- Gavin (8/5): Short stay in Como - Check-in process was complicated as had to message the property via whatsapp or calling the property to arrange access. Also wanted us to send passport photos via whatsapp. Had to arrange for somebody to take out the rubbish from the property as this wasn't removed from the previous stay. Tv wasn't working, messaged the property and someone came out late on the day before checking out and wasn't able to fix it. The apartment overall was nice, it was nice to have an apartment with a bathtub and a kitchen with amenities.
