- Michael (2/5): Keine Empfehlung von mir, wer wenigstens paar Stunden Schlaf braucht. - Nur das Frühstück und das die Gastgeberin so nett war. Leider war mein Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Das Bett war extrem hart und alles andere als komfortabel. Zusätzlich gab es über der Tür eine Glasscheibe, wodurch sich das Zimmer nicht richtig abdunkeln ließ – an erholsamen Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Die Handtücher haben unangenehm gemüffelt und die Bettwäsche war teilweise dreckig, was absolut nicht akzeptabel ist. Bereits um 6 Uhr morgens ging es mit lauten Bohrarbeiten an der Hauswand los, sodass man sofort wach war. Die Dusche ist direkt neben dem WC angebracht, wodurch nach dem Duschen das komplette Badezimmer unter Wasser stand. Zudem war das Zimmer extrem hellhörig – man konnte sogar das Vibrieren eines Handys aus dem Nachbarzimmer deutlich wahrnehmen. Als wäre das nicht genug, wurde die Nacht zusätzlich durch störendes Vogelzwitschern unterbrochen.

- Paul Kim (3/5): 모기의 습격에 깜놀 - 오토바이를 저렴한 가격에 숙소에서 렌트할수 있어서 좋았다. 다만 하루 렌트 하는데 주인이 기름을 풀로 채우라고 유도 하는게 좀 속보였다 오토바이 기름 풀로 채우면 몇일 타는데... 관광지와 거리가 좀 떨어져있기 때문 걸어서 이동은 어렵다 그렇다고 그래을 부르기에는 가깝고 그래서 오토바이가 저격이다. 모기가 많았다. 모기에게 헌혈을 해야만 했다 엘리베이터가 없어서 3층까지 가방과 캐리어를 들고 날르느라 힘들었다

This is a home stay the family who owns it is around 24/7 and there living room is down stairs very in your face nothing private about it at all. Only 2 chairs around the pool so if someone else was using them there is no room for you We hired a motorbike from them, they drained our petrol we paid for very strange Not very friendly at times Also the photos are nothing like the actual “villa”

It was so kind of them, would highly recommended staying here. Such a lovely property and really nice pool. Loved it all

- Anoushka (8/5): Lovely - The owners were very kind. Bit of a language barrier but that doesn’t matter - use google translate. They always smile at you. The room was very clean and they were very attentive with keeping stuff clean. Would really recommend. Bathroom was nice too and air con worked well. I personally wouldn’t have breakfast here as there are lots of good spots to eat in Hoi an, so book without breakfast included.

A bit outside old town but you get the advantages of having coffee cheaper and still excellent and quiet for good nights of sleep :-) Maybe offer bicycle options for the people who are not comfortable with motobike !?

They went out of their way to look after us, even offering up treatments for a sore back! Breakfast was excellent and cooked freshly to our liking each morning. The pool is stunning! We enjoyed the location as it was between the old town and the beach, both just a short scooter ride away. Plenty of local spots to eat in walking distance as well as some mini marts. We would definitely stay here again. Only very minor things, the wet room shower meant the toilet got wet after every shower but it wasn’t a major. Beds were also quite firm, although this is standard in most Vietnam accommodation.
- Nicola (8/5): Loved this little family run spot! - This is a lovely simple family run stay. Limited English but we got there. Staff were so kind and pleasant. Breakfast was tasty and made fresh at a time you request the night before. About a 15min walk to centre of hoi an which was great to be out of the hustle and bustle! The pool was the best we had on the trip! So lovely to cool off in. We also hired a motorbike for a day and they were happy for us to park in a safe spot. True value for money!

Our friend was Ill as well from some street food and the hotel was so nice. we had to leave for da nang and they booked us a private driver that was fine with our friend being unwell. The hotel floor is dusty and we are not allow to wear shoes in the property. They should have provide us a pair of separate clean indoor slipper if shoes not allow in the property.
