• Rachel (7/5): It was good for a one transit night but there is nothing around to visit it’s for a transit. THE FOOD WAS VERY NICE ! - The staff The cleanliness and the location
• Vijay (3/5): Not Worth Avoidable - Given that we wanted to stay somewhere closer to the airport the location was the only positive Clumsy room with most of the fittings broken. Indifferent attitude of the staff at the front desk and they were not helpful at all. While they claim the property is new and is just 5 years old it looks pretty old and most of the things are broken and not functional. The lift in the property was not working. There were no hand showers in the room. Even after dark the passage lights were not on. Asked the reception for help with car for airport drop and they were charging 3 times of ride hailing app and were not willing to help. All in all this property is avoidable. Glad that I only stayed for a few hours and did not have a overnight stay. There is work going on next to property which makes the place dusty and noisy

• Omkar (6/5): Clean and comfy stay-very near to airport. - Super big and clean room, Very huge and comfortable bed. Staff very honest. I forgot my jacket and they returned to me very promptly. Surprisingly polite and care taking staff. Air-condition was very good. Very near to airport-10 mins drive away. The bathroom was big but the drain was stuck. Despite special request of early breakfast they forgot to read my message and could not provide me breakfast early morning. Difficult to locate since the billboard was not lit up since it is in an dark ally.

• Mohan (8/5): Promise not delivered, but place has good potential. - Excellent location, comfortable rooms, good maintenance, choice of eating places nearby. Ongoing construction resulted in noise and disturbance even when I had specifically requested a quiet room. I was told ithe construction activity would end for the day at 5 pm, but it needed two insistent reminders before it stopped at 7 pm. As it was a stop where we wanted to rest a bit before a long flight, this was particularly inconvenient. I chose the hotel because I had stayed there a few times before and found it pleasant then.

Hotels.com was terrible to have such a place in their website with fake photos. We cancelled our booking and left would not refund our money even for our future booking weeks later. Hotels.com stood by and did nothing.

No internet We had horrible experience with breakfast. We did not book the property with breakfast whixh was 180 rupees initially. We asked for breakfast in the morning, we were charged around 525 rupees. Yes you read it right! This is like paying around 20% of the room cost, which is was pathetic.

They are very arrogant & do not know how to communicate to the customers, especially the receptionist. They do not provide with the set of instructions for a 3 day long stay and expect us to know automatically how their hotel works without them communicating in the first place. Overall, very impolite and rude behavior by the staff

The environment was also good, with space outside for a walk in the morning. We arrived very early in the morning (around 6 am) and although we informed the hotel in advance, the extra charge for early booking was a bit on the high side.

• Sai (6/5): Pleasant - Room is spacious. It was clean. The view from room is nice. Hotel is near to airport, so it is easier to commute to airport. Washroom is too small and congested. Really disappointed to have such a washroom in suite room. In the photos, they have shown exclusive balcony attached to this room, but balcony is not there in the room that is given to me. Breakfast is also disappointing. They didn't even provide chocos or any other cereals along with milk. Number of items in buffet menu is also less.

They were very polite and happy to get these issues sorted out in no time. I was very disappointed with the facilities and the cleanliness. The bathroom towel provided was torn, the TV had no channels available, the shower wasn't in good condition, the room was dusty and the toilet wasn't cleaned properly. Although the staff took care of all of these as soon as I notified them, I did not feel the money was worth this room.

Right from the time of checkin, except the security guard who was helpful with the luggage, there was nothing nice about the property and the check in time of 12PM offcourse. I was asked to wait as there were no room available. Irony is that the cleaning staff comes and informs the front desk to ask the customers to wait as they are busy cleaning. Post checkin the room hardly looked clean despite the front desk confirming the same. The bedsheets were unclean, had long hair on it and dirty pillows. Hotels like this should not even be on booking.com

Suites were booked by us, where balconies were advertised on the pictures. When we went there none of the 3 rooms given to us had balconies. When enquired they said not all suits have balconies!!!? Very deceiving and super disappointed ! Price for package including breakfast was expensive.
