- beachfitm (2/5): Very bad experience - Very bad experience , very bad reception , very bad room service arguing in the phone when simply asking to provide something to the room wish suppose to be their in general im not recommending this hotel to nobody . Im very very disappointed and again will never recommend this hotel to no one
- 820swanh (2/5): Worst experience - The bedsheets and duvets were already stained but we didn’t complain. However when I checked out, we left a small stain on the bedsheet. The hotel receptionist told us to wait to check and room and then told us it was okay to leave. After few mins the hotel keeps calling multiple times to come back and sign the check out form which we were not informed about as they told us it’s already good to go. Then they kept calling again and again and finally said we had to pay for the stain on the bedsheet. Which is fine with me because I can afford to pay for a replacement bedsheet. The receptionist charged 220 aed for the stain which was unreasonable because it only cost around 30-40 aed for a bedsheet. He also threaten us that he will send the pictures to my company if we do not pay which I couldn’t believe that he was blackmailing us for just a small stain. I also tried to contact the manager but the receptionist said the manager was not on duty so he was acting on his own without the supervision of the manager which is unprofessional.
- 616kittyg (2/5): Will never come back! - My husband booked a hotel for one night; from the moment we arrived, it was a disaster. There was no parking available, which was incredibly inconvenient. During check-in, the receptionist was rude and unwelcoming. When we finally got to our room, it was a complete disappointment. The room was not clean, with visible stains on the sofa, and the overall ambiance felt eerie, almost like a haunted house. The service was terrible, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating. We will never stay here again.
- adrifrancisco202 (4/5): Smelly room - Its my second time here in this hotel , when my first time here was smooth and i had a good room , all was completely okay , when i was check in yesterday , Shafi Receptionist isn't approachable , accomodating and has a fake alibis etc. washroom is surrounded by yellow stains , i can't even lay down on my bed because the room has a unbothered fragrance that coming nowhere , smelly dusty and old . i am having now a runny nose and cough and i feel not good . i am only in my single couch , house keeping staffs are quickly responsive .

There was only 1 towel and called the reception couple of times to send one more and bathroom tissue but not a single one came. WiFi is very poor can't even watch a single video without logging. Trash bins doesn't even have trash bag. Not recommending this hotel at all.
- Cat (2/5): - we paid for 2 rooms through shipping and at the reception they wanted to give us only one room. They said that Expedia paid them only one room. They kept us for 3 hours, until 12PM at the reception!the air conditioning in the rooms was broken and it was very cold! I had no hot water! so I paid for 2 cold rooms, without water, and in which I could only stay for 6 hours. Very disappointed!!!!
- Resort59367612600 (2/5): Horrible! - Never ever come here! It all starts from front office agents, so rude and lack of hospitality. We only came to rest before our transit flight, just several hours to spend in abu dhabi, but this hotel ruined all. I asked for towels which are not placed in the room, they never brought. After 4-5 hours I could finally connect with front office again and asked the tolwels, the answer is simple it’s coming i informed housekeeping. I called back after 10 minutes and finally they send 2 bathrobes, and poor housekeeping guy saying that they don’t have a towel at all at the hotel, they ran out of the stock this night. What a shame! If you really planning not to ruin your any trip PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!

- GailFan2 (2/5): Bad.Do not book - The receptionist is not friendly at all and doesn't even greet people or smile. The curtains in the room were so dirty and looks like they were never cleaned since they were bought. Also the furniture has dust,plus cockroaches in the room. Do not book unless you are desperate for a place to sleep.
- Jeffrey (6/5): It's HOT outside, so what to Do? - The Hotel wasn't able to find and verify the booking right away. Even after providing a confirmation number, the reception was able to complete the check-in process more than 30 minutes. The room was okay. No ashtrays, No towels, 1 Cup to make Coffee or Tea, but the kettle needs to be requested. Room service is poor. I have stayed for 3 nights, but I still have to call the reception to follow-up with requests. The bathroom ceiling was leaking aswell.

