- Michelle (10/5): Amenities galore and such an adorable location. - Super cute and convenient. Also has a room with everything you could want for the beach and river, chairs, fishing gear, beach toys, etc. also stuff for the room, pots and pans, utensils, charcoal for the grills, etc. The staff was great. Always around and friendly. There was nothing I didn’t like! But what gave me pause was you get the code for the gate and then a code for your door. I was looking around waiting for someone to give us access or keys or something. None of that business. No one to keep you from going directly to your room or holding you up for a credit card or anything. It was great.

- Leanne (10/5): Idyllic - Lost Inn Paradise has my heart. What a beautiful property. It really did feel like paradise. We saw dolphins and manatees within minutes of arriving. Room was equipped with everything you needed and so clean and spacious. Vending area was incredible with anything else you might need. Nothing it was perfect.

It's a hidden gem in Cocoa Beach, the views of the river are insane, we saw dolphins, manatees and fish jumping daily from the boardwalk. A perfect setting on the river with a short walk to the beach on the other side of the road. It had everything we needed there. The staff were unbelievably helpful and did everything they could make our stay the best it could be.We originally booked a studio bungalow but they upgraded us to a suite due to us travelling with our 10 month old. Superb all around! Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable <3

- Elflaco1983 (9/5): Ottima struttura a Cocoa Beach - Struttura meravigliosa appena defilata dal centro di Cocoa Beach. Appartamento ampio per 4 persone, dotato di 2 letti, una piccola sala e una piccola cucina con lavello, microonde e frigorifero. La struttura ha un giardino interno e una terrazza bellissimi, da cui godersi il tramonto in riva al Banana River: abbiamo assistito alla danza dei delfini al tramonto ed è stata una cosa emozionate. L'accoglienza è stata discreta e la signora ci ha informato che potevamo usufruire della piscina e di tutte le attrezzature riposte nei vari posti: kayak, attrezzatura per il mare, giochi per la piscina e perfino attrezzatura da pesca. Insomma un struttura perfetta se hai famiglia e bambini e vuoi solo rilassarti al sole della Florida. Forse penserei ad un frigorifero un pò silenzioso, perchè la notte effettivamente faceva molto rumore. A noi andava bene uguale ma magari potrebbe disturbare il sonno di qualcuno. Il resto è veramente TUTTO OK

Grounds were well-lit. I liked the gated entrance and easy check-in. Room smelled great. Room was very well lit also. Parking was a bit difficult and close to a very busy street. Lack of grab bars in the shower and no mat available for the shower floor was a negative. Beds were sqeaky.

Nous avions la chambre au plus près de la route mais n’avons entendu aucun bruit.

- ken (6/5): Beds were nothing short of very poor - Nice room and very clean, good location and close to beach The mattress on the bed , we booked two rooms so it wasn't teh case that one was bad as it seemed wore out ,like a water bed. Basically the mattress and pillows are the cheapest you could find, the pillows are polyester lumps and teh mattress is beyond dreadful. Pity becasue overall the place was nice but to skimp on them made no sense. Nothing worse than getting a poor nights sleep. Access is by key pad , they sent only one code for one room , and no code for the second room , so it took us a while to sort that issue out by telephone .

I loved being able to sit by the water and watch the sunsets. Then on the morning I walked across the street to watch the sunrise the next day!! The outside shower didn’t work to clean off all the sand before going into the pool. We wiped off the best we could

Very nice but not really an overnighter - Beautiful boutique accommodation with great spacious room along with care to detail in the room (e.g. I’ve never seen a black flannel provided for makeup removal before). With no car nowhere to take a short walk to a store for water. The following morning we saw the hotel had a vending room with a vending machine and coffee machine and even plates to use for the in room microwave (there’s a fridge too). Not sure if it was open at night but after flying from the UK I would have loved to have known if this vending machine was accessible in the nighttime. Or at least put a couple of bottles of water in the fridge.

Plenty of seating available throughout the courtyard area’s and around the grounds beautiful pool with hammocks, lounges, Adirondack chairs, as well as regular chairs to just unwind and relax in. The dock area offers plenty of space for those looking to do a little fishing with all equipment other than bait supplied by the resort. The rooftop seating area overlooking the river is awesome for relaxing as well as views especially at sunset and night. For those loving the beach just a short maybe two minute walk across and easy to cross roadway is easy too get to with again all towels, chairs, umbrellas, as well as boogie boards supplied by the resort. This resort is no doubt set up to be family friendly with plenty of activities to offer for the children but ultimately has the laid backed relaxed, well kept, and beautiful atmosphere for all the adults young and old as well. The rooms have that modern, newly built appearance with all modern amenities and lighting and beds as comfortable as any high end resort/hotel has to offer Nothing this property is very impressive

- Karen (6/5): Coulda been good - Really nice setting on the water with docks and seating areas outside. We stayed for 2 nights; the water in the shower the first morning was barely warm and on the second morning, there was NO hot water!

