The spa facilities were lovely, and set this hotel apart. We really enjoyed the sauna in particular. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. It also smelled lovely. The breakfast was adequate to get us ready for a day of exploring. Location couldn’t have been better - literally in the square at center of the old town. You park outside of town, which was easy, plentiful, and free. Honestly we preferred this to trying to navigate a car in some old towns - it was a relief to drop the car off in a safe little parking lot and stroll into town. Despite being in the middle of the square, it was so quiet and peaceful. Great stay!

• mattbb2014 (10/5): A bit of paradise in Alcudia Old Town - We are coming to the end of our trip, but already planning our next visit. The hotel is in the main square in Alcudia old town, but as soon as the doors close behind you, you're in a tranquil paradise. The hotel is modern but based around the original 13th century walls - it is an incredible sight. Our room was on the ground floor, spacious and finished to high standard. Large shower / toilet, very comfortable bed. We were greeted by Damia and Rianne on reception - the two of them, along with all other staff, could not have done more. There is a roof top solarium, and a small pool in the rear courtyard. The spa ( sauna / steam etc ) can be reserved too. The location is perfect- dozens of excellent restaurants and shops right on the door step. We will definitely be back as soon as we can!

My wife and I felt completely at home — the staff and the hotel exceeded all expectations. We spent ages trying to find the right hotel, reading countless reviews, and eventually chose The Forum based on what others had said. Now we know exactly why it’s so highly rated! Damia greeted us on our first day with a warm welcome and gave us detailed information about the hotel and the surrounding area. It was a great start and really helped us settle in. Diego was mainly on the night shift, and we loved coming back to the hotel and catching up with him. He was full of fantastic recommendations for places to visit and eat, and always made time for a friendly chat. Rianne was lovely — she looked after us during breakfast and never missed a beat. She always checked in to make sure everything was okay and made mornings feel relaxed and welcoming. All three — Damia, Diego, and Rianne — were amazing. • Simon (9/5): Nahe an der Perfektion, mit Einschränkungen beim Frühstück - Hervorzuheben ist das super-freundliche Personal, insbesondere Damià und Diego, die jederzeit bei allen Anliegen helfen konnten. Die Lage des Hotels, inmitten der Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig, ist wirklich optimal für die Erkundung dieser hübschen Stadt, die Bus-Haltestelle ist innerhalb von nur zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, das Licht sehr angenehm warm und dennoch hell, die Qualität der Körperpflegeprodukte ist nicht zu beanstanden. Das hübsche und kostenlose SPA haben wir ebenso genutzt wie die Fahrräder, die insgesamt in einem guten Zustand und mit 15 Euro pro Tag relativ preiswert zu mieten waren. Wir machen selten zweimal am selben Ort Urlaub, aber wenn wir wiederkehren würden, wäre das Forum Hotel erste Wahl für die Übernachtung. Das Frühstück blieb deutlich hinter den Erwartungen, die wir an eine Vier-Sterne-Unterkunft haben. In einem kleinen Hotel wie diesem erwarten wir keine riesige Auswahl, aber die Produkte sollten sich schon von der gängigen Supermarkt-Ware abheben. Auch die Eierpampe und die labbrigen Würstchen aus dem Eierpampe-Wärmer sowie den Kaffee aus dem Vollautomaten würden wir eher in einer Pauschal-Touristen-Absteige erwarten als in einem Boutique-Hotel dieser Preisklasse. Und: Im Urlaub möchten wir nicht ständig an Krankheiten erinnert werden, daher empfinden wir Hotel-Personal, das im Jahr 5 nach der "Pandemie" immer noch mit Staubmaske rumrennt, als störend. Das ist aber unser subjektives Empfinden und würde nicht zu einem Abzug in der Wertung führen. Das Frühstück schon.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Lovely hotel with a few shortcomings - I think it is ideal for weekends but not so good if you are staying as part of a - The layout and design reminded me of a modern riad. I liked the stone and cream decor. We enjoyed the spa. We would have a liked a gym. We stayed in room 1 on the ground floor in reception. Storage is open plan and limited. I didn’t like the fact that there was no hanging spaces for my dresses or jump suit. The bathroom includes a generous walk in shower. The sink is a good size but there is limited space for toiletries. We ended up keeping most of our things in our sponge bags on the lower part of the sink unit though again space was limited. The toilet is set too high. I am 5’ 2’’ and thank goodness I am fit ! a wooden step is provided but probably not stable enough particularly if you need to use the step up at night. I asked to arrange a massage but no one got back to me.

