Housekeeping service is offered every 4 days. If you'd prefer cleaning during a shorter stay, please inform reception by 9 pm, and we’ll gladly arrange it for the following day.

- Werner (8/5): Gerne wieder! - Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, es hat 24h geöffnet. Man kann auch früher einchecken und kann das Gepäck dort lagern. Wir hatten ein Hornissennest beim Vorhang (es war unbewohnt).

- Klaus (7/5): Ordentlich, aber nicht die gewohnte Qualität in einem Hotel der NH-Group - Schöner Blick in den Stadtpark, sehr ruhig bei Nacht. Zimmer sauber und geräumig, Betten gut. Badzimmer sehr groß, behindertengerecht (wenn Bedarf besteht). Zu Fuß bequem in 10 min im Zentrum am Hauptplatz oder über einen Spazierweg zum Schlossberg (ein Muss). Frühstück hat deutlich Luft nach oben. Rührei und Grillwürste (gekochte Minisaiten) waren meist kalt oder maximal lauwarm, bei Reklamation keine Reaktion durch das Personal. Wurst- und Käsesortiment besteht nicht aus regionalen Produkten und wird jeden Tag ohne Abwechslung bereitgestellt. Keine Abstellfläche für Koffer im Zimmer, muss zum Auspacken auf das Bett gelegt werden. Auch im Badezimmer keine Ablageflächen außer dem Waschbecken. Die behindertengerechte Dusche erlaubt wegen eines zu tief angebrachten Duschkopfs keine Haarwäsche im Stehen. Der angebotene Verzicht auf tägliche Zimmerreinigung wird nicht in irgendeiner Form honoriert: Die Notfallmeldeeinrichtung in der Dusche und am WC hängen lose an der Wand. Bei unbeabsichtigter Betätigung beim Duschen wurden wir nach ca. 2,5 Stunden telefonisch gefragt, ob es ein Problem gebe und wir sollen doch den Rückstellknopf betätigen (Bei echtem Notfall ist diese Zeitspanne nicht akzeptabel!!) Die Zufahrt zum Hotel sollte deutlicher beschrieben werde. Mit dem Navi fährt man über den Karmeliterplatz (Nur Fußgängerzone!) direkt in eine öffentliche Tiefgarage, die einen Treppenaufgang (Koffer tragen über mindestens ein Stockwerk, kein Aufzug, aber auch kein Angebot zur Hilfe beim Entladen) zum Hotel hat. Die Kosten dafür betragen pro Tag 42 € (Hoteltarif 30 €). Bei früherer Abreise wird die Pauschale nicht reduziert. Wir haben bereits einige Übernachtungen in NH-Hotels europaweit hinter uns. Das NH in Graz war das bisher schlechteste!

- pgbDublin (6/5): Five-star staff. Zero-star Air-Conditioning - The staff here are excellent. Every one of them. Especially Telin. The room met my expectations for a four-star hotel, with one major exception. It was clean. Good size. A fridge. A safe. A Nespresso machine. Nice bathroom. Armchair. But……. They advertise Air-Conditioning. But it does not exist. At least, not in May. When it is very very warm in Graz. The room temperature never went below 23.9 degrees over two days with the “air-conditioning” on all the time. I woke up both nights……sweating. I would not return.

- Gerhard (9/5): Wenn man in der Innenstadt wohnen möchte ist dieses Hotel zu empfehlen - Gute Lage in der Innenstadt, ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Personal ist sehr freundlich und nett. Tiefgarage ist auch mit Sportautos gut einzufahren. Tiefgaragenplatz ist preislich überteuert.

Very quiet. The hotel advertises Air-conditioning. But they omit that it isn’t actually working in May. The guest cannot control the temperature - in a four-star hotel! It was on fan. 23.9 degrees was the lowest the thermostat read. I woke up both nights sweating. I would not stay here in May through September.

