Kanske kul design för några men att stiga in i typ badrummet för att sedan ringla dig upp i en fallfärdig och knarrande spiraltrappa för att sedan hitta en superhärlig säng på rumsloftet. Nej inte någon favoritlösning.

Roomservice vergisst Toilettenpapier und Room check am Abend! Erst nach zweimaligem Reminder wird nachgefüllt! Beim check in wird man 45m vergessen! Zimmer war bereit! Im Botsnico wird man gesetzt und vergessen 45 min! Flughafen transfer wird vergessen u f Flug fast verpasst, da Taxi im Stau! Pollreinung tagsüber während 6 Stunden!

- Lonneke (10/5): Fantastisch hotel in hartje Palma - Nog nooit eerder in zo’n luxe accommodatie gelogeerd. Bij aankomst konden we tegen een kleine meerprijs een upgrade krijgen. Prachtige ruime suite. De service is uitstekend en het personeel extreem vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De handdoeken werden wel 3x per dag verwisselend, in de avond als we terugkwamen van eten was het bed weer opgemaakt etc. Ook mochten we een uur gebruik maken van de heerlijke privé wellness. Ook het eten in het restaurant was heerlijk en hebben ze een fijn zwembad. Niets

It is a perfect example of how people and relationships can transform an experience. The staff were so warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming that any small inconveniences simply faded into the background. The service was consistently quick, friendly, and of the highest standard. Their team creates an atmosphere where you feel genuinely cared for, which made the stay feel special rather than just comfortable. Not much actually. There were few inconveniences here and there, but nothing that felt significant. Either they were quickly resolved, or the overall experience was that great that these were very easily overlooked.

The hotel is very beautiful and the staff are really thoughtful and caring an go out of their way to be helpful, we felt thoroughly spoilt ! The location is central but still very quiet for a lovely nights sleep ! The hot tub was not operating the first three days we were there so we could only enjoy it for one day, which was a shame.

The facilities are absolutely beautiful, and the hotel located conveniently. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. I have traveled all over the world, and the customer service at this hotel is unbeatable. (Our flight out was cancelled due to weather and Jesús and Miguel helped us with every step of the way getting to Barcelona by boat.) Plus help with restaurant recommendations, reservations, taxis, booking a car to drive around the island—comes right to the hotel and drop off is the same.

- LISA (1/5): Awful - Location only Terrible bedroom - no air conditioning - they told us to just open the windows of which had locks on so couldn’t open them, we requested to move, they showed us another bedroom of which had a spiral staircase which was awful & very unsafe as you would need to go downstairs to the toilet & there was no handrail (a rope) very dangerous! We then got moved to a better room with air conditioning, but the room hadn’t been cleaned as there was hair in the soap package & also where the tap 🚰 is very unhygienic + the breakfast was very poor I certainly wouldn’t be going back to this hotel, the hotel doesn’t in gave bed side drawers to put your underwear in so you have to live out if your suitcase for two days @ €600 per night !! We have stayed in much better hotels in Palma!!! Very expensive for this hotel very poor 1* max

- TangoMJK (2/5): A suite with nowhere to sit! - They advertise 24 unique and incomparable rooms and suites. Our room had a loft bedroom with a spiral staircase that was exceptionally high & scary. We asked to be moved the next day to our booked junior suite room without a spiral staircase. The second junior suite room did not even offer a chair let alone a sitting area. When we complained that we did not receive a "suite" they offered to remove the mini bar to add a chair. That is their definition of a "suite". The garden dining was filled with mosquitoes. The small chicken entree was just food. I have no idea how they have a Michelin 2024 star. The best part of the property is the location.

Every single employee makes the day more enjoyable, and you are greeted warmly everywhere you go. Praise also goes to the management. Rooms 10/10, breakfast 10/10, dinner actually 11/10... :)... with this level of enjoyment, a Michelin ⭐️ should soon be hanging on the door. Everything is responded to immediately. What an experience and what a pleasure. We are delighted to be spending a whole week here. Thank you for the wonderful moments and the hospitality.

Real orange juice is always a good marker of quality, as here, but this was off the scale as an experience Not able to use the hotel facilities. In heart of old town. :Dont expect 5 star rooms but the premium suite was spacio - Outdoor garden and pool exceptional only hotel in the old town. A oasis and peace and quiet. A bit old style. Which is the theme. Staff a bit in hurry mode with breakfast and had to ask for towels and cleanup a few times at pool after guests left.

- annegK8041YG (2/5): AVOID THAT HOTEL - To be avoided at all costs. I am allergic to perfumes. The perfume of the hotel gave me right away terrible headaches from the minute. The management couldn’t care less. The only solution they offered was to try to remove the smell from my room. Wasn’t effective. But since they open the window some mosquitoes got in in. 15 bites in one night. On top, the cleaning lady three away my Invisalign nightguard that was on the noght stand. Again the manegement couldn’t care less

Very good breakfast (a la carte with a small buffet focusing on local Mallorcan products). Beautiful garden area. Rooms did not have as much natural light as we would have liked, however this is an issue encountered by most hotels in the the Palma old city.