Damia and his staff are very friendly and made our stay most enjoyable. - The room had a large king size bed with a modern feel, this was an accessible room on the the ground floor, we did not specifically book an accessible room. Breakfast buffet, with a range of hot and cold breakfast selection was very good.The Forum is a small and very friendly hotel with 16 bedrooms. There are comfortable public areas and a small ground floor pool area to relax and enjoy the sunshine and well appointed Spa. Roof top area for further relaxation and sun lovers. The hotel is located in the heart of Alcudia old town. There are many restaurants and bars on the door step of the Forum and more within easy walking distance. Excellent choice to relax and explore the old town and surrounding area for our short stay. Overall the hotel was quiet and peaceful with some noise from late arrival / early departures from the guests in the room directly above.

• Gerald (9/5): Perfect verblijf in Alcudia! - De locatie was super. Een oase van rust in een mooi en af en toe wat druk stadje. Het ontbijt is super, alles vers en veel variatie. Het personeel is subliem! Ze zorgen ervoor dat je jezelf gelijk thuis voelt. Ze verzorgen restaurantreserveringen in de beste restaurants en geven goede en leuke tips voor de omgeving etc. Wij komen zeker terug!!! Het hotel kan wat gehorig zijn… met name van de hotelgasten zelf. Hun beleid is rust na 23:00 uur maar de buren naast ons hadden dit niet zo begrepen na een avondje stappen..

We’ve never stayed anywhere with more helpful and gracious staff, full of suggestions and ideas on where to go. And our room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. • Lysette (10/5): We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit prachtige hotel! - Het ontbijt was iedere ochtend tot in de puntjes verzorgd en erg vers. Het was echt heerlijk. Het personeel was ongelofelijk aardig en behulpzaam. Ook was het hotel heel erg schoon. -

Sehr entgegenkommendes Personal, familiär und herzlich. Mit Liebe hergerichtetes Frühstück. Absolut zentral gelegen und doch ruhig. Fragen und Anliegen wurden sofort zur vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Wir fühlten uns die ganze Zeit rundum wohl und sehr gut aufgehoben. Nichts
• MARIA JOSE (10/5): Amazing oasis and great hosts - Ideal location and facilities at the old town of Alcudia. Cozy, quiet and incredibly beautiful. The three receptionists -Diego, Damià and Rihana were the best hosts. We’ll definitely come back! The room was a bit small for two suitcases

• Dominic (10/5): A perfectly located hotel in Alcúdia with friendly staff, relaxing spaces, and delicious breakfasts. - We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always happy to share great suggestions for places to visit and things to do. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Alcúdia yet peaceful and relaxing. We loved the pool and rooftop terrace, and breakfast each morning was fresh, varied, and delicious.

• Nihad (10/5): Absolute bliss - Loved every thing about this place, from the decor, comfort of the rooms, cleanliness, how attentive & friendly all the staff are. Perfect location with restaurants, markets, shops etc at your doorstep. Exceptional fresh breakfast served every morning. Spa area is great & no more than 4 people can use it at a time, which made it very relaxing & perfect to unwind. You have sun loungers outside the door & pool too. Will definitely be coming back for sure as you can tell many other stay did the same. Thank you so much Forum :).

• Viktorie (9/5): Wunderschönes Hotel mit leckerem Frühstück im eher ruhigen Teil von Mallorca. - Wunderschönes Hotel in der Altstadt von Alcudia. Sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem zentral. Das Frühstücksbuffet war überschaubar, aber qualitativ sehr hochwertig und lecker. Inklusive frisch gepresstem Orangensaft. Toller kleiner Spa-Bereich und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Restaurantempfehlungen waren ausgezeichnet. Wir waren zu fünft und mussten 3 Doppelzimmer bezahlen, weil es keine Einzelzimmer oder Zustellbetten gab.
• Sarah (10/5): - JUST GO!!! Perfect location in Old Town, Alcudia. Staff are so welcoming and friendly, really fun and chatty! The pool area is small but gorgeous and quiet, the spa is lovely too. We didn’t have breakfast here but it looked good from our balcony! The rooms are beautifully designed and very spacious - we stayed in a standard room and it was fab. Coffee machine and water in the room sooo appreciated. We’d return in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!

• Erik (10/5): Tusen takk for nok et deilig opphold! - Fantastisk nydelig boutique hotel vi stadig kommer tilbake til. Veldig hyggelig service og lekkert hotell. En fredelig oase med alle fasiliteter du kan ønske deg. Gode senger, god frokost, fin takterrasse og lekre omgivelser.

• Stine (8/5): - Personalet var utrolig søde, og hjælpsomme i forhold til at man får mest muligt ud af ens ophold. Det kan derfor kun anbefales at spørge personalet, hvis man gerne vil have anbefalinger til restauranter, udflugter mm. Værelserne var store og rumlige, med gode faciliteter, herunder kaffemaskine. Poolområdet er en lille smule lille, men måske hvad man kan forvente af et hotel i byen. Der kunne godt være en enkelt eller to parasoller mere, så alle har mulighed for at søge skygge.
