• MILAN (7/5): Bon rapport qualité prix mais petit dej à améliorer - Le rapport qualité prix me ferait revenir dans cet hôtel. La chambre est petite et basique mais fonctionnelle et propre. Le staff est très attentionné et super réactif. Le petit dej n’est vraiment pas incroyable. Sûrement pas adapté aux goûts occidentaux? L’appel à la prière est très fort et nous a réveillé.

Ook het personeel is zeer behulpzaam, vooral van het restaurant. Het zwembad op het dak is ook heel schoon met een leuke shop voor betaalbare drankjes. Mijn review is gebaseerd op prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Lovely spacious room with great views at night. Slight mould in shower. Language barrier at times confusing when I ordered food. But generally I thought the place was great .

• Nabeel (8/5): Nice Stay on a Budget. - Room Size was good. Staff was very cooperative. Breakfast was decent. Top Floor pool was great. Toiletries and Amenities were adequate. A 24 hours Supermarket next door. The Location was a bit off from the main areas.

• Derina (6/5): Nice hotel for short stay only! - I like it secure and have nice lobby and dining area and banquet place. No bathroom shower door and not much amenities. The bed is okay. They only provide 1 room’s key which is not convenient and difficult for people to stay and leave the room. No AC in the elevator. No rugs on the floor for the bath room which make the bathroom always soak and wet and it can cause accident.

• Ramesh (8/5): Value hotel.. - I stayed for 5 days for work related and it was a pleasant stay. It's close to grocery/alfamart and lot of delivery service (grab, taxi etc). The rooms are little smaller and there is no iron box, or wardrobe to store clothes.

• Ales (6/5): Dissapointing experience - Hotel has outlived it's best days. Room I got smelled really bad of stale and mold. When I asked for another room they told me first they had none, after my second attempt they chemanged my room to a room which didn't smell bad but it had window directly facing the wall (and a neon light outside the window to simulate natural light). They said they will have a normal room next day, which they didn't have. I checked out of hotel 1niggt earlier and just booked a normal hotel.

• Céline (9/5): Comfortable and excellent service - We had a non-smoking room which was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff noted our room number when we used the swimming pool, so we did not even have to ask for new towels. There was a wide variety of choice at the breakfast buffet.

• Gajendran (10/5): Awesome stay, 5star facilities in 3 star hotel, comfortable bed and clean environment - The hotel was super clean and super comfortable to stay. No need to worry about the amenities as all were well maintained and the staffs were super friendly to meet our needs. If you can speak Malay language, then its much more easier to communicate. The railway station is just 5 minutes walkaway where it gives an additional niche to get along with local people. Its super interesting and easier to get to town as well. Night walk around the hotel highly encouragble as you can get access to hawker foods, their daily life routine activities, "mobile karaoke". I personally enjoyed visiting the roadside shops like beg shop, clothing shop, cobbler shop and simply spent time haggling price with them to get best deal. The local wholesale emporium (grosir-in local term) just 10 minutes away via train and can purchase items in wholesale price. The rooftop swimming pool was abit hot and not recommended to use during day time. Not much vegan food selection was available on breakfast menu offer.

• Fahdiani (1/5): TERRIBLE HOTEL WITH WORST STAFF ATTITUDE! - There's nothing i like about this hotel! Terrible! Everything! The receptionist was unproperly asking personal questions to me while check-in. Hotel don't have interesting menu for breakfast, and even the omelette-lady was asking me to wait for the omellete! I was really sick during stay in this hotel and was asking for breakfast to my room, but the staff was rude asking my spouse to came downstair to get the breakfast on his own because we were asking porridge but they gave us Nasi Goreng instead! The Lobby also always smelly! WORST HOTEL

• 624nnv (6/5): Not fun - This hotel not clean enough. The carpet and wall dirty lots of damage. This breakfast not too much. Parking are not that broad. The staff very less friendly. Incidentally I got a blanket with holes. Damaged items are still in use. In the night so many traders selling food with tend you can choose . For the pool is good in the rooftop view jakarta city

Good value for money. Alfamart right next door was very handy. Many night street food options right at your doorstep. No fridges in rooms, hallway on our floor smells of cigarette smoke.

• Lau (9/5): Great place to stay.... - the room is huge enough for 2 persons, lots of choice for the breakfast menu... strategic location in the central of Jakarta....less than 30 minutes to get to the Monas Monument, Cathedral church even to the Fair location. It's really recommended even for business trip. just got a little problem with the hot water in the room, it didn't work for the 1st day. I stayed in M07 with no neighborhood but i may hear people talking and shouting maybe from the other floor. The quality of the bathroom towels - cleanliness - must be improved.