- Emmanuel (10/5): FABULEUX - TOUT!!! emplacement au top, calme absolu ( chambre 11 au rdc au bout de l'allée), vue superbe, notre hôte a été adorable nous donnant les infos ( codes pour arrivée après 17h), chambre parfaite, hyper bien aménagée, carbet à 2 pas pour dîner face à l'eau. Beau coucher de soleil. Stationnement aisé devant l'entrée de cette micro résidence. Très propre Nous avons regretté de ne pas pouvoir rester une nuit de plus. Jolie piscine pour les beaux jours dommage qu'il n'y avait pas un minimum dans le coin cuisine, avec 2 couverts et deux assiettes. Nous avions oublié d'en prendre chez PUBLIX et nous avons du nous débrouiller pour notre dîner avec des baguettes qui nous restaient :)

- Stefan (10/5): Geheim-Tipp in Cocoa Beach!!! - Ein kleines Paradies. Totale Ruhe und Entspannung. Kleines Resort mit vielleicht 10 Zimmern. Minisuite 11 vorne am Wasser ist ein Traum, alle anderen Zimmer sicher auch. Wenn man in der Gegend ist, sollte man hier unbedingt übernachten. Alles sehr sauber, das Personal top.

Die Reinigung auch sehr hilfsbereit.. Teller,Toaster,Kaffeemaschine..Bestecke und vieles mehr!! etc...Waschmaschinen /Trockner im Laundryraum..Ich kann es nur empfehlen, Atlantik 1 Seite, Banana,Indianriver andere Seite... Fällt nichts ein..

C'est extrêmement bien équipé, propre et décoré avec bon goût Les équipements sur place permettent de faire du kayak, paddle et de voir les dauphins sans excursions directement au pied de l'hôtel Tout est parfait. J'ai tout adoré mais juste un petit axe au-dessus de notre chambre accès libre a la terrasse, a minuit et sept heure du matin ça réveille peut être limite en horaires !

- Andrea (9/5): Kleines Paradies - Süßes kleines Motel, sah frisch renoviert aus. Gepflegte Außenanlage, nur über die Straße zum Strand, wo wir fast alleine waren. Strandutensilien vorhanden, Kaffeekapseln konnte man sich immer nehmen. Genug Handtücher vorhanden, tolle Dachterrasse Liegen am Steg zum River. Fußläufig waren 3 Restaurant erreichbar. Vom Strand konnten wir sogar einen Raketenstart beobachten Die Straße ist direkt am Motel, aber im Zimmer hört man nichts

- Joanne (9/5): Amazing stay on the space coast - Great location away from the busy centre, but only a few minutes drive away. The rooms are clean and spacious with a great coffee machine and nice thick towels. Across the road is the beautiful beach. They have a laundry room which has lots of extra coffee pods and chairs to take to the beach, books, vending machine, ice and items you may need for your room. Also you can use the comp kayaks from the jetty. The jetty is beautiful at sunset. It is quiet and has a taco restaurant across the road plus lots of other eateries nearby. Cocoa beach is a fantastic place for a holiday. Highlight was seeing a rocket launch from the roof terrace. Loved it all. Note no cleaning just change of towels every other day.

Many activities to do at the property & very close to beach access. Everything was very updated, clean & well kept. Beautiful views of the sunset from the dock & rooftop area. - christopher (9/5): Séjour magnifique dans ce coin de paradis avec un soin particulier pour les touriste. - Un emplacement exceptionnel avec les pontons sur l'eau. Des grandes chambres avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Un parking GRATUIT pour la voiture. Vue sur le couché du soleil au top. Un espace commun avec plein de chose a disposition : Glaçons, café, laverie, kayak, quelques produits et un peu de nourriture. Les propriétaires ont tout compris pour rendre le séjour parfait. - Olaf (10/5): Unser "Geheimtipp" in Cocoa Beach: JEDERZEIT wieder gerne! - Beste Lage: Resort liegt direkt am Indian River, alle "Wassersportgeräte" können kostenfrei ausgeliehen werden. Man kann (so) den ganzen Tag Delfine (am besten früh am Tag), Schildkröten, Fische und Vögel aus nächster Nähe (beispielsweise per Kanu) beobachten. Gerade über die Straße ist einer der nächsten Zugänge zum Strand, damit ist man in weniger als zwei Minuten (zu Fuß) direkt am Meer. Alles, zum "Sonnenbaden" erforderliche, kann im Resort (ebenfalls kostenlos!) zum Strand mitgenommen werden. Neben dem Schwimmbad gibt es zusätzlich eine frei zugängliche Aussichtsplattform (MIT Aufzug!): Hier hat man einen tollen Überblick! Waschmaschinen und Trockner können genutzt werden. Das Personal ist einwandfrei: freundlich, engagiert und extrem zuvorkommend. Alles ist sauber, gepflegt und sehr ordentlich! Die Lage ist ruhig, man könnte den ganzen Tag am Pool (oder innerhalb der Anlage) entspannen.
