• Karen (9/5): Fab stay - Great location for town centre. Very clean Would have liked breakfast included. Although we were fully advised that they had decided not to do breakfast anymore.

• Fern (7/5): Nice home and hosts. - Good location. No noise whatsoever. Comfortable beds. Good quality ingredients at breakfast. Modern snazzy door was a nice touch! Limescale in kettle so didn't use. Would prefer a fresh coffee at breakfast, not instant. Booking.com said hotel has parking, this is on street parking. I wouldn't have booked if I had known this as we prefer guest parking. Website should have better clarity on this.

• Anneka (6/5): A comfortable nights sleep but disappointing breakfast - Really comfortable beds. We all had a great nights sleep. Very friendly couple especially at breakfast. Small but nice en-suite. Super clean. Bedroom was too cramped for four of us. Not much room to move around the bedroom. No dressing table or full length mirror so tricky to get ready. Breakfast was very disappointing. Cheap hot ingredients and no filter coffee just instant coffee which was not of good quality.

• Nathan (10/5): Family break to skeg - The bnb was the best looking we've ever stayed in. It was flawless. The room was so cosy, the beds were so comfy. Owners were very friendly. Breakfast was perfect. Can't say no more. We've already booked again for next year and will be the only place we will stay when visiting Skegness.

• Oldham (10/5): - The two hosts were lovely, the gentleman welcomed us when we arrived in the evening and told us everything we needed to know during our stay in the b&b, the entrance area, hall, stairs and landing was immaculate and smelled beautiful and clean, when we got in the bedroom it was absolutely amazing, the beds and cushions were very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and clean too, we both had an great night sleep and we were served a fantastic breakfast, we had a gluten free breakfast and a normal full English and both were delicious, there was also alot of choice for other breakfast if wanted it. The lady host cooked the breakfast and the gentleman served it both were amazing hosts and we loved the lovely puppy who greeted me with lots of love and kisses! For everyone who is a little nervous of fur babies, the hosts do keep the puppy in a little puppy gated area. Nothing we didn't like

On arrival there was limited spaces to park and we was unaware that there was no reception so Steve (the host) answered the door and it felt a little awkward like we was at the wrong house, but he was lovely.

Steps at the entrance not lit up at all when dark, very dangerous. Light at the door but not on the steep steps! Uncomfortable mattress. Could feel the springs pressing in to me. Bed too low to the ground. Stupid Venetian Blinds that let the light in our room at 4.45am. Rubbish old TV. No Smart TV in 2025 is bad. They cost £25 off EBay. Smoking area was just below our room outside our window. Not nice to smell cigarette smoke first thing in the morning blowing in our room. Strong Breakfast smell in the whole guest house in the morning, even in our room. Breakfast ingredients cheap.

The bed was really comfy and it was great knowing we could come and please ourselves. I will defo book for lobger next time. Overall fabulous😁 N/A

The room was comfy and had everything that you need, a kettle, tea, coffee, milk, wardrobe and fridge and most importantly an en suite. The owners are lovely, I am allergic to gluten, garlic and onion and they were really accommodating (they have gluten free bread and cornflakes) The only small down sides were the location which for us was OK but if you can't walk very well then you would have to rely on a taxi. The second was the room was a little small, we were only there for a night so it wasn't too bad but for longer, may be a little cramped.
