- Sofia (7/5): - La location immersa nel verde e nella natura, la posizione strategica a metà tra il borgo meraviglioso di Massa e il mare (per il mare più bello siamo dovuti scendere fino a Punta Ala), la comodità di avere appartamenti divisi, la disponibilità di Gabriele. I letti sono molto scomodi e l'arredamento è un pò datato. Non è stato possibile utilizzare la piscina perchè apriva più tardi, nonostante le belle giornate.
- Marta (9/5): Esperienza da ripetere - Location in mezzo al nulla per chi vuole staccare ma comodo per raggiungere tutte le località , incarna l’idea di costruzione tipica in Maremma La strada per raggiungerlo è sterrata , può essere un problema per chi ha le auto basse (asfaltarla però rovinerebbe il posto)
- Schaffner (8/5): Sehr schöner Pool, sehr schöne Anlage, sehr liebe und freundliche Besitzer. - Die Lage und das Anwesen waren sehr schön, tolles Ambiente. Der Pool war groß genug für Abkühlung und um zu Schwimmen. Das Zimmer war für zwei Personen ausreichend. Das Anwesen ist sehr ruhig, schön gelegen und wurde gut gepflegt. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und herzlich. Fliegengitter vor den Terrassentüren wären dringend notwendig. Wir hatten zum Glück ein "Wurfzelt/Moskitowurfzelt"für das Bett dabei, so hatten wir wenigstens nachts Ruhe vor den Plagegeistern. Was wirklich sehr gestört hat, war das Hundegebell von irgendeinem Nachbaranwesen. Die Hunde kläfften tags und nachts, manchmal stundenlang. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr bescheiden, ging aber ganz gut, war für uns ausreichend. Der Dunstabzug und die Schranktürchen der Küche hingen ziemlich schief, aber auch das ging für uns ganz gut.

- Piotr Nawrot (10/5): Wakacyjny pobyt w ciszy zdala od zgiełku z książkami nad basenem w otoczeniu toskańskich klimatów.. - Miejsce dla osób które chcą się wyciszyć wśród zielonych wzgórz Toscanii i zamiast biegać i odwiedzać niezliczoną ilość okolicznych atrakcji mogą zanurzyć się w przywiezionych książkach i przeczytać wszystkie nad ładnym basenem z czystą filtrowaną wodą. Gospodarz Gabriele wraz z Rodziną to bardzo uprzejmi i życzliwi ludzie mieszkający nieco na odludziu co czyni to miejsce jeszcze bardziej atrakcyjnym. Mieliśmy duży apartament z 2 sypialniami, wyposażoną kuchnię i czystą łazienkę. Pomimo pobytu w lipcu nie korzystaliśmy z klimatyzacji, która jest dodatkowo płatna - co nie było dla nas żadnym problemem. Bardzo dziękujemy Gabriele za dbanie o wysoką jakość naszego pobytu i dopytywanie się czy wszystko jest ok :) Gabriele zarekomendował nam też kilka naprawdę fantastycznych restauracji, które okazały się strzałem w 10 ! Dojazd do Apartamentów jest ścieżką bitumiczną utwardzoną i generalnie nie sprawia kłopotów - trzeba tylko uważać na mijanie się z innymi autami gdyż droga jest dla 1 auta. Jeżeli ktoś ma muzyczny słuch jak ja z rodziną - może doskwierać dźwięk odstraszacza na kuny który jest włączany wieczorem i w nocy jednak to pewnie dzięki niemu nasze auta nie są atakowane w nocy przez zwierzęta. Czesto dobiega też szczekania psów sąsiadów - jednak po zakupie zatyczek do uszu - spokojnie przesypialiśmy całe noce. :)

Sappiate che il clima é a pagamento ,organizzatevi per tempo !! - Location molto bella immersa nel verde delle colline a un quarto d'ora dal mare di Follonica. Struttura in pietra molto bella con porticato che crea ombra anche nelle giornate più calde . Bella piscina contornata dal verde . Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dal propietario, Giovanni molto "carino" nello spiegarci la struttura e rassicurarci sul fatto che la sera dalle ore 20.30 in poi avremmo goduto di un ottima temperatura..noi non ci eravamo accorti che il condizionatore era a pagamento ,il problema é arrivato la sera al nostro rientro quando abbiamo trovato un FORNO all'interno del nostro appartamento ,senza avere la possibilità di poter accendere in autonomia l'impianto..( dalle ore 20 in poi la reception chiude e non c'è piu la possibilità di attivare il climatizzatore .)LA NOTTE PIU INFERNALE DELLA NOSTRA VITA !!! é stato impossibile dormire dal caldo che c'era ,siamo tornati a casa con una CONGIUNTIVITE e AMAREZZA per l'accaduto . Consiglio al propietario di spiegare bene come funziona all'arrivo degli ospiti ,perché anche i nostri vicini di quella notte si sono trovati nella stessa situazione !! SPECIFICATE BENE CHE PER ACCENDERLO C'È TUTTA UNA VOSTRA TRAFILA DA FARE .. COSÌ DA NON LASCIARE IN SITUAZIONI DI DISAGIO I VOSTRI OSPITI ! BUON PROSEGUIMENTO
- Gross (8/5): Very good - Very friendly and accomodating hosts and some beautiful old houses in the countryside. At night you can see loads of stars since the sky is so clear. The apartment was very clean and had lots of space. Not too far from the beaches by car, that's why we didn't try the pool. There's no ventilation or AC but temperatures at night were still comfortable. Only downside was that there was no warm water in the shower at night and no hairdryer.
- Stefano (9/5): Immerse in the nature - Very good spot , near Follonica, immerse in the nature , old stone structure totally renovated, with swimming pool in case you want to get some refreshment. Quite and relaxing. Nothing
