- Jackie (8/5): - Nice place overall Small towels
- Uwe (8/5): -
- Chris (8/5): -
- Julia (1/5): Not great, overpriced - Location and on site parking are only positive points Extended wait for check in (10+ minutes) while being ignored by multiple staff until one kind glassy noticed and found a manager to help me. Extremely worn out uncomfortable bed, tiny room, no balcony access even in communal areas, overpriced for what you get
- Jing Yi Xu (8/5): Lovely gem with kind people and a lot of heart and history - I loved the staff - I was fleeing a friend's place for a reason and needed a place to stay for the night, the lovely ladies that checked me in checked up on me after noticing I was upset and even offered me a free dinner...they are such lovely human beings. Helped me carry my heavy suitcase up. The room is amazing for the price, beds comfy, almost all the amenities you need including private fridge snd freezer and kettle etc...microwave in the common area with some complimentary condiments. The shared bathroom was great as well, clean. I stayed 2 nights and was able to have two good days. Close to the cbd, and I made good use of the late check out at 12pm on the 2nd day which was only $20 extra...
The common area was quite decent, had everything you needed, just no kitchen. Beautiful vintage mirrors and art everywhere.
Loved the art and history, would have liked to know more about the history of the place. Saw some pests but overall was clean enough. The showerhead on the first night wasn't the newest or best but it seemed to have been replaced the second night and was spraying much better.
The card stops letting you in after 9am but before 10am it appears, which was still before checkout and this had stumped me but it was quickly solved when they rekeyed it. Some bar patrons were a bit unruly and leery at night but never felt truly unsafe as a single unaccompanied female.
- Wendy (8/5): Lovely accommodation - Close to the airport, nice and clean and comfy. A shared bathroom, but it was updated and modern.
Very happy đ The stairs were a little difficult for me
- Gils (4/5): - Location and car parking. Internet wasn't working, which meant tv was also not working and staff were unable to resolve. We were told that the manager would phone us the next day, but they never.
- Daven Walters (9/5): - 2nd time staying here. Roons have been refreshed and are great. The staff are fantastuc and helpful.
- Makedonski (10/5): - All
- Vasiliki (8/5): Was great for the time we came in for a funeral. - It was close to everything and accessible easily. Stairs.
- Karina (8/5): Great location - Great location! Stones throw from the city and not far from the airport. Food downstairs is excellent! There is only stair access so not accessible for mobility issues I stayed during the AFL round up so it was probably pricier than usual.
- David (8/5): Easy, pleasant, charming. - The Mile End is a hotel with lots of character. I really like staying in places with charm and history. I didn't mind it but some people might not like a shared toilet and shared shower. But I think that's normal for heritage hotels like the Mile End.

- Monica (8/5): Budget accommodation, comfortable bed, friendly staff and good food. Ideal fora one night stay but if youârelooking for - Convenient location close to airport. Not applicable
- McLean (10/5): Rustic Comfortable Accommodation on Henley Roaf - Character Hetitage Building; handy transport to Adelaide City and wherever one may wished to go ... Nothing at all; the Hotel is totally open to what is on offer; you make an informed choice in selecting to stsy ...
- Nicole (9/5): Love it. Great spot to stay! - Love the new renovations and very convenient proximity to the city. I've stayed many times and look forward to my next stay. I forgot to park the car closer to the exit door instead of the car park. The distance to carry bags the next day was annoying.
- Nikki (8/5): Excellent bed. Great location. Good atmosphere. - Comfortable bed! Great location. Told we could check in early but then it wasnât honoured. No one bent over backwards to even try to get us checked in earlier than 2pm. We arrived at 11.30am. Left the room we were staying in last to clean. đ Even though they knew we were sitting there. Waiting. My 75 yr old mother was tired.

