- Petra (8/5): - Krásné místo, příjemný hotel Měli jsme smůlu na personál první den. Druhý den bylo příjemné překvapeni že byl personál s úplně jiným přístupem. Milý a vstřícný, škoda že nám už první den nevysvětlili co vše můžeme využít.

- Ladislava (9/5): Pobyt rozhodně doporučuji. - Personál velice příjemný, výtečná kuchyně, bohatá snídaně. Čistota na 1*. Škoda, že alespoň část rozlehlé terasy u restaurace není kuřácká. Kuřáci postávají před vstupem do hotelu, což nevypadá úplně dobře…

- Steffen (8/5): Herbst am See mit gutem Essen - Blick auf den See (für Aufpreis) und gutes Frühstücks- und Abendessen- Buffet. Wenig los außerhalb der Saison, und man braucht Auto oder Fahrrad um in die Orte Doksy und Stare Splavy zu kommen.
- Hana (10/5): Příjemný letní pobyt u Máchova jezera. - Ubytování hned u Máchova jezera. Krásné místo v nádherné zahradě. Půjčování loděk a rybářského vybavení zdarma. Plus skvělý venkovní bazén v teplých letních dnech. Velkorysé podmínky pro pobyt se psem. Teplota vody ve vnitřním, krytém bazénu by mohla být přeci jen trošičku vyšší. Na mě studené.

- Sandra (9/5): Sehr zufrieden! - Das Hotel liegt direkt am See! Falls möglich also ein Zimmer mit Seesicht buchen… Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ebenfalls wird sehr lecker gekocht. Da wir in der Nebensaison da waren, war es sehr ruhig. Wir konnten uns gut entspannen und ausruhen! -

- Kathrin (10/5): - Schöne Lage direkt am See. Das Hotel bietet eine große Auswahl an sportlichen Aktivitäten wie Boote, Fahrräder, SUP, Pool (innen & außen), Tischtennis, Bowling usw. Also auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man viel machen! ALLE Mitarbeiter dieses Hotels waren sehr fleißig, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Essen war ebenfalls sehr gut, egal ob Frühstück, a la carte oder Grillbuffet. Also absolut zu empfehlen!

The waiting staff in the restaurant were slow, dismissive, and disorganised. We had to wait for our drinks, and our second drink order never arrived.
- Taboga (9/5): Superb - Rooms were clean, the lake is amazing to watch through breakfast and from the inside pool. View lake rooms are worthy Breakfast free coffee was disgusting, while the bar one was impressively good. But what could be expected from free Vs paid service
- David (9/5): Pleasant family stay. - Free rental of sport equipment. Very helpful staff. Smoking was allowed on the restaurant terrace even during breakfast. Breakfast buffet was not always fully replenished, i.e. some items were missing even quite a while before the end of the breakfast period.

Fantastic view of the lake from the restaurant terrace. Nice outdoor pool area. Nice quiet seating area near grill area. Topper kept sliding off bed. Beach is small and playground equipment takes up some of the space. Map in the room of the complex and facilities would be useful. Mini golf needs some attention, very neglected.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Toller Urlaub mit Hunden - Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel am Machasee mit vielen kostenlosen Angeboten an Wassersport Verleih wie SUPs. Tadelos sauber und eine riesige Grünanlage mit u.a. Minigolf (schon in die Jahre gekommen) und Tennisplatz. Der Außenpool war nur an einem von sieben Tagen aufgedeckt und nutzbar. Das Fitnessstudio war wegen Firmenveranstaltungen dauerhaft nicht nutzbar. Zum Entspannen am Nachmittag einen eignet sich das Dampfbad (kostenlos) sehr gut. Wir haben Halbpension gebucht, da auf der Homepage steht, dass das Abendessen in den Sommermonaten in Buffetform serviert wird, was leider nur jeden zweiten Tag der Fall war. Freundliches Personal und gute Küche zu sehr fairen Preisen.

- Ladislav (8/5): Very good - Rooms facing the lake offer nice views, the cleaning is 100%, the meals are very good, parking facilities are very satisfactory. The only negative point is the possibility for smokers to be using the balcony of the room. In our case a heavy smoker in adjacent room smoking every 1-2 hours and also e.g. at 4:00 a.m. made us to have the windows closed. I do not believe the policy of the hotel - offering the ashtray at the balcony - is wise, or good for non-smokers. The case above mentioned makes me question the stage of the non-smoking room of that heavy smoker itself. Disgusting.

- Werner (8/5): - Speiseangebot sehr gut.Sehr schöne Anlage. Allerdings hatten wir keinen Hinweis das die hintere Fassade eingerüstet war und unsere 2 Fenster voll ein Gerüst stand und der Ausbick gestört war.Früh wurde dann schon gearbeitet, und die Arbeiter liefen am Fenster vorbei.

- Nicole (10/5): Sehr schönes Hotel, direkt am See! - Das Hotel bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, für einen entspannten Urlaub. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Küche ausgezeichnet und reichlich und die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Im Hotel werden viele verschiedene Freizeitaktivitäten angeboten und in der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken. Hier sollte niemandem langweilig werden. Es war einfach nur ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub!
