Best suits a couple as noise from adjoining property can be an issue for downstai - Good location The lockbox to collect key is 350 m away on cobblestone paving- never 2-3 minutes away as advised The shared wall with neighbouring property is thin so person using sofabed impacted by noise from TV and conversation late into the night Need to describe property better - bedroom and bathroom upstairs as this could be a problem for people with mobility issues

• Gunhild (8/5): - Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Sie liegt an einem sehr schönen Platz mitten in der Altstadt und vieles ist schnell zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Bad ist relativ alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Leider gab es in der Wohnung über uns am vorletzten Tag noch oeinen Wasserschaden. Dadurch war die Decke und die Wand hinter der Badewanne sehr nass. Auf dem Rand der Badewanne bildete sich eine ekelige braune Brühe und es roch modrig. Der Vermieter hat uns über den Schaden zeitnah informiert.

• Jessica (7/5): Prima en ruim appartement op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. - De ligging in het oude centrum, op loopafstand van bezienswaardigheden en de metro. Aantal lampen kappen waren stuk, geen last van maar staat wel armoedig. De douchekop hangt laag en onlogisch. Je kan er niet onderstaan en moet de douchekop vasthouden tijdens het douche. De koelkast koelt niet voldoende.
• Andre (8/5): Tolle Wohnung , sehr zentral - Problemlose vorherige Kommunikation und Abstimmung. Persönliche Übergabe des Schlüssel. Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung ist super. Holzfußboden und Balken sind sehr schön. Die Betten bequem. Küche voll ausgestattet inkl. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Siebträger-Kaffeemaschine ! Kein Autolärm. Nachts viele laute Gruppen auf der Straße unterwegs (aber dafür kann die Wohnung ja nichts). Kühlschrank hat nicht gekühlt. Dusche (in der Badewanne unter der Dachschrägen) etwas schwierig für Menschen ab 1,70 Meter. Zusätzlicher Türverschluss war defekt, ging zwar zu schließen, aber nur noch mit Mühe zu öffnen.

Appartamento su due livelli, al secondo piano di un palazzo con ascensore, arredato con cura e dotato di tutti i comfort, silenzioso e pulito. Host abbastanza disponibile. Grazie alle foto che ci sono state inviate abbiamo trovato il locker contenente le chiavi, con un po’ di difficoltà, sembrava una caccia al tesoro. Mancanza di istruzioni all’interno per regolare riscaldamento. Bagno solo al secondo livello.

• Cristiane (10/5): Recomendamos muito, mas FUJAM DA OLGA!!! - Foi tudo perfeito com a anfitriã Hanna, a Yeva e a faxineira, mas tivemos uma surpresa bastante desagradável no final: Conseguimos o late check out para 15h30 com a anfitriã e eis que quando estávamos no apartamento para pegar as malas, surgiu a sra. Olga, que adentrou tempestivamente no apartamento e, completamente descontrolada, começou a berrar conosco dizendo que o horário da saída era às 10h, que não podíamos estar calçados com sapatos e não podíamos arrastar as malas de rodinhas - o que em nenhum momento foi dito pela anfitriã, nem escrito na plataforma do Booking. Éramos dois casais e a sra. Olga não nos deixava argumentar. Ficamos estarrecidos, literalmente boquiabertos, achando que era uma invasora. Inclusive, ela relutou em se identificar. Por fim, ela nos expulsou do apartamento e bateu a porta na nossa cara! Ficamos chocados, pois estamos acostumados a viajar, sempre seguindo as regras das hospedagens, e nunca tivemos problemas. Aliás, nunca passamos por tamanha grosseria. Apesar desse episódio maluco e impensável, super recomendamos o Boheme Old Town Square, em Praga. Mas, se tiver uma Olga no caminho, fujam dela!!!

• Rob (8/5): Net appartement in het hartje van de oude stad - Een net appartement op een prima locatie in het hartje van de oude stad. Alles is goed te doen op loopafstand. Bezienswaardigheden, winkels, restaurants, openbaar vervoer. 2 fijne badkamers We waren via het OV in 30 tot 40 minuten vanaf het vliegveld in ons appartement. Ondanks dat je midden in stad zit heb je niet veel last van overlast van omgevingsgeluid. Wel moet je hiervoor de ramen dicht houden in de avond/ nacht. We zaten met een gezin van 5 (2 volwassenen, 3 kinderen) in het appartement. Aan de eettafel stonden maar 4 stoelen en de host kon geen 5e stoel regelen. Na het inchecken was er sowieso geen contact meer met de host. Ook niet om te vragen hoe het ging en ook niet bij het uitchecken.

