• Paul (4/5): The rooms were way too small. Otherwise it was fine. - Breakfast, staff, and location were all good. This was the smallest room I have ever had. There was almost no room for anything, and we had to pile our suitcases on top of each other just to get around the room and to the bathroom. If I had known the rooms would be this small, I would not have booked a room at this hotel. This much cramping is not pleasant at all.

• Stuart (10/5): Fabulous. Fantastic three night city break. - Absolutely fabulous newly refurbished hotel. It feels contemporary and up to date, nice lobby, breakfast room, great bathrooms in the rooms. Best of all is its location. It’s perfect….everything is around about and you’re 2 minutes from tram stops and underground and five minutes from the express airport bus. Simply put book this hotel! I spent weeks researching hotels in Budapest and we hit the jackpot with this one. Great location, great price, great breakfast. Rooms are small but well organised and feel modern. Everything about this hotel is good.
• julalal55 (10/5): Great Hotel! - First of all I'd like to say what a great hotel this is. The staff; check-in, bar, breakfast, room attendants; all extremely helpful & friendly. The standard rooms were slightly on the small side, but very well equipt. The bathroom was also well equipt & stylish. Both the room & bathroom were spotlessly clean. The location was brilliant. Around the corner & across the road was the Chain bridge, hop on hop off bus stop, tram stop & a 5 minute walk to the Danube river trips which was included in the hop on hop off bus ticket price. In the opposite direction to this from the hotel, a 2 minute walk will take you to a square with bars, restaurants & market stalls selling food & a variety of other things like pottery & gifts. We are a big fan of this hotel & we highly recommend it.
• Chaw (6/5): As above - Good location Easy access to shops and River The hotel itself is clean, and the overall hygiene standard was good. However, the daily room cleaning was quite inconsistent. Housekeeping often came late, and on one of the days, the room was not cleaned unless requested again. Tissues were also not regularly refilled. The breakfast was quite basic, and the menu remained the same every day without much variety. Another inconvenience was that there was no complimentary drinking water in the room and no water dispenser available in the hotel. The rooms were also smaller than expected based on the photos. Personally, the room decoration did not match my taste, as the colours and shades were very vibrant and strong. If you prefer a calmer and more relaxing atmosphere after a long day outside, the room may not feel very restful. Overall, the hotel is decent for cleanliness, but there are several areas that could be improved to make the stay more comfortable.

• Melchior (8/5): Prettig, een fijn hotel met uitstekende service. - Goed schoon, fris en mooi modern hotel. Het ontbijt was heel erg lekker met eten van hoge kwaliteit. Elke dag een groot plezier van gehad. De receptie is erg professioneel, het in en uitchecken is zo gepiept. Er waren nog wat kluswerkzaamheden bezig in het hotel, daardoor werden we op de eerste dag wakker door geboor. Aangegeven en hierna een andere kamer gekregen. Bij de buren van het hotel wordt enorm verbouwd, dit geeft erg veel lawaai en helaas is hier iets (licht) van hoorbaar aan de straatkant. Dit hoorden wij dus in onze nieuwe kamer wederom, maar dit was niet zo erg dat het echt storend was. Een klein mopperpuntje is dat er geen koelkast op de kamer was.

• Ibrahim (9/5): Our stay was wonderful, and we were very comfortable in every way. - Everything was very good. The location was excellent, and the staff did their maximum to make our stay comfortable. A mini bar in the room would be helpful. Breakfast could have more choices, such as à la carte options, even for an additional fee. The TV was not connected to external devices such as Apple TV. A guest management system would also improve the experience. Also, the AC does not work when the window is open, and not all guests may know this, which can cause confusion.

• LouSuarez (8/5): Very Good Hotel Option in Central Budapest - I found this hotel to be very good! It’s centrally located, just one block from the river and tram service, right behind the InterContinental Hotel. The hotel is modern, with small but comfortable rooms and a great shower — everything you really need for a Budapest trip. The breakfast was excellent and included in our $142 per night rate. There is construction going on next door (as of April 2026), but it didn’t affect our stay at all. We did notice the block isn’t very busy with businesses and activity, but it’s really no big deal — just a heads-up.

• R (10/5): Hotel stay - We liked everything about the hotel, the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast and dinner we had was amazing, catering for my dietary requirements. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect for everything we wanted to do. There was nothing we didn't like.

• Sandra (10/5): - Das Hotel liegt an bester Lage! Reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet. Für die vielen Gäste gab es im Frühstücksraum leider nur eine Kaffemaschine, dementsprechend lange war die Schlange jeden Morgen. Hier wäre eine zweite Maschine sehr sinnvoll. Im Zimmer hatte es keine Möglichkeit die Kleider zu verstauen,schrankmässig. Da das Zimmer eher klein ist, musste der Koffer am Boden plaziert werden.

The hotel was under construction sadly so their kitchen was closed. Everything was clean and I would definitely stay their again.
