• Manuela (10/5): Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältis mit guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV - Die Lage zwischen Hauptbahnhof und dem Neckarbad war optimal. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Betten waren etwas hart.

Die Unterkunft ist eher für zwei, weniger für vier oder gar für eine Familie. Die Küche und Essplatz sind für zwei angedacht. Die Wände ziemlich dünn, man hört die Nachbarn etwas.

• Philipp (7/5): Eine Bewerung zwischen 7 und 8 wäre passend - Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer U-Bahn Haltestelle und man kann in kurzer Zeit in die Innenstadt fahren. Das Appartement ist modern ausgestattet. Guter Preis. Ich hatte ein Problem mit dem gebuchten Parkplatz, denn keiner der zum Hotel gehörenden Plätze war mehr frei. Ein Mitarbeiter des Hotels war aber telefonisch erreichbar und hat die Situation gelöst. Self-Check in am Ipad hat nicht funktioniert, dafür aber am Handy ohne Probleme. Die Fußbodenheizung im Schlafbereich war nicht auszuschalten, daher viel zu warm zum Schlafen. Auch die Straßenbahn kann man hören. Wenn man erholsame Nächte benötigt, nicht zu empfehlen. Aber das ist bei jedem Menschen anders.

• Patrizia (10/5): - Die Lage ist sehr zentral, das Appartment war sehr gemütlich und modern. Die Küchenzeile verfügte über alles nötige (Kaffeemaschine und Kaffeekapseln, Wasserkocher, Geschirr) sowie sogar einen Geschirrspüler. Die Einrichtung ist sehr stillvoll und bietet jeden Komfort. Ferner war es sehr sauber und ordentlich. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind viele Restaurants, Cafés sowie Möglichkeiten zum Einkauf. Die Parkplätze sind trotz Wegbeschreibung etwas versteckt (Hofeinfahrt auch schmal), aber zum Parken wiederum sehr komfortabel.

Ein wenig spartanisch eingerichtet, für längere Aufenthalte wäre ein wenig Deko nicht verkehrt, um es wohnlicher zu machen.

• Gary (9/5): Nice place to stay - Wa had our own car but noticed the tram stop just outside a little to the left. The reception was handled in the café downstairs. Communication with the hotel by phone was easy and efficient. The room was large enough for four persons with a mezzanine floor. There's a small kitchen with basic equipment. NO microwave or oven but a 2 burner cook top. It was very clean, modern , with good lighting. We were on the 4th floor and there is a good sized modern lift. It was quiet at night. What could have been better? With a group of 4 persons, there was only one bar stool and one chair from the bedroom. There was no where to sit to eat dinner or breakfast with the sofa pulled out into a bed. Wasn't thought out well in terms of being user friendly.
• Rustem (10/5): Great for an individual traveller like me - Apartment was super-clean, everything is absolutely new, and they have good AC. All the necessary appliences are also available - for ironing, cooking, making coffee, tea, etc.
• Fung (7/5): Okay but room for improvement. - Located in a quiet area 30 minutes walk from the city centre and 25 minutes walk to Bad Cannstatt but there is public transport via Tramlines, in front of the property and paying machines on the platforms for convenience. There’s a fairly sized supermarket opposite named Penny, we recommend a local bakery named Cafe Schwabenback which is 2 doors away and there are a few food places in walking distance. We met Mike upon arrival as we had an issue with the app and he helped us check-in, once we got going it was easy to operate. Mike was polite, friendly and helped us carry one of our large suitcases up to the 3rd floor. Throughout our stay we requested a few supplies which was met efficiently. The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen was fairly equipped. The bed and sofa was comfortable, dining table and chairs okay. Handy heating/air-con system through the hallway and it was fairly clean throughout. Windows everywhere and a balcony for good ventilation. Before check-in the app wasn’t working and we were told to check-in at the cafe (which is attached to the building). Luckily we arrived as the cafe was closing (public transport got delayed), otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to access the property via app. On the listing it stated there was a lift but there wasn’t and we found it a struggle as we had 2 large suitcases and one hand luggage which was also heavy. Message communication was a bit slow but got things done quicker in person. The apartment had a few issues:- The shower doors was loose and didn’t shut properly. The bathroom basin stopper wasn’t attached to the lever behind the tap therefore couldn’t fill it. The rug in the bedroom is a trip hazard and the long mirror in the hallway is warped which was disorientating. Bathroom extractor fan not working therefore we had to leave the door open as it began to smell of damp.
• Anke (8/5): Schöne Unterkunft in super Lage fußläufig zu Metrostation mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit - Top Lage in direkter Metronähe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Inklusive Klimaanlage, top im Sommer. Parksituation im Wohngebiet/ Quartier schwierig, da alles Anwohnerausweisgebunden. Beim Checkin via iPad am Eingang ist es uns leider passiert, dass der Checkin abgebrochen wurde, da das iPad nur noch 1% Akku hatte. Konnten den Rest zum Glück telefonisch problemlos klären. Unterkunft bietet leider keine zeitgleiche Sitzmöglichkeit weder im Wohn/ Schlafbereich noch in der Küche an. Als 4 köpfige Familie konnten wir immer nur zu zweit zeitgleich essen. Auch die Essenzubereitung funktionierte immer nur nacheinander, da die beiden Kochfelder viel zu nah beieinander lagen und man immer nur die vorhandene Pfanne einzeln einsetzen konnte. Suboptimal!