• Paco1976 (10/5): - La ubicación un 10. A 5 minutos de la Plaza y del puente de Carlos. Habitaciones muy amplias e iluminadas. Cocina perfectamente equipada.
• Cris91279 (8/5): Bene, ma alcune cose sono migliorabili - Appartamento caldo, ben arredato, spazioso, con molti servizi (wifi, macchina del caffè, cuscini, coperte, prodotti per la pulizia, tv con netflix, lavastoviglie), pulito (ad eccezione del cestino del bagno, ma sicuramente è stata una dimenticanza), in zona centralissima. Una persona gentile ci aspettava per consegnarci le chiavi. Alcune cose vanno sistemate: il rubinetto del bidet che perde, la mancanza di una tenda in camera che quindi alle 5 del mattino è illuminata a giorno non essendoci i balconi. In bagno sarebbe utile lasciare qualche asciugamano in più perchè uno a testa per 4 notti mi sembra insufficiente e abbiamo trovato il cestino con ancora i rifiuti degli ospiti precedenti. Sarebbe utile un'insegna che indichi dove si trova l'appartamento. La zona di notte è abbastanza rumorosa. Ma la cosa che più mi ha dato fastidio è che se il check-out è alle 10 non accetto che alle 9 e mezza una persona cerchi di entrarmi in casa con le chiavi, senza nemmeno bussare.

Bring earplugs if you plan to sleep longer No washing powder evening the washing machine is there. Maybe one single pod could be provided? Also, very small bottles of hair/body wash and conditioner and a tiny tiny soap bar.

Cemere mari, temperatura calda pentru sezonul inca racoros, dus fierbinte, aproape de orice obiective turistice la pas lejer, foarte aproape de metrou, liniste. Desi nu am avut probleme la dus, para si robinetul cred ca ar trebui schimbate.

Very comfortable, clean and we were met on arrival(even though we were late due to queue at airport passport control 🙁) Check out was at 10, but as we had a later flight, we were able to leave our cases in apartment and pick them up at 3 which was very convenient 😁 N/A Everything was good 👍

Lo mejor sin dudas es la ubicación: céntrico, a 5 minutos a pie del reloj astronómico, 5 minutos a pie de un centro comercial con supermercado... Praga es una ciudad que el transporte público no es del todo necesario para visitarla, por lo que la ubicación del alojamiento ayuda a poder visitar todo fácilmente. EN: The two rooms we booked were quite nice. The best thing about it is undoubtedly the location: central, a 5-minute walk from the astronomical clock, a 5-minute walk from a shopping centre with a supermarket... Prague is a city where you don’t really need public transport to get around, so the location of the accommodation makes it easy to visit everything. ES: Con una de las habitaciones tuvimos algunos problemas: la calefacción no funcionaba la primera noche, aunque contactamos con los propietarios y se solucionó el mismo día. Una de las lámparas estaba rota y no había cortina en una de las habitaciones, teniendo la ventana de los vecinos bastante cerca. Esto último nos hizo sentir algo incómodos, ya que contactamos con los propietarios desde que entramos por primera vez en el alojamiento y no se llegó a solucionar el problema. Cuando hicimos el check out la ventana seguía sin cortina y la lampara seguía rota. EN: We had a few issues with one of the bedrooms: the heating wasn’t working on the first night, but we got in touch with the owners and it was sorted out the same day. One of the lamps was broken and there was no curtain in one of the rooms, with the neighbours’ window quite close by. This made us feel a bit uncomfortable, as we’d contacted the owners as soon as we first arrived at the accommodation and the problem wasn’t resolved. When we checked out, the window still had no curtain and the lamp was still broken.
• Kees Langeveld (8/5): - Super servicegerichte host, die lang op ons moest wachten vanwege vertraging. Top locatie in het oude deel van het centrum. Supermarkt dichtbij, goede kookgelegenheid, prima woonkamer en slaapkamers, zelfs een wasmachine. Aanrader voor lage prijs! Het was erg koud buiten en de draaiknoppen van de radiatoren waren kapot, woonkamer was daardoor te koud. Douchekop hangt super laag, daarom moet je eigenlijk zitten in bad om te douchen.

