again!

- Nina (10/5): - We loved our stay in Hotel ACTEL nagoyanishiki, the staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a shower and bath combo. The room was quiet and came with slippers, pajamas, a TV, AC and a fridge/freezer. The reception has lounge seating (floor 3), laundry (washer / dryer combo), free hot and iced drinks and a whole stand of free amenities/ toiletries that you can take. 10/10!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good hotel for solo travelers - The hotel and it's rooms are clean and the workers there are nice. Downsides to the hotel are it's small room sizes and fairly thin walls. The room size is okay for a solo traveler, but doesn't accommodate families.
- KIM (6/5): - Pros Check-in was fast. Hotel staffs were friendly. Great location, many shops and restaurants near by. Cons I could see the stain on the wall. Molds in the bathroom. After cleanning the room, there were still emply bottles on the floor, room cleaning wans’t done properly. It doesn’t make sense to clean the room every “4 days”. The towels, water, slippers were provided in a mesh-type basket. It was put on the floor. Towels literally on the floor as the basket was mesh-type. I would find another hotel on my next visit.

- MASAKO (6/5): - 禁煙の部屋を希望したのですが、室内が臭かったです。備え付けの消臭スプレーを使い空気清浄器をつけると少し改善されるのですが、数時間外出して戻ってくるとまた臭う…の繰り返しでした。もしかするとタバコの臭いではなかったのかも。とにかく臭くて連泊だったので辛かったです。綺麗なホテルでスタッフの方々の対応も丁寧、コーヒーのサービスも有り難かったのですが、部屋の臭いだけが残念でした。口コミがとても良いので選んだのですが、ハズレの部屋に当たってしまったようです。それと、洗面所で手を洗った後、いつまでも水が溜まったままでした。やっと流れてもハンドソープの泡が残ってしまい、また水を流さないといけない状態でした。掃除の時に気付かなかったのかな？と思います。

- Jin Seo (6/5): 위치는 나쁘지 않았지만 나머지는.. - 위치는 나쁘지는 않아요 사카에 쪽인데 버스터미널과 지하철역 가까운게 좋습니다 도쿄라 치면 신주쿠 가부키초 같은 분위기라 야간까지 너무 시끄럽고, 골목이 너무 지저분해요. 전망은 옆 건물 뷰여서 기대 안하셔야 됩니다. 그리고 제가 머물렀던 층에는 장기 투숙객이 있었는데 문을 안 닫고 생활하는 할머니였어요. 암만봐도 좀 그랬고, 매일 청소해주는 시스템은 좋은데 침대 뒤 난간 쪽에 밑단에 먼지가 가득해서 제가 청소했고요. 재방문의사 없습니다. 원래가던 곳이 F1때문에 만실이라 이용했는데 너무 별로였어요
- jay-danielmacey (10/5): Great Location at a Budget - I spent one night here in March 2023. The room was a bit compact, but the price was incredible value for a solo traveller. The hotel is located between attractions like the Nagoya City Science Museum, Nagoya Castle and Chubu Electric Power Mirai Tower, and the subway is less than 5 minutes away. I would be more than happy to stay here again in the future.

- SHIN (8/5): - 駅からはあまり近くはないが、静かでコスパも良い。ホテルの北1ブロックにある近くのカレー屋さんのカレーが美味しい。
- CHEWEI (8/5): - check in時會付上中英日的入住須知。check out使用自助服務機，流程也簡單快速。 櫃台人員對應非常地專業。 房間內的沐浴用品非常齊全，唯有些一次性使用的物品需要在3F大廳自行取用。 房間與日本商務旅館大小差不多，28吋以上的行李箱可能比較難攤平整理。 整潔部分壁紙有些許泛黃部分，但整理清潔是很棒的。 衣櫃長度不夠掛大衣，但硬擠擠得下。 飯店整體的品質都相當不錯，唯獨周邊環境的治安堪憂，晚上不建議一人外出。

- LONG CHIU (10/5): - Period of stay: 31 December 2023 to 6 January 2024 For what you are paying, this hotel location is impeccable. It is located conveniently nearby the Sakae Station (I usually use exit 8, but there may be other even more convenient ones), and the heart of all your shopping (Parco and many luxury brands within walking distance), night activities and a roughly 15 minutes walk to Osu. Sakae station (being 2 stops from Nagoya station) is also one of the stations with great connectivity to other lines, making it a great base to stay for your exploration around Nagoya. While I have not explored the Hotel fully, the service persons are helpful, and level 3 where the lobby is located has many amenities/items for your own self help. The basic single room where I stayed is clean and typical size (per Japanese hotels) as described - in this regard, anyone travelling in group or has big/numerous luggages may see it fit to go for bigger rooms. Overall, an enjoyable 6 days here and I highly recommend to anyone if the above-mentioned positive notes appeal to you.

- Ai Ling (10/5): Great Place To Stay in Nagoya - I stayed 6 nights here. Location is great as I could walk everywhere and lots of shopping and food around. Train station was also near. It is near night clubbing area, may have drunks late at night or early morning. I like that they provide bath salt variety, and also ice coffee at the lobby helps me so much during the hot summer. The room cleaning service was also excellent, and the room facility was good too. Would definately stay again. It was like home away from home for me. Thank you!

- Mariko (10/5): - 繁華街から近く駅も近いのでアクセスがすごく良かった。 水回りも清潔でユニットバスでしたが広めで快適でした。

- kazuhiko (10/5): - 栄という繁華街の場所ですので仕方ないのかもしれませんが、朝ホテルを出るとゴミが散乱しカラスがあちこちにいてゴミをさらに散らばせていました。 ホテルのサービスなどは良かったです、コーヒーサーバーも自由に使えるのは良かったですね。 エコも考慮されているところも気に入りました。
