- Korbi (9/5): - Hotel hält alles, was es verspricht. Gute Lage in Angra. Freundliches und motiviertes Personal. Leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Wir waren nur eine Nacht vor Ort, fanden den Aufenthalt jedoch sehr gelungen. Relativ hellhörig.

- Nadia (8/5): - Gute Lage in einem modernen Hotel. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Zentrum von Angra mit all den Restaurants liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Praktisch waren die kostenlosen Parkplätze auf dem Innenhof. Das Frühstück war gut, aber der zweite „richtige“ Espresso kostet. Die amerikanische Brühe, die es kostenlos gibt, mögen wir nicht.

Não gostei da decoração do corredor de acesso aos quartos, no entanto, isso não interferiu em nada na qualidade da estada é apenas um pormenor de gosto.

- Anna (10/5): Centrally located hotel - Great location. Short downhill walk to city center. Spacious comfy, room. Excellent free breakfast!! Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Small gym was also nice.
- ZzVeloso (7/5): Boa. - A localização e o Parque de Estacionamento. Super central e com muito espaço para estacionamento (so do hotel). Adorei a maquina de fazer panquecas do pequeno almoço. Do sistema de ar condicionado. Na recepção têm controlo sobre a unidade exterior pelo que se penas que esta a aquecer o quarto (está normalmente muito frio) e apenas se está a aligar a ventilação. Péssimo.

- Daniel (6/5): Not too bad for the price - Nice spacious superior room. Friendly staff. Breakfasts as a good range of quality food. Fairly central location. I had a room facing the street so the noise from the cobblestones intruded a bit. I had to keen asking to have the air on turned on as I could not have the windows open due to the noise. Beds were firm but needed a mattress topper as they were not as comfortable as they could have been. I think you should provide filtered water machines to reduce plastic bottle usage. I hung up my bathroom towels but every day they were changed which is not good for the environment or energy usage.

- claudej399 (2/5): Be careful with their no-show policy — even force majeure doesn't matter to management - The hotel itself may be fine, but I strongly advise any traveller — whether an individual tourist or part of a group — to think twice before reserving here. Our Erasmus delegation (7 teachers from France and Italy) had booked and fully prepaid rooms for February 8–14, 2026. Due to severe weather conditions, our flights were unable to land on Terceira Island and we were diverted, arriving two days late through absolutely no fault of our own. We were literally on the plane, ready to come. Despite providing full explanations and offering to supply official flight diversion records and weather reports, management refused any refund for the two unused nights and three unused breakfasts. Their response? Strict application of the no-show policy — no exceptions, no nuance, regardless of the circumstances. The front desk contact (Alina) was genuinely kind and clearly uncomfortable with the decision, which tells you everything about where the problem lies: with management's rigidity, not the staff. If your flight gets delayed, diverted, or cancelled for any reason — weather, technical issues, anything — don't expect this hotel to show the slightest flexibility. You will lose your money, full stop. This is not a place that looks after its guests when things go wrong. If you value knowing that you will be treated fairly in an unexpected situation, book somewhere else. There are plenty of other options on Terceira Island.

- Savio (8/5): Decepcionante para um hotel 4 estrelas. - Quarto e banheiro amplos, cama muito confortável, roupas de cama impecáveis, boa localizaçao, bom café da manhã. Um hotel de 4 estrelas não pode apresentar as falhas que este apresenta. Logo na chegada, no inicio da noite, agauardamos 15 minutos na recepção. Nemhum funcinário, nenhuma campainha, parecia um hotel fantasma. O quarto apresentava paredes descascadas abaixo da janela, piso quebrado e solto no banheiro, A cama de casal só tinha uma mesinha de cabeceira, improvisamos uma cadeira. Praticamente nenhuma comodidade como chinelos, shampoo e condicionador de cabelo. Apenas um dispenser de parede. O secador de cabelos estava queimado. Foi providenciado outro após reclamação. Surreal.

Es musste via Vorbestellung gesagt werden was man möchte und wann. Das war sehr schade. Ausserdem war die größere Service Dame morgens unfreundlich. Hat leider nicht das gebracht, was man bestellt hatte. Nach Nachfrage, ob diese bitte gebracht werden können wurden die Augen gerollt und ein ungutes Gefühl übermittelt. Man hatte das Gefühl, man solle wie die anderen Monteur Gäste schnell eine Kleinigkeit essen und dann verschwinden... Sehr unschön leider gewesen

- Annette (9/5): Schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Zu dieser Jahreszeit (Winter, über Weihnachten) war das Hotel noch nicht ausgebucht, wir hatten viel Ruhe, nettes Personal im Hotel und ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Bis auf 2 Tage gab es immer ein Frühstücksbuffet, bei dem jeder auch etwas Leckeres finden konnte, das den persönlichen Wünschen entsprochen hat. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich, das Hotel ist direkt in der Innenstadt von Angra gelegen, in 5-10 Minute ist man zu Fuß bis am Hafen unten und auch in der Shoppingmeile im Stadtzentrum. Wenn man im Winter da ist, wo es oft auch stürmisch ist, weiß man die Heizung / Klimaanlage im Hotel sehr zu schätzen!

Frigorifico que não abre... casa de banho a necessitar de muita atenção (exemplo o sabonete e o gel de duche num único ponto, com um doseador que não lembra a ninguém). - Pequeno-almoço a necessitar de mais atenção de quem esta na sala, porque a falta da reposição de alguns alimentos leva demasiado tempo a ser reposta... a máquina das panquecas que não funciona e mais umas quantas coisas.
