• S2790WQyvonnef (10/5): Great location but noisy due to being in the heart of Temple Bar area - The hotel room was small with 2 queen size beds but sufficient. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were amazing and we even got an early check-in. Breakfast was included and a really good order-off-the-menu breakfast. Location was amazing in the heart of Temple Bar and close to many restaurants and bars but that meant it was noisy well into the night and in the morning too.

C'est l'endroit parfait si vous aimez l'animation : le bar situé juste en dessous propose une ambiance électrique avec de nombreux concerts de musique live chaque soir Confort des chambres : L’équipement laisse à désirer. Le lit double est trop étroit (140x200) pour un confort optimal. De plus, les fenêtres en simple vitrage ne ferme pas bien n’isolent ni du froid ni du bruit. ​Service & Propreté : Le ménage est effectué de manière très approximative et beaucoup trop tardivement (parfois vers 15h00). ​Petit-déjeuner : Le petit-déjeuner, qui se prend au bar de l’hôtel, a été une grande déception. Le choix est très limité (service à la carte uniquement) et l'attente est interminable, même en arrivant à 9h00. Pour couronner le tout, l’hôtesse s'est montrée particulièrement désagréable, nous parlant sur un ton déplacé sans aucune raison.

• harry (6/5): More for younger party crowd than older sightseers - location was terrific, within walking distance of most attractions in Dublin. Rooms are small with limited storage space and noise from nearby bars and clubs make sleep a chalenge.
• Pailloux (8/5): Hôtel très bien situé à Temple Bar - - Personnel de l’accueil très sympathique. - Chambre au 3eme étage doté d’un petit balcon, avec vue sur le Liffey. - Petit déjeuner (breakfast) consistant. - Situation top, dans le quartier Temple Bar, très animé. - La salle du petit déjeuner du matin se transforme en pub le soir, avec groupe de musique. Après la réservation faite sur booking.com pour 3 nuits petit déjeuner inclu (1043€), nous avons dû nous acquitter de 157€ supplémentaires (non signalé sur booking) car notre séjour était > à 2 nuits. Au moment du Check out, il faut payer 10€/chambre pour laisser les valises à la bagagerie de l’hôtel.

• Heather (9/5): Great location, value, staff, breakfast. A wonderful stay. - Great location, kind staff. They allowed us to leave our bags when we got there early. Comfy bed and a nice view of the river from our room. Breakfast in the bar was great value - you get to order one thing from the menu and then self serve tea, coffee, juice, toast.

Wasn’t aware that we would be staying over the loudest pub in Temple Bar by far! Was placed on the first floor straight above the Fitzsimmons Bar with no soundproofing or consideration by other extremely loud guests who got to their room at 3 am . Did not sleep for 2 nights as a result!
• ruverav (2/5): Turned away for no reason - Unacceptable door policy - Three years ago, I visited this pub with my girlfriend. Even then, the bouncer looked at me with absolute disdain before letting us in. Yesterday I returned with a male friend; luckily, there was no security at the door, so we got in without any trouble and had a normal, quiet time. However, today was a completely different and humiliating experience. I went back with this friend of mine. As we approached the door, the bouncer stopped us with a hostile, 'Where are you going, guys?' and immediately denied us entry. When we politely asked him why we couldn't go in, his only response was literally, 'Because no.' We were completely sober, calm, and dressed perfectly fine for a pub. It leaves me wondering why we were arbitrarily rejected. Was it because he heard us speaking Spanish? Did he just arbitrarily decide he didn't like our clothes? Or did he wrongly assume we were a gay couple and discriminate based on that? Whatever the actual reason, being turned away just 'because no' is incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, and feels highly discriminatory. It’s a shame that a venue allows its security staff to treat tourists with such baseless arrogance. Save your money and go to other pubs in Dublin where you will actually be treated with basic human decency

