We really enjoyed relaxing in their onsens and experienced excellent customer service during our short but sweet stay. A special shout out to Rina and Rai who went above and beyond to help ship some belongings to our next destination, after accidentally leaving them upon check out. From hotel, u can walk around enjoy snow without suit. Bathroom light! I felt like shower in blind. No light. Central heater really killed us. We cant control anything but turn it off .

Kids also LOVED the soft serve ice creams. Buffet breakfast each morning in Kumo Restaurant was a delight and they were very accommdating with my shellfish and seafood allergies. Ski valet was FABULOUS and very flexible and understanding. Quality of ski wear was fantastic and very comfortable and clean. So organised and efficient with ski in/out lift straight from the ski valet. The general ambience, friendly and very helpful staff, attention to detail, there was nothing we didnt like. The size of the rooms were generous and they were clean and modern. The kitchens were well equipped with crockery, rice cooker, toaster, microwave oven, conventional oven, fridge and had large benchtops. The free onsens (public and private) within the hotel were also a special treat after skiing each day. Super convenient location with free buses into town if you wanted. Also super close to catch bus to Annapuri or Hanazono resorts if you wanted a change of scenery with your ski slopes. Would definitely come and stay again!! Nothing at all!!!

- Song (10/5): Wonderful and feel like home - We stay at 2 bedroom suite and unit is well equipped and spacious. I am surprise it have Miele kitchen appliances. All rooms have full height windows looking at the amazing ski slope and Mt Yotei. And it has openable windows on the side to allow fresh air if you want to. The best feature I think is the bathrooms floor heating most. Nothing

Breakfast was good. The best was one of their Concierge, Ms. Tien Chong. SKYE Niseko is blessed to have such a dedicated employee. She has made our stay with family of 5 such a wonderful experience. She was detailed, welcoming, patience, informative and very dedicated to her work/profession. Take note that their house keeping service is daily but not full cleaning each day.

TV avec accès à Netflix. Grande salle de bain à l’occidentale avec sol chauffé. Super buffet au petit déjeuner, occidental et japonais, même si nous attendions à des plats japonais plus raffinés. Onsen très agréable avec sauna, nous étions seuls à chaque fois durant notre séjour de trois nuits. Personnel aux petits soins, et efficace. Très bon emplacement aux pieds des pistes. Chambre un peu froide sans la climatisation, que nous voulions éviter de mettre. Pas de navette gratuite pour la gare de Kutchan, mais bus local à deux minutes. Restaurant très cher pour les prestations proposées. Bon rapport qualité prix uniquement si on est en hors saison. Beaucoup de touristes étrangers, hôtel très fréquenté, ce qui peut poser problème,mais le personnel s’assure d’accueillir tout le monde avec attention.

The staffs came out to greet us as I drove to drop off my family and addressed me by the name. They even reserved a parking lot for me though I’ve made the request online which said it’s subjected to availability. The room is very spacious for the 3 of us. - にこ (10/5): - 朝食が大変美味しかったです! 毎日、少しづつ変わったものが出ました〜朝が楽しみでした 大浴場の洗い場が4つしかなくて、混雑時に並ばれてゆっくり洗えなかった。家族風呂が4つありますが 大浴場の洗い場と同様着替えする場所も狭く、埃や髪の毛がありました。ドライヤーも２台だけ。 空気も悪そうなので 髪の毛は部屋に戻り乾かしました! 大浴場は改装して欲しいです 去年まであったらしい、ウエルカムドリンクを再開して欲しいです!

Leider hat es sehr intensiv nach Fischsosse gerochen, was auch nach mehrmaligem Reinigen durch die Reinigungskraft nicht behoben werden konnte....

- Rachaneekorn (10/5): Wonderful stay. - The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was marvelous!! The staff was very helpful and speaks good English. They went out of their ways to find activities for our kids and printed maps of the areas with activities. We booked for the 3-bedroom studio, but didn't expect it to come with 3 bathrooms! Wonderful. Nothing at all.

- Liming (10/5): Amazing!!!!! - We are a family of 5 stayed in 3 bedroom suite. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed. If I come back to Niseko again I will definitely stay here. The staff all speaks English. Our room view is amazing. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were all amazing!!! We did the included breakfast and 6 course dinner. We stayed at 11 different hotels in Japan this trip and this one ranks the No. 1. When it’s time to check out, I do not want to leave.