But there is some one his name is (waled) from the reception (front office) he has very bad atitude. And he treat the guests like he is the general manager or the owner. Cockroaches roaming around... elevator is very loud.... it is very noisy in the room.... will never advise anyone to stay in this bad hotel.

- Topley68 (6/5): Great potential but ... - Ideal location for ease of access to all main nodes in the city Centre and out to the freeway. The hotel however does need a big touch-up. Friendly staff and the awesome service from Tarranum with her infectious smile, offer that silver lining to the sometimes dark cloud experience that excess noise and free and liberal cigarette smoking that occur.

She call for check what time check out i asked her till 2 she is laying and she said system will charge you by him self what make me angry her baaaaaad attitude and her answer and she act like im stupid and i can't understand what's going on... im Front office manger in another hotel and i know the system.. i suppose ask about her name but its enough for you guys to know how bad this lady is and she is not allow to work in customer service at all
- 100jaytee (2/5): Pathetic personified! - Except for the friendly staff, all else fails! Most of the things don't work properly or at all. The place is filthy with cockroaches roaming freely. Coming from Africa, this is the most dirty hotel that I've ever stayed in. Not a good representation of the big and flashy cosmopolitan... Abu Dhabi!

The room located beside some kind of maintenance room keep making a very lowed noise every 30 seconds. Only one Towel and it's very old and it's Torn. And if you ask for a towel in the pool you need to pay Only the location makes you come here again

- G9302HVgregoryc (6/5): no pool, no gym, dated rooms, new staff, but cheap - There was a picture of a pool on the state but don't be fooled, no pool (its under long term refurbishment...) no gym (its a construction site) dated rooms, new staff (nice kids but unsure of how to do their jobs) , but cheap (the price reflects what you get) and the rooms are big.

Resepsjonistene forsøkte å lure oss til å betale på nytt for både ekstraseng og frokost, selv om vi hadde fått garanti fra Hotels.com om at alt var betalt. Hybelkaninene fløt på rommet som bar tydelig preg av hardt bruk og dårlig vedlikehold. Møblene var skitne, wi-fien kom og gikk, heisen knirket og frokosten var en vits. Et VELDIG stusselig bord med kalde speilegg og poteter, og tørre loffskiver. Det var hele frokosten. Vi hadde også gledet oss til treningsrom og basseng, men med den ene skuffelsen etter den andre begynte vi å forstå at det hang i en tynn tråd. Selvfølgelig var både basseng og treningsrommet under oppussing... Når det gjelder parkering ble vi vist ned i kjelleren, men dagen etter hadde vi fått bot. Her måtte man tydeligvis registrere sitt UAE telefonnummer for å få betalt, men det glemte resepsjonisten å informere om.
- Juha (2/5): Ei toista kertaa tähän hotelliin! - Epäsiistiä, kosteusvaurioita huoneessa. Aamupala niukka, kaikki kylmää (myös paistetut kananmunat, paistetut perunat olivat kylmiä...). Kahvia ei ollut yhtenä aamuna ollenkaan, syyksi kerrottiin, että kokki ei ole töissä...)

Ask for an extra light 3 times, even though it was written in my remarks before I came to the hotel. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Not coming back to this hotel. - DxDavis (8/5): Neat and specious room - Specious room n friendly and approchable staff. There was no coffee tea or milk in the room aminity. There was only one bath towel. Dental kit was provided only by request which supposed to be in place. Overall it was a nice place n value for money. Hopefully will come back for another stay. Recommend for others

- lheavenice (6/5): Budget Hotel - The location of the hotel is great as it is near a lot of food chains and boutiques. You definitely get what you paid for. The room we got was big and spacious like that of a suite but at a lesser price. The only thing that I’m disappointed about is that room seems like it wasn’t cleaned before we occupied it. The toilet was uncleaned and there was trash on the bin. The tables and chairs were very dusty we had to clean it. You can see that the hotel is very old and really needs a lot of improvement and renovation. Still our stay was great since we only used the hotel to sleep in and didn’t stay the whole day. If you’re looking for a hotel that’s budget friendly and wouldn’t mind all the other details, then you can stay here.