- Burhan (10/5): en rahat yataklı otel - en önemli özelliklerden olan sessizlik = 12/10. otelde kalanların da seviyesi belli bir seviyede olduğu için otelin içinde ses yok. hatta hemen otelin kapısının önündeki küçük meydanda bir etkinlik alanı var ve orada etkinlik varken dahi sessiz. konum olarak hemen arkasında schlossberg tepesi var ama o tepeye çıkış için olan meşhur merdivenlere 12-14 dk yürüyüş mesafesinde. belediye binasına 10dk. mesafede. nehrin diğer tarafında olan marien platz.meydanına 15dk mesafede. yürüyerek gidebileceğiniz her yere göre mükemmel konumda. otelin hemen arkasında çok güzel bir yürüyüş ya da koşu için park var. o parkın diğer tarafındaki bölgeye gidişe ise max 15dk mesafede. girişte atıştırmalık barın yanında bir su sebili var. portakal, limon gibi turunçgillerden oluşan bir aroma ile veriyorlar. bağımlılık yapıcı :) tüm çalışanlar güleryüzlü, yardımsever, kibar ve sakin. otelin girişinden odalarına kadar her yer tertemiz. kaldığımız oda küçük olmasına karşın kullanımı çok pratik ve ilginç bir şekilde ferah. ayakkabı çekeceğine kadar koymuşlar. odada normal su, çay ve kapsül kahve dahil var. yataklar acayip rahat. bagajım olsaydı yastıklardan bir tane alıp götürürdüm, o kadar güzeldi. en önemli kriterlerden bir tanesi tuvaletteki lavabonun musluğunun üzerinde su lekesi yoktu. musluklarına kadar tertemiz bir tesis yani. kahvaltısını arkadaşımız kullandı, söylediğine göre eksiksizmiş. hatta kaiserschmarn dahil varmış. girişte sağda kocaman bir buzdolabı ve market rafı var. neler var ancak gidince görürsünüz. o kadar da anlatmayayım. illa ki beğenilmeyecek bir nokta arıyorsanız odanın içindeki buzdolabına hiçbir şey koymamışlar. “lazım mıydı?” derseniz graz gibi bir yerde dolabın boş olması büyük lütuf.

- Slavica (10/5): Great hotel - This is one of the better hotels we have stayed in. The receptionist was very friendly. The room was comfortable and very clean. At the reception, juices and water are also available for hotel guests, free of charge. The breakfast is excellent, and I especially liked the vegan options as well as the lactose-free options.

- Willibert (8/5): Modernes Hotel mit guter Lage und freundlichem Personal - Freundliches Personal, gute Lage, modernes Haus, Barrierefrei Abends keine "richtige" Bar oder ähnliches, so man noch etwas zu essen bekommen könnte. Der Boden in Zimmer war nicht gewischt, sonst alles sehr sauber ( war wohl ein Versehen, das mal passieren kann)

- aya (8/5): - ארוחת בוקר טובה מאד. המיקום טוב. אבל - וזה אבל גדול. - המלון בראש גבעה וכל חסרה מהעיר מחייבת טיפוס לא קל. רוב החדרים במלון הם עם שתי מיטות נפרדות. ביקשנו ברישום ושבוע לפני שהגענו חדר עם מיטה אחת. מסתבר שלא התייחסו לבקשה ובסופו של דבר נמצא לנו חדר כזה אולם הוא היה מאד מאד קטן ולא נוח. ראינו שהמלון יש חדרים סבירים עם מיטה אחת. האכזבה היא מחוסר התייחסות וכמובן מהחדר

- István (7/5): Belvárosban, de nem négycsillagosan - Valóban a belvárosban van, közel minden nevezetesség. A reggeli elfogadható, a választék talán megfelelő, a rántotta égetett volt. A szoba kilátással azt jelentette, hogy egy játszótér volt látható, de a fürdőszobából látszott az óra torony is. A parkolás egy mélygarázsban van, a napi díja 30 E , magadnak kell onnan felpakolni. A szobában található kávéfőző, a minibár üres, a recepciónál lehet vásárolni. A legnagyobb probléma, hogy a szoba képe nem a valóságot tartalmazta, olyan sokszögű a szoba, hogy funkcionalitásában nem volt megfelelő. Sajnos a tisztaság nem ütötte meg az elvárhatóság szintjét. A szobában por és hajszálak, a lift is piszkos volt. A lényeg, hogy a három éjszakás foglalásból egy éjszakát töltöttünk itt, a másik két éjszakát másik szállodában voltunk kénytelenek eltölteni!
