Inoltre, gli ambienti risultano puliti e curati. Tuttavia, devo segnalare una nota molto negativa riguardo al bagno: la presenza di tre gradini, posizionati in modo poco sicuro, rappresenta un potenziale rischio per gli ospiti. Possono infatti risultare pericolosi e causare incidenti, soprattutto per persone anziane o con disabilità. È sicuramente un aspetto da tenere in seria considerazione. Tuttavia, devo segnalare una nota molto negativa riguardo al bagno: la presenza di tre gradini, posizionati in modo poco sicuro, rappresenta un potenziale rischio per gli ospiti. Είναι ακριβώς όπως στη φωτογραφία και η υπηρεσία δωματίου άλλαζε σεντόνια και πετσέτες καθημερινά. Ο οικοδεσπότης Giorgio υπέροχος. Μας βοήθησε σε όλα και κατά την άφιξη και κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα Όλα ήταν τέλεια!

• Sonia (10/5): Comfort, pulizia e ottima posizione - Camera accogliente e pulita, silenziosa e confortevole. Ottima la posizione e il rapporto qualità prezzo. Presente bollitore e macchinetta del caffè, con prodotti essenziali per una colazione veloce. L'host disponibilissimo in qualsiasi momento, con cortesia e garbo. Per me davvero un soggiorno confortevole in un viaggio di lavoro. Servizio check in automatico ( poco intuitivo in un primo momento, ma con il supporto di Giorgio e la sua disponibilità, tutto è andato tranquillamente). Pienamente soddisfatta.

• MIGUEL ANGEL (9/5): Roma, la Ciudad Eterna, (no te la acabas nunca) - La ubicación es muy buena a un paseo de todo, zona de bares y tiendas muy buenas para desayunar y cenar e incluso tomar un copa Dos incovenientes, la tele, estaba muy capada por el volumen y aparte metimos la clave nuestra de NETFLIX y no funcionaba, nada, no nos dejaba ni ver Netflix, ni cerrar la aplicación, pero si desconectabamos la tele y entrabamos a NETFLIX, si abria la aplicación en nuestra cuenta, tuvimos que cambiar contraseñas etc. Por otro lado, la cama no sé si de las demas, pero el colchon de la 101, deberia cambiarse, esta muy convado y se hace un poco incomodo, pues estas en una agujero las dos personas. El resto muy bien, Giorgio fenomenal, atentisimo a todo.

• Cooper (8/5): Very good - We liked the location near the park and we very much appreciated the prompt response to any questions or requests from the manager. The communication via WhatsApp was perfect and the app used to access our room was great. The value was very good especially when compared with other hotels in the area during our stay. It was a bit smaller than expected, but still fine. Storage space was a bit tight in the room and the amount of space in the closet to hang clothes was a bit limited by the placement of the rod which extended from the back versus going across from side to side. We were out a lot enjoying Rome so these are very minor points that did not really effect our stay.

They cleaned the room everyday (which I didn't expected otherwise I would have organized the room a bit more). T When you enter the apartment there are other rooms next to you, so it is not that intimate since you can easily hear the noise from the other rooms, when they enter to the appartment is quiet loud and I didn't like that.the other guests were a bit loud too, so I would have rather have an apartment for myself. The tv is old, it is not a smart tv The elevator was not working. There are no nice views. Despite that I liked my stay.

Roughly a 20 minute walk from closest landmarks however this would be the same wherever you are in the city. They kept in contact throughout our stay via WhatsApp and I’m sure if we had any issues they would have been dealt with promptly. Brilliant place 👍🏼

• Mariskam (8/5): Very good - Well located, clean, very good beds. Very nice with the snacks in the room. Good communication with the host (Whatsapp). There is no staff physically present. Noise from other rooms! There is no payment on-site possible, (according to booking it should be possible).

• Ilona (6/5): Short stay in flat on the 4th floor. - We were allowed to do an early check in, which was very helpful. The property is located in a nice safe area a bit away from major attractions. The AC was not working properly in both rooms. If you are standing in front of it, you feel comfortable, but away from it, it is rather hot. The rooms are much smaller than in the pictures. Beds are not very comfortable. Size of one of the bathrooms was good, the second bathroom was very small. The WiFi was spotty and to access the building and rooms you need internet connection.
