Natalie (10/5): - ביקור באחת הערים היפות, המלון יושב במרכז כיכר וארצלב, עם רוף טופ ונוף על כל העיר, שלל מסעדות וחנויות מותגים, בנרכז של הכל מהכל, זארה, פרימארק, חצי פרייס, boss, רולקס, 2 ספואה ענקיות, ועוד. יחס העובדים היה מעולה, נעים ומקבל פנים, אחמד האחד והיחיד שדובר עברית ומקל על השהות בהסברים והמלצות, עוד בטרם הגעתם הוא ייפנה אליכם . ארוחת הבוקר מבחינתינו ענתה על הציפיות, חדרים מעולים ומאד מתקדמים(כמו חימום אסלה וחדר חכם. אנשים נעימים, חמים ומאד חמים כלפי ישראלים. Sergey (10/5): We'll definitely stay at this hotel again in Prague. - A nice hotel, very pleasant and friendly staff, a good variety of breakfast options, and clean linens. The breakfast is very varied, offering something tasty for everyone, and the hotel restaurant is generally very good. It's nice that after 2:00 PM you can have tea or coffee and relax after exploring Prague with some light snacks. The hotel staff is simply amazing! They are true professionals. I'd especially like to mention Susanna and Ahmad. It was such a pleasure to interact with them, who were always ready to help in any situation with a smile on their faces. We'll definitely stay at this hotel again in Prague.

Anche quando siamo partiti (ore 18,00) ci hanno offerto qualcosa da bere. e noi abbiamo apprezzato questi gesti di accoglienza ed educazione. Da li tutto a crescere...la stanza colto particolare ma in linea con quanto osservato nelle foto e letto nelle descrizioni. COLAZIONE ECCELLENTE, OTTIMA LOCATION (meglio di così non si poteva). Se torniamo a Praga senza dubbio prenoterò in qs struttura Proprio se devo dire qualche cosa si sentiva lo scorrere dell'acqua e dello scarico WC di una stanza attigua. Ma nulla di sconvolgente

Marc (9/5): Een schitterend verblijf op een mooie locatie met supervriendelijk personeel aan de receptie - Het uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet, de uitstekende ligging van het hotel , de inrichting van de kamers en de klantgerichtheid van de receptiemedewerkers. Ook het ontbijt Het slecht functionerende restaurant (een aparte uitbating?) waarbij een medewerkster ons absoluut wou meetronen naar het rooftoprestaurant en een medewerker in de rooftopbar ons onder het voorwendsel van noodzakelijke ‘renovatiewerken’ terug wegstuurde, ondanks het feit dat er op dat ogenblik een zestal tafels wel werden bediend. Uiteindelijk belandden we terug in het restaurant op het gelijkvloers waar we na een tiental minuten afdropen omdat er geen kelner te bespeuren was. We kozen voor een ander restaurant waar we wel bediend werden zoals het hoort.

Gunnar (8/5): - Das Design vom Zimmer war sehr schön und auch die Betten waren groß und sehr gemütlich. Ebenso waren drei verschiedene Kopfkissen mit unterschiedlichen Härtegraden vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und frisch mit vielen Früchten und Salaten, sowieso Auswahl bei den warmen Speisen. Die Dachterrasse lohnt sich und bietet einen schönen Blick über die Dächer der Altstadt! Die Sanitäreinrichtungen sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Wasserdruck beim Wasserhahn und der Dusche war nicht ausreichend. Ebenso war die Spülung beim WC schwierig, so dass häufig nicht genug Wasser zum Spülvorgang vorhanden war. Etwas nervig. Es wurde zwar mit Wasser-und Energiesparsystemen geworben, aber die tolle Umwelt-und Kostensparmaßnahme sollte nicht zulasten des Komforts gehen. Der Staff wollte sich umgehend darum kümmern.

Jill (8/5): Tolles Hotel in bester Lage - Tolles Hotel, aber nicht mit deutschen 5 Sternen vergleichbar. Positiv: sehr zentral gelegen, großartiges Frühstück, zuvorkommendes Personal, schickes Design der Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten, tolle Dachterrasse Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es dafür, dass das Hochbett direkt vor dem Fernseher stand. Die Erwachsenen konnten quasi den TV nicht mehr sehen. Wir haben das Hochbett dann verrückt, so ging es. Es gibt keinen Schrank, um die Kleidung einzuräumen, nur ein langes Ablagefach und Bügel. Wir hatten ein family superior Zimmer im 1. OG zur Fußgängerzone hin. Da war es schon lauter, aber darüber darf man sich nxiut beschweren wenn man so zentral bucht :)

