• Sara Cara (9/5): Oltre le aspettative - Stanza sufficientemente grande e molto pulita. Posizione comodissima. Non ci sono prese vicino al comodino...occorre staccare l'abat-jour per caricare il telefono. La nostra stanza era vicino ad una stanza di servizio, per cui ogni mattina all'alba sentivo il rumore dei giri della chiave.

• Sara (3/5): Not worth it & underwhelming area - The room was clean and the staff responded to an issue relatively well Booking.com rated this as ‘excellent location’. Barely any restaurants / bars / entertainment around and a 2 minute walk from a really sketchy area where we were leered at by a lot of men. Got to the hotel, no one in sight, looked closed. Called them to no answer. No instructions given over email, eventually figured out a tiny code that was mentioned once in an email was a passkey for the door. Got in, waited ages to be served as it was completely devoid of staff - pressed a little alert button to call someone and they only showed up after almost 20mns. Also, the keys to all the rooms were laid out in the open counter - bit of a safety concern. Room itself was clean, however extremely tiny and was not featured on the hotel’s pictures. Was it okay? Sure. Worth £115? Absolutely not. Ended up staying in a different hotel which cost less and offered so much more (much bigger rooms, fridge, storage etc). Again, hotel itself is decent but I recommend you take your money elsewhere as other hotels can give you much more for less, and a better area too like Lucca.

Gentilissimo il personale, mi è stato anche permesso di recuperare degli indumenti dimenticati sul balcone molte ore dopo il check-out. Camera singola molto essenziale, ideale per soggiorni brevi.

• Carlo Alberto (9/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Il personale è stato sempre cortese, disponibile e pronto ad aiutare per ogni esigenza. La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dalla stazione, quindi molto comoda per chi viaggia in treno. Abbiamo anche cenato nel ristorante interno: il menù è vario, con piatti ben preparati e ingredienti di qualità. La cena è stata davvero piacevole. Consiglio senz’altro questa struttura sia per la posizione che per l’accoglienza e la qualità complessiva del servizio.

Ho soggiornato a Viareggio in occasione del Lucca Comics 2025 e l'hotel ha funzionato perfettamente come appoggio. Colazione buona e stanza singola abbastanza confortevole. Ho prenotato una stanza singola con bagno privato esterno. Il bagno era un po' piccolo e senza il bidet. Altra cosa poco piacevole è stato il cigolare della struttura del letto, a tratti insopportabile.

• Silke (9/5): - Lage ganz gut. Strand etwas kompliziert zu erreichen. Parkplätze vorm Haus 12€. Nach dem Checkin hätte man den Parkplatz für 3€ bekommen- zu spät. Ansonsten alles gut. Einchecken war etwas kompliziert. Und Strand doch etwas entfernt, da von der Promenade kein Zugang. Aber alles gut wenn man sucht. Parkplatz 12€, hätte man für 3€ bekommen können wenn man es gewusst hätte.

• Terry (7/5): Good - Let's face it, it's a basic two star so the single room is just that. The bed is quite small, as is the room, but reasonable enough for a stay of a night or two. Staff friendly. Location to seafront is good, a bit of a walk from the railway station. Hairdryer and TV didn't work properly

• Vojinovic (5/5): Very average and wouldn’t repeat, staff friendly - The location was good and the staff really friendly, there is some good effort visible, unfortunately not enough. We got a really small room overlooking the AC machines on the wall and a messy yard, when we asked for a room overlooking the beautiful park across which was why we chose Villa Grazia, we were told they were full and we only saw one more family in the 16 rooms at the property. The room is really outdated, super small, no room for a suitcase anywhere, the bathroom is tiny, not clean enough, 20 cm from the bottom of the bed, so u can hear everything from the room and vice versa. The door to the room does not reach the floor fully so all the sounds are heard in the room and we were next to the elevator. Breakfast was 1 small croissant per person, 1 slice of bread, 1 coffee and some packed jam and nutella, 1 joghurt. No extra bed for our child plus there wouldn’t be any room for it.

• Martijn (10/5): Indimenticabile - Friendly staff, conveniently located between a beautiful park and the beach. The bed was comfortable, and the warm clean shower was excellent. Plus, my dog could stay for free, which was a huge bonus. I stayed in Viareggio for over three weeks, booking only the cheapest hotels on Booking.com, and this one was by far my favorite out of the three. As a solo traveler, I was pleasantly surprised to get a twin bed, which gave me extra comfort. Overall, very satisfied! I was here in January, so what can I say about the beach? It's a beach and there is Da Michele, one of the best pizzeria's in Italy, also I recommend Il sole mio and I Partenopei as my favorite pizzeria's in Viareggio and don't forget to go to Muraglione, one of the best spots in Viareggio, specially out of season, in the area of Moletto. Nothing.

• Aldo (7/5): Good - We've been coming for years to eat at the restaurant at least once a year during our vacation. On this occasion we were already staying in Viareggio at a different hotel and decided to extend our stay by another 24 hours to maximise the good weather, having escaped the recent bleak weather that had hit the Italian region of Emilia Romana. To stay at the other hotel an extra day, would have cost us an additional €500 or thereabouts. We decided to downgrade from a 4 star to a 2 star at a cost of around £67 for the one night. Basically, it's a budget hotel but clean and fine for the extra night and enjoying the late summer and move to the onset of Autumn. The location of the hotel is on a corner of a busy street. For late summer and beginning of Autumn the weather was still warm in the night time. Leaving the window open to allow the fresh air to circulate meant exposure to the constant late night traffic noise. Managed to sleep after a while but woke up around 4am to the sound of a vespa. Decided to close the window and fumbled for the remote control for the air conditioning. This was my saviour. Just a lack of any instruction on if you wanted to use the air conditioning unit as a solution to the general outside traffic noise and closing the bedroom window(s).