• Noel (8/5): Not convenient location - The hotel staff want to be helpful but have very low English. Hard to make them understand. Very poor TV and the few English TV channels did not work well. No decent restaurants close by. Very basic amenities in the room. No hand towels and the bath towels were rough. No coffee or tea in the room. The breakfast was good and the pool area nice. Would not be back mainly because of their inconvenient location.
• SimbaMasaka (10/5): Clean Hotel with Fantastic Staff - The Staff were superb. They gladly helped with all our needs. They went over & above to satisfy our needs. The room was quite big, the bed was comfortable, lots of lighting in the room with lots of light switches to light up the room as you like, not enough room for luggage but we asked for an extra chair which the staff gladly provided, there was kettle in the room but no tea bags or coffee (you have to bring your own supplies), ample bottled water, a chair & desk, bedside tables with drawer, nice view, toilet was good with a switch to splash water to wash your butt, shower was great both rain & hand held with good hot water, nice sink, 2 bath towels (no hand or face towels) and hangers for hanging your clothes (no closet). There is store for SIM card 6 minutes from the Hotel. (Musa Cell). Prisilia, Dwi, Arien, Putri, Septy at the Reception and all the male Reception Staff, all the Security Staff & the Housekeeping Staff were very polite, helpful, fulfilled all our needs with a smile & excellent customer service. Edi, Rani, Hendro & the rest of the Restaurant Staff were excellent for Breakfast. Edi speaks & understands little English. They all understand a little bit. Lots of food at Breakfast with Coffee, Tea, Milk, Juices & an egg Station to compliment the hot foods. You will be stuffed at Breakfast. Thank you all. We truly enjoyed & loved every minute of our stay at G7 Grand Hotel.

The hotel looks a new. Room clean and staff friendly especially security in charge in front of hotel always ready to welcome with smile. Breakfast good, they have some choice. The in door pool is just great, my kids like it very much. It's not big, but good enough for me. The breakfast is Okay, good price for services.
• AtySillia (10/5): Great Affordable Hotel - We have stayed for 5 Days in this hotel. Standard room is spacy & comfy. Bathroom is large & clean. No kettle but it is easy to request one from the resepcionist. Staff are all very helpful & nice. Surrounding the hotels many places to eat & so easy to get public transport. Roof top pool is amazing and clean, too bad it is only opened until 10PM. Breakfast is served with many various food to choose. Definitely will be back.

• MerliesMum (4/5): Low Quality Hotel in Busy area - This hotel was not really a good choice, very basic. The foyer was noisy and too open. Not great service. Run down and needing upgrading , this hotel looks fine of the website but the reality is shabby and a let down. Do yourself a favour and look elswhere. Location not good - long walk to anywhere decent to eat or drink and few shops or attractions close by. Also a VERY noisy mosque is near and at 4am in the morning there was the wailing call to prayer that could clearly be heard here - not great if you are trying top sleep! The rooms were basic - no tea and coffee in the room. The shower was FREEZING. No hot water for our whole stay of 3 days. Poor towel service and no hairdryer but they advertise one on their website. All in all a complete disappointment. There are far better hotels in better locations for the same price, just choose one of those. Terrible porter service and little menu choice. breakfast was not too bad but if you aren't into strange curry style breakfasts or salad and vegetables, there is only melon and toast. better than nothing though.

• hanifk746 (8/5): Couldn’t ask for a better hotel - The location of the hotel was perfect was close by to all the main attractions like Ancol , national monument and cathedral. It’s worth the price , had everything we need and it’s super clean. Don’t forget the hotel is NEW and swimming pool was in tip top condition. Stayed for 5 days and didn’t had an issue once. So easy to get a GRAB and travel. Plus the concierge was accommodating of our request even at 2am . Also , we were there mainly for a festival in JieXpo and it could not have nearer and easier to get there Cons - breakfast was lacking of variety - housekeeping could have been more efficient Definitely a hotel to revisit when in Jakarta Oh, we like the street food options around the hotel too
• Ken (10/5): Great place, good price - Grand G7 (the one in Jl Garuda) is located at a great and safe location. The hotel and rooms are new, the breakfast is really great, and while I haven't gone to the pool area, I know my niece enjoyed her swim there. Many great food around at night in Jl Garuda. One small feedback: last time I stayed, I noticed that coffee and water heater are missing in the room, as well as tissue box. Overall, great place to stay whether you're travelling solo or with family, hoping they'll keep their price competitive as well. Will definitely come back when I'm around in Jakarta.