Gretar (9/5): Þægilegt lítið hótel, frábær staðsetning. - Nútímaleg hönnun, þægilegt starfsfólk, skemmtilegur bar i anddyrinu. Smá hávaði fra torginu framan við hotelið, til að nefna eitthvað, ekkert sem hélt vōku fyrir okkur.
Sara (10/5): Overall, with just a few small improvements, our stay would have been perfect. We still had three wonderful days. A spec - Excellent location, friendly staff, and a delicious buffet with a wide variety of food. The toilet was very modern, featuring a heated seat and bidet functions. A welcome drink was also provided, which was a nice touch. The room was a bit small, and the balcony could have been better maintained. The toilet was not perfectly clean, and everything felt very high-tech—adding clear instructions for using the various remote controls would be helpful. The TV only had basic channels; for a hotel of this standard, you would expect access to movies.

Everything was very clean, the food was delicious, and the room was really beautiful and comfortable. I also want to mention Ahmed from the hotel staff — he was extremely kind and helpful. He gave me great tips about places to visit in the city and made my stay even better. Highly recommended!

Masa (9/5): - The room is well-designed and functional. I really liked the desk space by the window: here you can work with a computer, a notebook and pencils at the same time. Under this long table, you have a fridge and a safebox. Besides, you have other pieces of furniture: 2 round bedside tables and another one on the carpet, a chair and a comfortable single-person couch... so you do not worry about unpacking your belongings freely. Even with curtains closed it feels so spacious. In daytime I preferred keeping the window open to work on my computer. The view from the window was basically walls and windows but yet doesn't feel claustrophobic at all. After all, the ceiling is very high and inside the room there is nothing to block the view. The bathroom space is a big glass compartment with (almost?) blackout curtains installed. Then those curtains connect to other curtains to conceal the corridor, so this mechanism also helps you to balance between the privacy and the unobstructed view. Besides, a lovely teddy bear (Pytlounek), which sits on the bed when you enter the room, was a plus for me. I have seen this one already in another hotel in Pytloun Hotel group, and I was quite fond of the playfulness it provides in contrast with the luxurious quality of the room. And, you can actually buy the same one at a counter as a souvenir (so I did). If I try to nitpick something... - I found breakfast space feels a bit cramped (Maybe depends on which table you take) - The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find (I know the place is the busiest street)
Yelena (9/5): מיקום מנצח במחיר מצוין - המלון במיקום נהדר על כיכר ואצלב. המון מסעדות, ברים וחנויות. כמה דקות הליכה מהמוזיאון הלאומי, העיר העתיקה וכיכר השעון, הרובע היהודי וכמובן פריימארק. המלון בוטיקי עם חדרים מודרניים, ארוחת בוקר נחמדה עם נשנושים בצהריים. רוצה לשבח את אחמד שהיה מאוד אדיב ושירותי וסייע לנו בכל מה שצריך. תמורה נהדרת למחיר צריך לקחת בחשבון כי השירותים שקופים. אומנם יש וילון שסוגר אבל עדיין זה לא הכי נח. יש כל מיני פיצרים בחדר כמו תאורה, הזזת וילונות וחימום אסלה שאומנם יכולים להראות מגניבים אבל בתכלס לא הבנו איך משתמשים בהם וגם אין הנחיה כלכך.

Bogdan (7/5): Not a 5-star experience (4-stars at best). - The hotel has one of the best breakfasts we have ever experienced. It can hardly be overstated just how delicious the food was, with just the right amount of variety and novelty across multiple days. Moreover, the fact that there is complementary coffee, water, tee and tapas (!) available for guests is just a cherry on top in terms of food and drinks. While there is nothing major to complain about, there are multiple small things that sum up and diminish the overall experience. For example, the lack of slippers in the room, the slightly uninterested staff, the outdated bathroom facilities, the smart TV without movie streaming apps, the very poor lighting in the room, the incredibly thin walls through which you can hear every toilet flush and conversation in adjacent rooms, and so on. It is these little things that you expect from a 5-star hotel, but they were lacking here.

Amelia (8/5): Mamy bardzo dobre wspomnienia - Pobyt bardzo miły, obsługa na medal. Lokalizacja idealna, wszędzie blisko. Parking też blisko hotelu. Jesteśmy zadowoleni. Śniadania były dość monotonne, pieczywo oraz wędliny wyschnięte na brzegach. Z wanny po uruchomieniu hydromasażu wyleciały jakieś paprochy, co niestety było winą niedoczyszczonej wanny. Deska sedesowa była przebarwiona w kilku punktach na czarno (nie dało się domyć). Na suficie bąble, jakby od wilgoci. Hotel w porządku, lecz nie powiedzielibyśmy , że jest to hotel 5 gwiazdkowy.
