- Nina K (9/5): Laadukas hotelli - Tasokas hotelli, hinta-laatu -suhde kohdillaan. Todella ystävällinen ja auttavainen nuori mies vastaanotossa. Moderni ja siisti hotelli. Oikeasti leveä parisänky, eikä vain 160cm, niinkuin usein leveitä sänkyjä mainostetaan. Huone oli siisti, moderni ja sisustusta oli oikeasti mietitty viihtyisäksi. Iso ja moderni kylpyhuone. Hiljainen huone. Hyvä aamiainen. Hotellin edessä ilmainen parkkipaikka. Hotellin ravintola oli auki vain aamiaiselle, mutta respa suositteli lähellä olevaa ravintolaa illalliselle. Se oli oikein tasokas, mutta myös vähän hintava. Hotellin ravintola ei ollut illalla auki, mutta se ei ollut ongelma, koska vieressä tasokas ravintola, eli en oikeastaan keksi mitään negatiivista sanottavaa

Brokastis bija lieliskas ar plašu izvēli un dzirkstošo vīnu Vienīgais kas mums nepatika, ka līdz naktij, viesnīcas foajē kāds dzēra, skaļi uzvedās un traucēja citiem gulēt.

- Anne (9/5): Suurepärases asukohas armas hotell - Hotell oli väga hubane ning paiknes kaunis ja muljetavaldavas hoones suurepärases asukohas. Sisseregistreerimine sujus ladusalt ja jättis meeldiva esmamulje. Kahjuks jäi hommikusöögikogemus alla ootuste – tellimust tuli oodata üle poole tunni ning serveeritud härjasilmad olid külmad ja kõrbenud. Olime hommikusöögil ainsad.

- Marge (9/5): - Tuba oli mugav, puhas ja meeldiv. Sisseregistreerimise sai ette teha ja nii saime kohapeal kohe oma tuppa minna, ei pidanud enam midagi tegema. Toas ei olnud veekeetjat ja hotellis ei olnud ka restorani/kohvikut. Ei suutnud välja nuputada, kuidas katuseakna ruloo ette käib ja hommikul läks toas väga valgeks.

- Frank (7/5): Prima - Ontbijt is prima en genoeg keuze. Bedden zijn heerlijk. Kamers zijn erg warm en lastig kouder te krijgen voor de nacht. Heerlijke douche! Het blijft jammer dat mede hotelgasten het nodig vinden om op hun telefoon tijdens het ontbijt het nieuws te volgen. Hierop zou vanuit het hotel beleid op moeten zijn om geen onnodige hinder te geven aan de rest van de gasten.

- Kara (10/5): Hot but still beautiful! - What a beautiful architectural building in a beautiful place!!!! The room overlooking the atrium was lovely. Great that we could connect our Netflix. Most importantly - we stayed on new years eve and the weather was -14. When we can back in the early hours after the music finished in the square. The receptionist kindly allowed us to make a hot fruit tea to allow us to warm up. This was greatly appreciated!!!! The breakfast was really tasty and options for a veggie gluten free. Would have been great to have some toast but overall I was happy & my hubby enjoyed his meal. The gentleman on check out was jolly & welcoming. Whilst we travelled & experienced various hotels in Estonia - this was our most enjoyable for comfort despite the issues with the lack of sleep and heat of our room. We would 100 percent come back here again in our lifetime!!!! The TEMPERATURE IN THE ROOM WAS INSANE!!!!! For us the inability to have a thermostat in the room and no way to change this left us being exceptionally uncomfortable during the night. 24.9 was farrrrr tooooo hot for us.

- Katrin (10/5): Hotell, mis avaneb alles seest! - Majutuse valisimegi asukoha pärast - kesklinn, saab järveäärde, lossivaremetesse ning kesklinnas jalutada. Hommikusöök tundus kesine aga kui valima ja sööma hakkasid siis ei teadnud enam mida valida. Tore, et olid smuutid, koogid ja erinevad magustoidud. Jäätis oli üllatus! Peekon oli üle küpsenud.

- Kadri (10/5): - It's a beautiful hotel but there is nothing special to bring out. It's clean and the staff is nice. Loved the big bath in our room. And the location is amazing of course. The breakfast could have been a bit more imaginative. If you travel a lot, this typical type of hotel breakfast becomes really boring. But at the same time I cannot say that there was anything wrong with the breakfast either. Would be great if they had a gym.

Õnneks kunagi telekat ei vaata, aga sellest väiksemat ja täiesti ebaõnnestunud kohal. Lift ühel õhtul ei töötanud. Lugesin hiljem, et probleem mitu aastat vana. Toas käterätte ei vahetata, isegi prügikasti ei tühjendata. Ainult palumise peale. Näha on, et hotell on raskustes.

- Simsel (8/5): Üldiselt on kõik kena ja vajalik olemas, mugavad voodid ja maitsev hommikusöök. - Hommikusöök oli maitsev, kõik vajalik oli olemas, mõnus ja rahulik kuna oli vähe inimesi. Voodid ja padjad olid mugavad. Asukoht oli väga hea. Üldjoontes oli kena aga hubasust ja praktilisust jäi puudu. Mõni pilt seinal, mõni taim kuskil koridoris vms. Toas (vannitoas) polnud ühtegi korralikult valgustatud peeglit. Väike peegel justkui oli aga valgust see ei andnud. Oli teatrisse minek ning soov end sättida. Toas pole ka telefoni millega saab tavaliselt vastuvõttu helistada. Tahtsime triikrauda, mida toas polnud, pidi alla küsima minema. Panin Booking.com'i kaudu kinni linnavaatega toa, kuid saime pargivaatega toa (akna all autoparkla ja suur kuusk laiemat vaadet varjamas).

Aamiainen oli miellyttävä kokemus kauniissa ympäristössä. Huoneessa voisi olla vedenkeitin ja tee/kahvitarvikkeet, koska erityisesti talviaikaan hotellissa ei ole ravintolapalveluita.