- Whitelaw (10/5): Comfortable and the staff are friendly. A short walk to a share bathroom. - I pre-pack my own breakfast: weet-bix and juice. Coffee, tea and milk sachet and a bottle drinking water in the room's refrigerator is provided by The Mile End Hotel. Not applicable
- anthony (4/5): - Layout of pub etc was good.. The meals were small and bloody expensive, compared to pubs in the city and close by. $11 a tap beer expensive.
- Timothy David (7/5): - I thought it was very good value for money and it was convenient for my plans. The communication could have been better. I told them I would arriving late (11pm) they said it would be fine and gave instructions about how to get into the pub around the back entrance - which I found after some looking around. When I got inside, the staff were clearly not expecting me, and had to open up the system again to be able to book me in. But once I was that was done it was all good.
- Samantha (5/5): It was nice accomodation, but if you want sleep, not the place to stay - It was a great spacious 2 bedroom. Beds & pillows comfortable. It was over priced, too loud until 3am! Music played all night in the beer garden, only turned off at like 8am!!!!!! Not sure how they are allowed to do that, very inconsiderate for the people staying
- Kulibaba (2/5): If you like all night loud music base pounding your room stay here! - The shower. There was music playing very loud in the beer garden until 6.30am pounding base through the room.
- Steven (5/5): -
- Murray (9/5): My go to in Adelaide - Great value, location, and open late Have stayed numerous times and it is always good. Just this one time there was a slight mildew smell in my room.
- Amanda (8/5): Would book here again - Very convenient for our event Nothing
- Dolores (5/5): Nicht ganz sauber sehr laut Bad und Toiletten am Gang, aber urig Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen wÀre auch zu laut gewes -
- Codie (8/5): Great stay, a little short staffed but was good overall - Cleanliness and location.

- Chelsea (10/5): Comfortable - Loved that they were trying to revive some of the buildings original character
- Brad (8/5): -
- Christopher (7/5): A REASONABLE STAY - The room was comfortable albeit a little small, with an excellent bathroom. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, for example carrying our cases up the stairs. Food in the bar was reasonable. Cooking facilities were very limited. Outside there was a bus stop with multiple options of buses into Adelaide CBD. Unfortunately we chose to stay, without knowing, at the very popular Fringe weekend, hence the value was poor, being pricey for the room. I am sure it is reasonable on other weekends.

- ALAN (8/5): -
- Nikil (8/5): Room was really good. But the hotel looked little bit old. - Room was real comfy. Was clean too. There were lots of small cockroaches in the kitchen. Lots!

- Lauren (9/5): Highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Adelaide - Large, clean rooms, with a very comfortable bed. The communal kitchenette is handy for quick meals. There are some nice restaurants nearby and public transport is easily accessible. The music from the bar was quite loud, but would usually be turned off around 10:30pm so did not disturb sleep.
- palmer (9/5): - Very helpful staff. Nice welcome. Good food.
- Karen (8/5): -
- John (9/5): -
- R R A 0 (6/5): - Close to train station, 10 min walk, only one station to city centre. Plenty car park The room was very small and need new paining.
There was food crumbs in the cabine at the top of the fridge.
Shower water has low pressure.
The could hear the music from the bar downstairs up to late night until around 2am , specially on Friday night music was louder and last longer.
I understand that there is a bar downstairs but the isolation of the rooms should be better so people could rest
- lucy (9/5): Pleasant old-world atmosphere and good value - value for money. I didn't mind the shared bathroom. Proximity to airport. car parking. Nice old style feel to hotel. A/c was noisy
- Johann (John) (9/5): - The shared tiolets were great, very new and clean. Nothing.
- Eleanor (8/5): -

- Leonie (10/5): Great location! Exceptional value - The room has been upgraded - very roomy - comfy bed and new bathroom. Love the new key swipe system as well. Very secure.
- Tiffany (8/5): Staff were great, view was ok and the room was perfect for what I paid - Love this place because the rooms are quite nice for the cheap price I paid. There was a shared toilet right across from the room we stayed in. Not enough milk in the room. Was a little dusty in the wardrobe and along skirting boards and window sill.
- Hels Hall (10/5): Pleasantly surprised - Loved the space we had and the food downstairs was excellent The room was missing the remote control we managed to use it still so not really a problem
- Wendy (10/5): Great convenient location - Location, convenience, great meals, easy access Room was a bit stale and smelt

- Telicia (4/5): Would not recommend - Male staff were helpful. Good location Staff when checking in were rude - females ignored us and did not want to help. Room was not cleaned properly, dirty plates and drawers, no TV remote. Hard to sleep with music below
- Heiko (7/5): - Affordable and close to Airport I was only there for a few hours and checked in late so I couldn't really sample meals or other services.
- René (8/5): Good atmosphere, nice staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. - Good atmosphere, nice staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds.
- Darren (10/5): Excellent place - The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable and shower was awesome. Great pressure. Location is great and the bar/ beer garden is Awesome. The food is Sensational. Pillows a little bit soft for me but that's a minor gripe as I just put 2 together
- Bart (8/5): Good price value stay in Adelaide - Nice rooms. Friendly people
- Dale (8/5): A busy hotel, good location for my needs and comfortable. Parking was a bit tight but managed. -
- Deborah (10/5): Perfect! - Staff are amazing and thereâs nothing to not like about the rooms. Have stayed many times and love the overall experience of this hotel. Nothing that I can think of