They graciously took our luggage when we arrived early for our ro - It was clean and neat The only thing I’d say is the advertisement on the booking page said there was a washing machine in our room. When I arrived I noticed there wasn’t. I think there may have been one in the basement?? But otherwise, everything else was wonderful
• Roberto Maria (7/5): Good accommodation in Stuttgart, good location for Mercedes - The apartment was clean and functional The check in did not work well: if you get there past 9 pm you get a door code from a tablet in the hall but the code arrived a few minutes later and it was wrong. The gentleman at the phone was very kind but it is still annoying after a long trip. Also, our apartment was at the 3rd floor without a lift, not great with kids and luggages. Lastly, very minor point - there are no bins in the house.

• Corinne (9/5): - L'emplacement à 2 pas d'une station de tram qui vous mène au centre ville (marché de Noël) en moins de 10 minutes. Appartement moderne très propre, lit confortable. Grande douche super! Café pour prendre petit-déjeuner juste à côté. Si vous voulez manger à l'appartement, pas de table et pas assez de chaises si vous êtes plus que 2 personnes. Niveau intimité pas de chambre fermée. Ça ne nous a pas dérangé, nous étions 3 copines.
• Angelika (6/5): - Die Lage ist toll. Parkplatz in der Nähe der Wohnung. U-Bahn hält direkt davor. Die Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig, und bis 01:00 Uhr früh wurde lautstark über uns getrampelt und gestritten … Im Wohnzimmer wo man auch schlafen konnte konnte man leider nicht komplett abdunkeln das es schwer machte wirklich einzuschlafen. Das Personal kannte sich überhaupt nicht aus. Zuerst hat er die Schlüssel nicht gefunden - dann hat er uns den falschen Weg zur Wohnung gesagt und zuguterletzt hatten wir doch keinen Aufzug und hatten aber Baby mit Kinderwagen dabei. Zum Check-out haben wir zufällig persona gefunden die die Schlüssel entgegengenommen haben, ansonsten könnte man vor 10:00 Uhr gar nicht aus-checken.

• GEORGE (9/5): - The room had been very recently renovated, combining the spaciousness of an old house with the modern comforts of a newly refurbished property. It was very convenient that the hotel was located right next to the train tracks, making it easy and quick to get everywhere. There was a bit of walking involved, as the room was on the second floor and accessible only by stairs. Also, since we arrived after 6:00 p.m., there was no reception and check-in had to be done independently via a mobile app, which might be slightly inconvenient after a long journey, but this is quite common nowadays. There were no significant downsides, as the points mentioned above were truly minor and did not affect the overall experience.

• Selim (9/5): Temiz ve konforlu - Odanın boyutu aileler için oldukça uygun. oda iki ayrı açık bölmeden oluşuyor ve oldukça büyük bir banyoya sahip. Tam önündeki tramvay hattından şehir merkezi 4-5 durak mesafede. Toplu taşıma oldukça rahat. Banyoda duş bölümünü ayırmak için bir paravan ya da cam olsa iyi olur.

• Sandra (8/5): Would have been exceptional with more maintenance and care - Large Apartment and well equipped, Great location, Good Shower, Quiet Dishwasher wasn't working and hasn't for a while. Informed the staff said they would report it to the Hausmeister, still not working when we left , air con not working. Very poor lighting, No kitchen roll or roasting tray in oven, fan not working in Bathroom, small shelf required in shower, broken toilet brush, safe not working, no hooks for dressing gowns. Need an extra bin in the bedroom and a lack of plugs in the bedroom

• Barkyma (10/5): Para repetir - Sin duda, repetiría. El apartamento está genial ubicado, enfrente de una parada de tranvía y a una media hora del centro. La limpieza es superior y cuenta con todas las facilidades y comodidades.