• João Pedro (7/5): Com as aspetos a melhorar mas boa relação preço/ qualidade - Ótima localização. Os tetos altos. O quarto é grande com janelas para um pátio interior que garante silêncio à noite. A casa estava quentinha. Amenities como gel de banho, champô e acondicionador e chinelos de quarto. Permitiram-me fazer o check-in às 13:30. A TV não funciona. A cozinha não estava muito limpa, especialmente o forno que estava com muita gordura. Falta toalha de mesa. Não são dois quartos, uma das camas está na sala. As cortinas do quarto e sala deixam passar a claridade.

• Nicolas (1/5): Un stress et un enfer - Rien la photo montre ne correspondait pas à l appartement ni à l’adresse. C était au dessus un restaurant alors que nous avions choisi une ruelle. L appartement n avait aucun charme, pas de poutres de beaux meubles rien. Et cal sentait le tabac. La personne qui nous a accueilli au début nous a dit que c était normal il a fallu que je me fâche pour que nous arrivions à une solution. Tout l appartement, une chaleur insupportable, l odeur du tabac alors que l appartement était non fumeur, la salle de bain avec le parquet soulevé, les joints noirs et sale. Heureusement nous avons pu changer le lendemain et être remboursés. Mais nous avons perdu une matinée sur 4 jours et c était du stress alors que nous avions réservé 3 mois à l avance.

Shared with a party of 4 older females, having 2 bathrooms was great, very comfortable accommodation, everything you would need for an enjoyable stay! Great communication throughout booking, and met at the apartment on arrival. Close to everything! Easy to find after a day of walking (very easy to get lost in the side streets) just look for the big church clock! Restaurants are less than 2-minute walk away. Can't say there was anything to dislike! The apartment was perfect !

• John (4/5): Very disappointed - not even close to what we booked & had confirmed. The change of address would not have bothered - We did not get the property that we booked. The confirmation address that we booked WAS confirmed. On arrival at 10pm, in the rain, at the address we booked, we contacted the agent to be advised that we were at the wrong address. This new address was never mentioned at any point from the point booking - 6months earlier. We arrived at the square which the accommodation was in & we’re looking for the apartment to discover the letting agent laughing at us. Not once did she apologise!! It was a totally different address to the one we booked & the accommodation set-up was not what we booked. We booked 2 separate bedrooms & got one bedroom & a bed in a communal sitting room. The accommodation set up. Not the 2 separate bedrooms which we had booked. The set should have been for 4 people, there was not enough kitchen utensils, no kitchen towels & one hand towel in the bathroom to do 4 adults for 5 days.
• balonova (8/5): - páčilo sa nám ubytovanie ako také, jeho priestrannosť a vybavenosť , umiestnenie v centre, tiež bolo super že bola k dispozícii káva a čaj, ubytovanie bolo veľmi kľudné, žiadny nočný hluk. nepáčil sa nám zápach z kanalizácie v kúpeľni a kuchyni, bol značne cítiť, a nepomohol ani jeho preplach, tiež vyzeralo (posľ fotiek), že v kúpeľni bude mydlo a šampón ale nádoby boli prázdne, zároveň nefungoval uzáver vane, nebolo možné zachytiť vodu pri sprchovaní a zohriať sa , keďže bola zima, celkovo by bolo vhodné zopár detailov v ubytovaní opraviť.
• Cristina (9/5): Bonito, cómodo y amplio apartamento a 4 minutos andando de la plaza - La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta, a 4 minutos andando de la plaza del ayuntamiento. El apartamento era muy grande y espacioso. Las camas y edredones muy cómodos. Baño amplio limpio y muy buena calefacción (importante que fuimos en Navidad). Cocina muy bien equipada. Perfecto para pasar la estancia en Praga y muy buena relación calidad-precio. Tiene ascensor. Como viajamos con un bebé, nos pusieron de manera gratuita una cuna. El último día nos permitieron dejar las maletas en el apartamento porque los siguientes inquilinos llegaban más tarde. Todo perfecto Que no había cortinas para oscurecer la habitación, aunque no entraba mucha luz así que no fue realmente un inconveniente. Y que no había microondas, pero solucionable con un cazo y la vitrocerámica.

• Vladimír Souš (7/5): - poloha v centru, ale přesto klid, povlečení a ručníky jako na hotelu. Vlastní kotel v bytě produkuje dost tepla. Neni tu TV, vana nejde napustit (nefunkční špunt - záměr?) a pod sprchou ve vaně se dospělý člověk 180 cm vysprchuje jen v kleče, navíc tepla voda teče jen chvilku a pak ne a pak zas ano, je to velmi otravné a vlastně se nikdy ve sprše nezahřejete. Do pokoje velmi táhne z venku, chtělo by to lepší práh a těsnění. Závěsy až na zem v zimním období brání přístupu tepla.

