- Michael (6/5): - This hotel needs some work. The staff was very friendly but the rooms give off a very cold almost creepy asylum feel. Beds are hard and the blankets were stained. Grime in the corners. Won’t stay again.
- Dennis (4/5): - No towels until late In evening. No internet in our room, only in the lobby. The telephone in our room did not work. The front desk said no room phones worked. They suggested calling the front desk on my cellphone. My cellphone doesn’t work in the Philippines, only in WiFi. (No WiFi).

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The room had a lot of electrical outlets which we really needed as compared to other hotels. Parking area was spacious but it got filled up due to a seminar in the hotel.