Very small problem…..needed hooks on the wall to hang clothes and nowhere to hang full length dresses all tables and surfaces were very low down which is a little difficult when you get older! 😂
- 919helenb (10/5): Wonderful hidden gem, amazing food and service - We stumbled on the Botanic Restaurant within the Can Bordoy Hotel and had the best experience. We have visited Palma many times and this was definitely the most exquisite food we have ever had. Salva was absolutely outstanding with his attention to detail and knowledge of the menu. Thank you for giving us such a warm welcome and wonderful experience. We will definitely be back to stay in your hotel.

- Brad_Lizzie (10/5): A peaceful haven in the heart of the old city - Palma is hot and crowded in August but this is a great place to chill out and walk out into the fray when you fancy. The rooms are spacious and well equipped although the lower ones lack a view and can be a bit noisy at night. The staff are sometimes a bit disorganised but make up for it by being charming and helpful.

- Sofie (9/5): Lovely oasis in the middle of the city where all details add up - Amazing staff, very attentive. The personal note and gift to celebrate our anniversary was a warming touch, making us feel very welcome. No bar up on the rooftop, but they have system in place that order can be placed through Whatsapp and these are answered and attended to promptly. Used the Spa facilities right before flying back home. Very clean, well maintained and cosy. Only minor thing missing might be gym facilities.
- Lloyd (10/5): Can Bordoy: Incredible hotel in the heart of Palma - Beautiful hotel in the heart of Palma. Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and genuinely couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel itself has a stunning garden pool on the ground floor and a rooftop pool with several sunbeds which provide fantastic views of Palma and the port. If you are driving I would recommend avoiding using Google Maps to get to the hotel (who provide offsite parking) as this takes you through some very tight streets that are more for walking. There is a small roundabout just off the main road which is where you should aim for.

The restaurant in the courtyard is very cosy with plants and trees. The dishes are quite original, but could be a little better in quality. Service friendly and helpful. Would I book this again? - T (10/5): Gorgeous impressive hotel - Incredible staff and facilities. Our room was amazing with impressive beautiful design. The bed was so comfortable we slept so well. It was quiet and secluded while still being in a perfect location. The pool and garden were an oasis from the heat and bustle of the city. Rooftop had incredible views. I would definitely stay here again. There is very strong fragrance all over the hotel. It was too strong for me and initially was a little bothersome but I got used to it. Would definitely be a problem for someone who is sensitive to fragrance.

- P_nyny85 (8/5): So exquisite - but dont be a light sleeper - I really want to love this hotel. It is stunning - seriously stunning. The hotel, the grounds, are clearly an incredibly old and beautiful manor that underwent a very high tech renovation. Their design choices, the integrated tech options are fantastic. The bed even has two sides that you can separately adjust the softness. The breakfast is phenomenal - made to order eggs, buffet with delicious Mallorcan options. The rooftop plunge pool and the garden pool are dreamy. Every little detail is meticulously considered, and I really wanted to buy some of the fixtures. The staff of course are all so nice. I mean, seriously, one of my favorite hotels ever when it comes to the appearance and design. There is one flaw that was so hard for me though - this may not be true if you are a heavy sleeper, but the hotel, as an old building, has terrible sound proofing. People walking around sounds like booming, and I got woken up every day by cleaning staff starting at 8am, or really early risers, which drove me nuts because I wanted to sleep in on vacation, and coming from the east coast my jet lag was intense. It was so sad because I love the hotel, I love the staff, but honestly, part of me was relieved to leave to be able to sleep in again. I will just admire it from afar, or next time, ask for a top floor room only.

- David (8/5): A v enjoyable stay. - Great location. V laid back pace. V comfortable bed. Unfortunately our room overlooked a blank wall and was extremely small. As we were only there 1 night it was ok and since it was q good value with half board it was acceptable. Excellent meal.

Ive been coming to Palma for over 30 years and stayed at some great places but Can Bordoy has been the best hotel and experience ive had. From check in , in the garden with cava, to check out the whole stay was just fantastic. Deluxe suite with terrace was beautiful , the garden pool was fantastic. Rooftop the most stunning views. All staff excellent. We cant wait to return.

- Willys (10/5): A jewel in the crown of Palma's high-end Old Town hotels. - This hotel is a jewel. And well deserving of its excellent reputation in top hotels of the world ratings. It reminded me somewhat of being in a beautiful Venetian palazzo with its period details and lovely garden. The staff -- Nikki, Victoria and Jaume -- were especially helpful and friendly. Breakfast in the garden patio was delightful. The location couldn't be better: a quiet, elegant street in the maze of delightful narrow alleys of the Old Town. Restaurants abound near the hotel and a delightful bakery that gives the street its name. What's more, it is just a 10- minute walk to the Cathedral. In the spring, be sure not to miss the gorgeous jacaranda in the garden, visible from the spectacular roof terrace with pool. Well I did have a few quibbles. My traveler standard "suite" was just a single room and rather dark with a small window with no view. As it was next to a staircase I could hear people going up and down. But other than that it was very quiet. The bathroom sink had a rather quirky flat modern design that took some getting used to. The orange juice I had for breakfast was slightly off. Spain is famous for its Valencia oranges and visitors generally expect orange juice in Spain to be excellent. The Premium or Grand suite will probably be my next choice when I return. And I definitely will return to such a lovely place.
