- BB's vaca's (10/5): Wonderful stay - The staff were so kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the woman who kept things full was very on top of her job. Those cinnamon rolls were so yummy. Great beds. The room was very large, and the bathroom was very clean, and the shower was very nice. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

- Hernandez (10/5): - The room was very clean, and surprisingly very quiet for being on the first floor close to the lobby. I didn't hear much of any foot traffic or people next to me. The breakfast was good and the staff seemed nice. I didn't have enough time during my stay to be able to use the extra amenities on sight, but I know I'll be back this year to book again. I also really loved the sun blocking shade on the window, that was perfect and kept the room dark the way I like. I wasn't sure if that was something I could pull up, but I'm sure if someone wanted to, they could ask the front desk if that was a possibility. They didn't carry razors, I would say that's the only thing. But considering that's the only thing I wished they had, that says a lot lol.

So sweet to my kids and got me checked in speedy and helped me calm down after a day of hell Really nothing even if I didn't like something I wouldn't say anything cause customer service was above and beyond!!!!

Our room faced the interstate so traffic was noisy. We were also unaware of the ongoing truck show and that it would carry over to the parking lot of the hotel. The flashing lights and revving engines was a bit annoying.
- Marina (5/5): Front desk staff is horrible - It’s a clean & well kept place. The staff on the other hand; ignored me. Didn’t speak with me & treated me like crap. Said “I need to call & check on your room” proceeded to type for a couple mins. Asked if she’s busy at the moment I’ll run to the restroom, she stared at me and said I’m checking on your room. It was just poor staff at the front desk. One was in work out clothes & was making the front desk smell like BO real bad just bad overall

- Jessica (5/5): - Staff were great, bed was comfortable, clean and good breakfast. The road noise was so loud. I can usually sleep through almost anything, but it was awful. Seriously should consider just removing the windows, soundproofing and putting in a tv screen that displays scenic pictures.

In the bathroom the towel bar is directly above the toilet paper roll holder so water from wet hand drips on the toilet paper. The toilet paper roll should not be under the towel bar.

After 11 consecutive days of stale muffins and runny yogurt, I felt it necessary to voice my displeasure with the lack of choices. Our accommodations were fresh and clean, the property was clean and the staff is fantastic. Will return again!

- tammy (1/5): Worst customer service ever - Nothing Rude front desk! I have traveled all over the US and never been treated so rudely or asked the question this hotel asked upon checking in. I booked two rooms, and was asked for names of occupants of each room. When asked tag number I stated rental don't know it, the clerk then replied who has the keys? I would not recommend this location at all.

Only downside to this hotel is it is right next to the freeway, so if you are in a room on the freeway (east side) of the building, you will hear the rumbling of the freeway. Fortunately, the beds were comfortable and the pillows were wonderful (the pillow cases are even labeled “soft” and “hard”) so I fell right asleep and didn’t wake up from the noise. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Had to keep adjusting thermostat several times throughout the night because it as either too cold or too warm. And it is LOUD when it’s running. Didn’t get much sleep here. Stayed for two nights

The location was was within walking distance to Panera, In and Out, Out Back, and so many other restaurants as well as shopping options like Old Navy, Lane Bryant, Ross, and Lowes. I didn't like the height of the bed. I'm only 5'3 and partially handicaped. When I backed up to the bed, I was unable to sit down safely. My husband had to block me from sliding off, and had to help lift my legs, because the bed hit about two inches above my bottom.

- Michele (4/5): - Disappointed at This Holiday Inn Express – Not the IHG Standard We Know and Love We’ve been loyal to the IHG brand for years and often choose Holiday Inn Express for its comfort, consistency, and excellent service—whether in Phoenix, Texas, Oregon, or Washington. This location was our second stay in 8 months, and while check-in was smooth and early check-in was kindly accommodated, our overall experience was let down by one disappointing interaction. On the evening of Friday, June 6, 2025, we politely inquired at the front desk about the possibility of accessing a small breakfast item to-go early the next morning, as we had a 7:15 AM event. We’ve never had an issue with this at any other Holiday Inn Express—staff have always been happy to offer something simple like a yogurt or muffin to help accommodate early travelers. Unfortunately, the staff member we spoke with gave a long, overly detailed, and dismissive response that made our request feel like an inconvenience. It wasn’t about the food—it was about the attitude. A simple, “Let me see what I can do” would’ve gone a long way. We travel internationally and choose Holiday Inn Express because of its reputation for service and value, especially when breakfast is included. We love the brand, but this interaction didn’t reflect the hospitality we’ve come to expect. Regrettably, we won’t be returning to this location.

If you’re driving, there’s a decent amount of parking, just don’t get caught up in the In and Out traffic. Our room’s fridge didn’t work during our stay, there is also not a freezer component to the fridge (be cognizant of what you purchase/bring in that regard). Staff were helpful in helping us problem solve our issue. Plan on choose this hotel the next time we are in town
