Marcos (8/5): Disconnected and great - This property is in the middle of nowhere so there it comes the magic. I can’t complain about slow and poor wifi or power issues since this isn’t a hotel but a home stay. The family hosting is among the best people you could ever meet, very attentive with guests and providing an excellent service and serving a tasty land grown food. We really enjoyed our time there, certainly a place to disconnect in the middle of the island
Verified traveler (2/5): Room in hot jungle without A/C - Charming room in private home in the hot humid jungle with No Air Conditioning. Couldn't stay here. Never checked in. Forfeited my two-day cancellation penalty and found a different, nicer place with A/C. Couldn't reach help at Hotels.com, so couldn't get any refund. Not reserving with Hotels again.