• Pamela (8/5): Wir fühlten uns wohl und konnten in der Altstadt alles zu Fuß erreichen. Empfehlenswert! - Für 2 Paare perfekt, die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist sehr gut. Der Check-in ist leider nicht kontaktlos, aber die Kommunikation klappte gut. Trotz unserer etwas verspäteten Ankunft mit dem Zug, wurden wir an der Unterkunft bereits erwartet. Wir bekamen leider nur einen Schlüssel.

(9/5): ממש מעולה אבל צריך לסדר את נושא איכסון המזוודות לאחר הצ'ק אאוט המוקדם. עד לטיסה. - המיקום נפלא ממש ליד כיכר העיר העתיקה והדירה גדולה ומצויידת היטב. הכל ממש נוח. הצ'ק אאוט הוא ב-1000 שזה בסדר גמור אבל : המארח צריך לדאוג לסידור נוח לאכסן את המזוודות עד לטיסה. אפשר גם בתשלום העיקר שזה יהיה מסודר. אנחנו בזבזנו זמן יקר על חיפוש מקום לא רחוק שאפשר לאכסן שם את המזוודות. שני דברים קטנים נוספים - חשוב שתהיה מראה בגודל שלם יש רק מראות קטנות. וחשוב לסדר את הטוש במקלחת שמתיז לכל הכיוונים.
• Tyra (9/5): Big and cozy apartment in central location - Great location, very central and easy to walk to all main attractions. Apartment was incredibly spacious and very warm, even while it was snowing outside! Could have included more toiletries, as for 2 people a mini soap bar wasn't quite enough for the length of stay, and there was a sign on a cupboard that said if we use more toiletries we will be charged. Additionally, there was a plug socket in the kitchen that was melted and seemed like a safety hazard.

• Barbara (8/5): Appartement spacieux et idéalement situé - Apparement très spacieux et très bien équipé. Emplacement idéal en plein centre à deux pas de la place de la vieille ville. Rue très bruyante la nuit, pas de volet et un petit problème avec l’eau chaude.
• Amanda (7/5): Halo-Effekt: Wenn du wegen der Lage den Rest verzeihst. - Wir durften noch vor offiziellem Check-In in die Wohnung, was toll war. Wir wurden auch direkt an der Tür von einer sehr netten Dame empfangen, die uns alles gezeigt hat. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Bäder schön und die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum. Es war recht kalt in Prag Ende November, weswegen wir froh über die Extra-Bettwäsche im Schrank im Schlafzimmer waren. Im Bad lagen kleine Duschgels, Shampoos etc., was fast schon Hotel-Feeling rüberbrachte. In vorherigen Bewertungen wurde häufig die Lautstärke in den Straßen angesprochen, entweder es lag an der Saison, an unserem festen Schlaf oder dass die Sterne gut standen, wir wurden nicht durch Lärm im oder ums Haus gestört. Zusätzliches Plus war der große Flachbildfernseher an dem wir uns in Netflix problemlos einloggen und abends mal eine Serie streamen konnten. Wir haben nicht die Wohnung erhalten, die zuvor auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Sie war absolut vergleichbar, was es für uns okay gemacht hat. Nicht gefallen hat mir der Zustand mancher Dinge in der Wohnung, die Ausstattung in der Küche war wirklich minimal und wild zusammengewürfelt, die Schränke teils schief, der Backofen war unendlich dreckig innen, teils hingen Lampen halb aus der Wand und man merkte im allgemeinen, dass die Wohnung sehr verlebt war. Wir waren froh, dass wir nicht ein Mal in der Unterkunft kochen mussten. Die Tür ließ sich ohne abzuschließen nicht zu machen, es zog auch kalte Luft hinein, weshalb wir sie "abdichten" mussten und insgesamt war die Temperatur in der Wohnung etwas kalt, wiederum im Bad extrem heiß, da hat einem die Fußbodenheizung schon fast die Füße verbrannt. Es gab auch keinen Platz für die eigene Kleidung, da die Schränke vollgestopft waren mit Bettwäsche und Ähnlichem. Auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer können vier erwachsene Platz nehmen, aber nicht lange, aber man ist auch nicht zum Sitzen auf der Couch in Prag.
