• Fatimah (10/5): Very nice stay - The space was clean, comfy bed with amazing comforter, the balcony with seating adorable, all necessary amenities. It felt very safe behind 2 locked doors on a residential road. Staff was easy to communicate with and quick to respond so that was quite valuable. Although it wasn't close to most things we did, we could easily Uber to places.... Chinatown was about 30 min away. The heating was difficult to figure out as a non-UK resident, fortunately they came and got it to work, so I never adjusted it again. The sofa bed had been put away incorrectly, so after some tweaking the handles, I sorted it out. The check out time was 10am which is earliest I've had anywhere, ever, so that's something to keep in mind. Also street parking is not allowed, so if you're bringing your car you'll need to find a garage... the Hilton hotel garage allowed overnight parking, about a 5 block walk away, roughly £40 per night

• Laura (8/5): Great flat in a lovely location which offered us the space& opportunity to have breakfast & lunch in a comfortab - As a family we loved the space in the flat. Plenty big enough for us & great that our teens could log into Netflix to watch their shows. Kitchen nice & great having two toilets. Lovely balcony. Contemporary interior was nice. Finally, great location as it felt safe. Bit hot at night. Think a bit of upkeep is needed. Some repainting…
• Derek (8/5): Good stay in good location would be really good with improved second bed - Good location flat had everything required for a stay including kitchen essentials and toiletries The sofa bed is only really suitable for small children and there is a train line at the back of the house which can be noisy

• Janis (7/5): Comfy stay at Kensington Olympia. - We really liked the flat! Just some comments: dishware had stains, we had to re-clean them. There was a problem with the sink in bathroom, the water was not flowing out of the sink. There are some old spider web stains in bathroom above the door. Bathroom shower door bottom plastic needs replacement, it looks really dirty.
• Veronica (9/5): Comfortable flat in good location with everything you need to feel at home - The flat is lovely. Convenient to tube stations The flat is equipped with full kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine. Bathroom is modern.
• Stephen (6/5): Nice place spoiled by pre-check-in data harvesting. - The location was good, quiet neighbourhood. Garden good for London. Your check in details will be held hostage until you hand over your passport details, bank details and personal pictures to the awful 3rd party website Charge Automation. Avoid if remotely privacy/security conscious. Bed is too small for fully grown humans. My partner and I had to sleep on the sofa. Be aware if you are not tiny.

• Ziehl (10/5): We would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in the area. - The location was within a 5 min walk to the West Kensington tube station. There was a small Sainsbury grocery store on the corner down the street and a large store within walking distance too. We were able to by food to cook in the nicely equipped kitchen. The area was very safe and quiet. We had no issues with the train noise behind the property. We wish that we were able to park without paying. There is a space down the street that we were able to purchase with no issues however. The wifi was slow, but we were on vacation so definitely was not a huge issue.

Kitchen had all the facilities required for cooking. Neighborhood was extremely quiet and it felt safe. Perfect for a short or long term stay. Owners are extremely responsive and helpful

We liked the garden, which we sadly could not use cause of "winter" :). The team was responsive and was helpful resolving any issues. The corridor walls were quite thin, so if a neighboring apartment people came in, it felt like a earthquote was coming through :)...

Lovely big living space & modern bathroom. Easy check in! The bed was comfy, but extra pillows would have been good & better quality sheets - all personal preference but we said it would have just made it that little more luxury :)

• Deborah (8/5): Great stay in a cozy apartment. - We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was very clean and we found it comfortable and warm. The location was perfect for us. It would have been nice if a jug of milk had been provided so we could make ourselves tea when we arrived. A non slip shower mat and bath mat should be made available. The quality and comfort of the pillows could be greatly improved upon.

Very convenient for museums, shops, restaurants and public transport. The apartment was a good size for our family (2 adults/2 kids) with great facilities and spotlessly clean. Nothing really not to like... we were very happy with the apartment & facilities. The sofa bed in the living room could have been more comfortable, if it had a topper, but it wasn't too bad. We would definitely stay there again.

• Lisa (10/5): Five nights in London - It was immediately evident that we had made a great choice.The flat was extremely convenient to public transport with numerous train or bus stations close by as well as restaurants, shopping for food or other goods and a laundromat in walking distance. The amenities were all clean and the flat smelled great. The WiFi wasn't very strong so the television would glitch.
• Cesar (10/5): Outstanding !!! We have stayed for three times in London and this flat was the best by far. - Well design, and beautiful decoration. Comfortable and spacious. We are two adults and two children and the bed is perfect for two and the convertible sofa is large and perfect for other two. Having one bathroom and one toilet is so convenient for when someone is having a shower you still can use the other toilet. Beautiful facade and house, quiet and safe road and neighborhood. Supermarket around the corner and bus stop close. We can ask for no more. Romina was very helpful and responded quickly. We will come back again.
