- Milizi (5/5): Sensibles au bruit s'abstenir - La chambre est spacieuse. Si problème, comme j'ai eu avec une fuite d'eau dans salle de bain, le personnel s'efforce de réparer dès que possible. Il y a un ascenseur donc avoir sa chambre au 3eme étage n'est pas rebutant. Le bruit de la rue, de la clim, de la tuyauterie est insupportable .

- Fengxiang (1/5): Serious Security Issue - Unidentified Person Slept in Our Dorm - Location I cannot rate this hostel any higher due to a major security incident. During my stay, an unidentified man entered our dormitory at night and slept in an empty bed. No staff knew who he was. We only discovered this in the morning, and it was deeply unsettling. The fact that anyone can just wander in and sleep is frightening. I no longer felt safe for the rest of my trip. Management was informed but seemed unsure how to prevent it. I cannot recommend this place if you value your safety and peace of mind.

Solo rider macam i pun boleh balik lewat malam & park motor dengan selamat. Bilik hotel decent tapi bersih. WiFi laju, aircond sejuk & water heater function very well. Staff terbaik they will assist you properly. Would recommend for a family stay as hotel just nice untuk sekeluarga. Cat bilik memang kuning terang ya 🤣

Viajaba sola y cogí cama en habitación compartida, sin ventilación y bastante poco higiénica. Noisy motorbikes racing till wee hours in morning disrupting my sleep. Spotted a live cockroach running on the dressing table next to the bed. Dirty and stained with handprints on the walls in the room above the bed. Sheets and pillow cases were worn. Need to change.
- Pedro Isidro (10/5): Estadia perfeita com vista rio em Ipoh - Gostei muito da localização e do quarto em que fiquei. Tem uma janela redonda enorme sobre o rio e a cama é muito confortavel. O quarto é espaçoso com duas cadeiras e uma pequena mesa que podem ser colocadas frente à janela para apreciar a vista, ler ou apenas relaxar. Tem também uma secretária perfeita para trabalhar se necessário com um espelho muito grande. Tem também outra janela que permite entrar ar. Tem espaço de arrumação, com cabides. A/C funciona perfeitamente e tem ainda uma ventoinha para quem preferir. Precisa de algum cuidado sobretudo nas paredes, limpeza e estado de manutenção em geral. No entanto, nada impede o conforto.

- Ahmad (8/5): Nice, clean and comfy with no check-in or check-out hassles. - I liked that the hotel did not ask me for a deposit, AND did not pester by 11.00 am for me to leave like many other Malaysian hotels do. After all, my Booking.com personal user profile is also visible to hoteliers and they can see that I've never given any problems to the hundreds of hotels I've stayed in all around the world. With this good customer service attitude to me, I will definitely come back to this hotel.

- Jean (8/5): Comfortable Stay - This was a last-minute booking and I didn't do much research into the hotel, so it was actually better than expected. We liked that the airconditioning was very powerful and the bed was quite comfortable. The hotel is also an easy walking distance from Old Town Ipoh. The hot water was lukewarm at best. The noises from the corridor also travelled easily into the room.

- Faridah (8/5): affordable short stay. - One of the quirky room we stayed. it has split level. The bed is sort of on a "stage". Love the windows. We get the riverside view which is nice. It was raining cats and dog so we just drove every where. No parking area to speak of but there is an area near the river which still under cctv of the hotel. ie it is safe to park there however due to the rain we couldn't park there. so we parked a bit further (out of the watchful eyes of the hotel cctv) but it was all good. our car was safe. it was 9 emperor's celebrations - that was night no.5 when we stayed - so it was so loud. at midnight loud firecrackers and hard to sleep. not good if there are chinese festival - noise level is unbelievable. past midnight!