• Marie2103 (7/5): finde en Dublin - la ubicación para hacer turismo es ideal, todo esta cerca. la habitación 207 para 4 personas estaba bien, las camas son confortables, quizas un poco justo el espacio para moverse. el baño es bastante nuevo. el desayuno es abundante, pero el café que hay en self service es pesimo, si quieres un buen café te lo hacen con maquina, pero se paga aparte. es muy muy ruidoso, se oye tanto de día como de noche, se oye mucho la musica los pubs de las calles de abajo, y la gente hablando gritando o riendo hasta las 3h de la madrugada. creo que un hotel en este sitio deberia tener ventanas mejor insonorizadas. la calefación estaba a tope, y no sabiamos como apagarla.

• AineCla (2/5): Rude staff and bad food! - Stayed here last night after attending a gig around the corner in the Olympia theatre. Receptionist was lovely to deal with , very friendly. Room is clean. You can hear everything outside as room is not soundproof from the bar. So very loud and noisy. We had pre paid for breakfast with our booking and the tea/coffee was cold and when we asked for boiling water for our tea we were told the tea was hot and she would heat the milk. Not very accommodating , very rude and not approachable. Also we got the eggs Benedict, mini Irish fry and avacado on toast - 2 breakfasts were freezing cold and a long hair was found on another. We just agreed to not saying anything and leave. Horrible service.

• Annette (6/5): - The staff were exceptional, very helpful, kind and understanding, providing guidance and assistance for needs during our stay. I think I paid a premium for the location, but there were compromises for the location. When I booked, I had read reviews and I was aware that there would be noise from music being played downstairs and other reviews indicated that this was tolerable with earplugs, given the location. What I didn't plan for, however, was that the music would continue very loudly not just from downstairs but also across the road, until 3am. I accept that I should have considered this being a Saturday night/Sunday morning. At 6am the noise from the street cleaners or council workers commenced. At 7am I could hear every movement and conversation from the loud people next door, however perhaps this was because I was over-aware of noise by this time. On the Sunday night, music continued until midnight. My room was booked for 3 adults and although the bedding was fine and quite comfortable, there was little room for much else (ie, luggage of 3 adults). This would probably not have been an issue if it was only 2 adults, absent an additional bed in the room. In hindsight, I should have looked more carefully at the days I would be staying given the other reviews about noise, and whether 2 rooms would have been more suitable, although the cost for this would have been prohibitive. I also couldn't have planned that 2 of the 3 adults would have been very sick (cold/flu) and a proper night sleep would have been beneficial to assist with recovery, and they found themselves having to rest during the day and not enjoying all that Dublin had to offer. Overall, this was a suitable accommodation in an excellent location, however one must be aware of whether you can tolerate noise and the days you are staying (noting it might be quieter during the week).

• Thomas (10/5): Hier findest du alles, was dein Dublin-Herz begehrt! - Liegt an Toplage. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zuvorkommendes Personal. Frühstück war gut. Unsere Reisegruppe, 16 Männer waren total zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Kann ich für Trips nach Dublin nur empfehlen! Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Fönster var dåligt isolerade vilket innebar mycket mer lyhört än nödvändigt. TV-n var löst uppsatt vilket gjorde att man var rädd att den skulle trilla ned.

Imali smo let kasnije popodne i bez obzira što smo se već odjavili iz sobe mogli smo ostaviti torbe kod njih za par sati. Malo bučno ali to je normalno za lokaciju objekta. Za jedno nočenje je o.k. jer je blizu događanja.

The hotel was itself was clean and excellent value for money. I had traditional Irish stew in the bar and it was excellent. If you're looking for a value for money hotel in an excellent location, this is for you.

The carpets in our room had a foul odour as did the hallway leading to our room. The stains and odour in the room when it got hot were amplified so we always had to leave the door and windows open.

