Heike (7/5): Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder - Die Betten sind außerordentlich bequem, unser Zimmer war geräumig, der Wellnessbereich bietet alles was man braucht, schade nur, dass das Jacuzzi im 6. Stock ist und der Wellnessbereich im EG. Das Personal war wie immer sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist perfekt. Die Auswahl beim Obst war dieses Mal leider nicht so groß bzw. nicht immer ganz frisch. Es gibt leider keinen Schuhlöffel im Zimmer, obwohl sonst wirklich nichts fehlt und jedes Detail berücksichtigt wird.

Thomas (1/5): - Um wetterunabhängig zu sein, haben wir uns ein Hotel mit SPA Bereich ausgesucht. Bei Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das SPA vorab gebucht werden muss und jedem Gast nur eine Stunde Nutzung garantiert werden kann. Aufgrund des tatsächlich stürmischen Wetters waren einige Timeslots schon ausgebucht. Selbst bei gründlicher Durchsicht der Buchungsdetails auf Booking konnte ich die Info, dass der SPA Bereich während des Aufenthalts ev. maximal nur eine Stunde lang genutzt werden kann, nirgends finden. Eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung ...

Herwig (9/5): Eine schöne, besinnliche Zeit - Lage und Frühstück
Matteo (8/5): Tutto perfetto, tranne... - La struttura è nuova e tenuta molto bene, il personale è accogliente e molto gentile, a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa e gestisce gli imprevisti con professionalità. Posizione ottima: si ha di fronte il mare e questo è il punto di forza maggiore, ad un passo dal centro e con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. L'hotel è dotato di qualsiasi servizio: spa compresa nel prezzo, terrazza con possibilità di fare colazione fuori la mattina (veramente bellissimo!!), terrazza al sesto piano per godersi la tranquillità ed allontanarsi dalla movida. Il parcheggio è coperto e convenzionato con l'hotel, dista a pochi minuti a piedi e sarà chiesta una caparra per il periodo di fermo dell'auto. Ci siamo trovati bene e ci torneremo! Lato pulizia, per quanto riguarda la camera lo spazzolino del wc non era di primo utilizzo, per il resto assolutamente pulita e non presentava alcun segno di calcare in nessuna fessura delle piastrelle (per essere veramente pignoli ahah)... Per quanto riguarda la spa: l'accesso è esclusivo previa prenotazione, quindi si è da soli su una base di turni. Al nostro accesso abbiamo notato che non era particolarmente pulita, in quanto nel bagno turco erano presenti dei capelli lunghi attaccati ad alcune superfici, sicuramente aspetto da migliorare considerato che si sta parlando di un quattro stelle.

Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Wellnessbereich hatte nur 4 Liegen und wir waren zu sechst in diesem Bereich, also konnten wir nicht entspannen/liegen, da die andere Familie alles belegt hat. Wellnessbereich nur 1 Stunde verfügbar/reservierbar

Dubravka (8/5): Viel Komfort, netter Empfang. Top Frühstück. - Top Frühstück mit riesiger Auswahl und schöner Platz zum Sitzen. Sauna (1x Dampf und 1x klassisch), kleiner Pool mit Whirlpool waren top. Personal war super-freundlich, hilfsbereit und unproblematisch. Schöner Ausblick aus dem Zimmer. Wir haben Fahrräder frei zur Verfügung erhalten, Reifen waren auch aufgepumpt, haben funktioniert. Brummen in der Nacht - wahrscheinlich die Lüftung/Heizung. Warum gibt es im Bad nicht 4 oder mehr Aufhänge-Möglichkeiten (Kleiderhaken) für irgendwelche Kleidung, Handtücher etc.? Dies ist so einfach und kostet nichts. So muss man die Sachen irgendwo ablegen und... eigentlich weiß man nicht wo. Fahrräder waren ohne Aktivlicht, nur Reflektoren, im Dunkeln damit kritisch.

Werner (9/5): - Modern und neuwertig, freundliches Personal. Spa muss reserviert werden, aber dafür sind dann nur vier Personen gleichzeitig im Spa und das ist top.
