Lucas met us first thing in the morning when we arrived and stored our luggage so that we could go off and explore. He then contacted us to say the apartment was ready and had moved our stored luggage in for us. Lucas also booked a taxi for us the following morning. He literally could not have been nicer or more helpful. The apartment was in a fab location near the bridge and mezquite with several restaurants just along the road. Inside the apartment was clean, comfortable, light and airy. We could not have had a better stay. Could not fault!

We were offered by the host several things, like water, milk etc. Lucas was an excellent host. He waited for us and took our luggage to the first floor. So kind of him.

Plaza de parking en el mismo edificio y Lucas que nos lo puso todo muy fácil. El único pero que le ponemos es la limpieza de algunos artículos de la cocina (horno, microondas,tazas y cubiertos)

Fit our 7 seater with no issues + Clean bathroom with strong water pressure + good furnishing, access to electrical outlines near bed, etc We only stayed one night and it was a pleasant 'upgrade' from some of the places we stayed in the greater Andalusia region. Overall, it's a property that's very well thought out with guest comfort in mind. (nitpicking, still a 10/10 rating) - Surprisingly for the great location, some of the nearby properties were not yet developed/ looked abandoned. However, you only notice this when entering/leaving from the inner courtyard. This is totally out of the host's control.

Located right by the river, its position is fantastic: you can overlook the river from the balcony, and all attractions are within walking distance. Just steps away is a Carrefour Express, incredibly convenient. The host, Lucas, was both friendly and reliable, making communication seamless. Overall, strongly recommended! None.

Has all the facilities you need , very comfortable sofas and kitchen with dishwasher which is a must for me if self catering! Felt very safe and secure and so convenient for restaurants and lovely bars and cafes. Lucas very helpful and easy to communicate with.He met us at the property and also organised a taxi for getting us to the station when we were leaving. Living on a quiet street at home I found the traffic noise at night slightly annoying, luckily we were able to use back bedroom which was quieter .

The accommodation was very light and airy and extremely well appointed with quality fittings particularly the kitchen and bathroom. Apartment was on a traffic restricted route so very little noise despite prime location. Garage space under apartment useful - Narrow for our car but Lucas helps with parking. No lift to bring luggage up ( we had a lot) but everything else good so didn’t really matter for us.

Lucas was a friendly host with great communication. There was no lift so there are a few stairs which didn’t bother us. There was some noise from the street as it was a festival weekend but again it didn’t bother us.