• shannon (3/5): I would not recommend - We had 2 double beds. Room was clean on arrival, beds were comfy. Lively bar attached to hotel. We were extremely disappointed with the way we were treated during our stay. Following a fire alarm, the groundsman entered our room unannounced approximately 30 minutes later, barging past us without warning or explanation. This made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. We went downstairs to raise our concerns, however the situation only worsened. The owner was rude and dismissive, stating that the groundsman had every right to enter our room in this manner and offered no apology whatsoever. In addition to this, our bedding was not changed for the entire three nights of our stay, despite us asking numerous times for this to be sorted. This is a basic expectation for hygiene and comfort, and it was extremely frustrating to be repeatedly ignored. As four young women staying in a different country, this experience was particularly intimidating and distressing. At no point was our privacy, safety, or wellbeing taken into consideration, nor were our concerns taken seriously. We expected a basic level of respect, professionalism, and cleanliness, all of which were sadly lacking. This experience significantly affected our stay and left us feeling upset and unsafe. We hope this matter is taken seriously and that appropriate steps are taken to ensure future guests are treated with respect and basic standards are met.

El servicio de las camareras del desayuno, no entendieron lo que pedimos y lo cambiaron de mala gana, protestando, malas caras y tardando muchísimo. El bacon estaba socarrado.

• Majida (5/5): - Séjour catastrophique. Hôtel très bruyant, portes qui claquent dès l’aube, aucune pression d’eau dans la douche. Chambre pour 4 avec une seule chaise, totalement inadaptée. Réservation de plus de trois nuits avec un supplément annoncé au dernier moment : pratique inadmissible et illogique. Aucun restaurant ni bar sur place, obligation de sortir pour se restaurer. Petit-déjeuner à 16 € scandaleux : très peu de choix, aucune variété, pain de mie moisi, sans aucun geste commercial. Seul point positif : le personnel de l’hôtel, vraiment agréable et disponible.

Prese di corrente anche per i nostri elettrodomestici Doccia top e acqua calda. Il riscaldamento si accende solo alle 18.30 pm... in dicembre! Il rumore, ma d'altronde con quegli infissi c era da aspettarselo. L arredamento è davvero troppo scarno non c è dove appendere il giacchetto..
• Lisa (10/5): Séjour au cœur de la vie Dublinoise - Notre séjour à Dublin au sein de l’établissement c’est très bien passé. Il est parfaitement situé en plein cœur du quartier du Temple Bar. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, il y a plusieurs choix possibles.
• Tobias (6/5): De staff was erg aardig, locactie is goed, kosten zijn duur. - De locatie is goed, je zit midden in het Temple Bar gedeelte. De pub onder het hotel is open tot 03;00 en het geluid hoor je heel erg hard. Je hebt heel veel leuke en lekkere restaurants in de omgeving, houd wel rekening met enorm hoge prijzen voor het eten en drinken in de omgeving. Bij aankomst moesten we nog €98 extra betalen omdat we 3 nachten bleven. Na het boeken hebben ze contact opgenomen met mij om de boeking bij Book.com te annuleren en het via hun site te doen. Als ik dat zou doen hoefden we geen extra kosten te betalen. Bij vertrek wilden we onze bagage nog even opslaan bij hun tot we gingen vliegen, hiervoor werden ook nog extra kosten gerekend.

• ScotLad92 (6/5): Good central location. - The hotel is located in the middle of Temple Bar , with the north facing rooms overlooking the River Liffey. As far as location goes, the hotel is great. The downstairs bar is lively and fun - although like the rest of Temple Bar area, it’s outrageously expressive for a pint, so bear that in mind . The rooms were big enough for our two night stay , the bed was comfortable and the shower worked fine. However given its location to Dublin party areas you need to be aware that the area can be LOUD at night with party goers and traffic outside . That’s to be expected in such a central location though. Overall , the hotel was ok.

Denna kostnad kom efter vi hade bokat… inte okej och booking har tagit in det för granskning. Boka inte om ni inte är villiga att betala denna summa.
