• Shaina19 (10/5): - Posizione perfetta, collegata direttamente con l'ascensore con la stazione di Tikkurila, di passaggio per la tratta Helsinki-aeroporto (quindi con treni che passano ogni 10 minuti, anche di notte). Il nostro monolocale era perfetto per due. Supermercato davanti all'entrata della struttura, non ci è servito prenotare anche la colazione.

• Toiviainen (4/5): - Helppo varaus. Päällepäin siistin näköinen huone. Tultaessa sisään oli huoneistossa kauhea haju! Hajusta yritin päästä eroon laittamalla liesituulettimen päälle, mutta se kierrättikin vain sisäilmaa tuoden huoneistoon myös voimakkaan paisto rasvan hajun. Lopulta avasin ikkunan... Oli kylmä nukkua avoimen ikkunan vieressä josta kuului yön aikana huutoa .. Lisäksi liesi ja uuni oli lukittu pois käytöstä joten ruoan lämmitys ei onnistunut ja varatut ruoat menivät hukkaan. Alun perin varasin huoneiston mainostetun parkkihallin vuoksi jotta saan autoni suojaan mutta perillä kuulin että hallipaikat olivatkin poistettu käytöstä.

Keittiö plussaa. - Vaikka asunnossa oli keittiö, ei keittiössä ollut esimerkiksi lautasia tai kulhoja. - heräsin aamulla klo 7 aikaan siihen kun vieressä asunnossa aloitettiin kova poraaminen, joka jatkui klo 9 asti. Olin tullut myöhään asunnolla nukkumaan ja olisin tarvinnut unta, mutta se katkesi ikävästi siihen. - suihkusta ei tullut lämmintä vettä.

• Johanna (6/5): - Itse huoneet ja palvelut hyvät. Sijainti todella huono. Käytävillä /puyykinpesualeilla oleskeli porukkaa joka ei ollut hotellivieraita, rappukäytävän ovia jätettiin auki henkareilla , samoin hissejä. Alueena aseman läheisyyden vuoksi levoton.

• Petteri (8/5): - Asiakaspalvelu toimi hyvin ja chat vastasi nopeasti. Pysäköinti halpa ja lähellä taloa. Varaus onnistui helposti asiakaspalvelusta. Sijainti erinomainen Tikkurilan asemalla. Julkisilla eli junalla helposti Helsinkiin. Lähellä Heurekaa helppo kävely. Hyvä asunto kahdella omalla huoneella, sopii perheelle. Tilaa myös omalle pinnasängylle. Keittomahdollisuus oma jääkaappi. Asunnon hajussa oli pinttynyt intialainen parfyymi tai ruuan haju. Onko kyse liesituulettimesta vai pinnoille imeytynyt, mutta jokainen meistä sen huomasi. Asunnon ulko-ovi ei ole lapsi ystävällinen, sitä ei saa varmistettua lukkoon niin että ovesta ei kuljeta. Lapset olivat jatkuvasti kahvassa kiinni. Asunnossa oli melko lämmin suomalaiselle matkustajalle ja ei mahdollisuutta säätää lämpötilaa. Kahvinkeitin ei toiminut odotetusti tai ei osattu käyttää. Uusimisen paikka. Huoneiden käytäväikkunat olisi hyvä saada verhoilla peittoon. Rappukäytävän levottomuudet olivat häiritsevää. Lapset ja teinit ja sekakäyttäjät valtasivat 1 kerroksen aulan josta ei uskaltanut kulkea ja kyseessä oli kuitenkin maanantainö tiistai keskiviikko vierailu. Tämä voi ratkaista seuraavan majoittumisen paikan. Turvallisuus huoletti.

• NellyPet (8/5): - Staðsetning fín, lestarstöðin nánast undir hótelinu en engin hávaði frá lestarstöðinni inni á herbergi. Stutt ganga á fundarstað og stutt að fara til að komast niður í Helsinki. Góðar leiðbeiningar og þjónusta sem sáu til þess að maður lenti ekki í vandræðum með að komast inn á hótelherbergið. Herbergi og hótel mjög hreint. Þetta var vinnuferð en það var ekki gott að koma sér fyrir inni á hótelherberginu til að vinna. Bara harðir barstólar sem mér fannst vont að sitja á í boði í herberginu. Það var óþægilegt að ganga á mottunni sem var á gólfinu fyrir framan rúmið, það hefði verið betra að sleppa að hafa mottu. Ég ýtti henni bara undir rúm til að losna við hana.
