• sudhakar rao (2/5): Average resort like a 2 start hotel - It was an average experience with a cottage room and food,the route was very bad to reach the resort.The lake and private waterfall was good Food was average and the commute was very straining.The facilities and amenities were average and it's overpriced

• Debashis (5/5): Not ideal for family with kid - The staffs are very friendly. It’s in the remote place surrounded by forests. So the room should have proper pest control done but that was not the case. We found lizards inside the room and spiderweb around window curtains. Location is far away which might not be an issue but the roads are very narrow and not ideal to travel post sunset.

• Shreyas (9/5): Leisure and laid back for at least 2 nights. - Ambience, nature, greenary, food and facilities. Excellent for 1 or 2 day leisure trip. But it is bit away from city centre so if you are up for sight seeing, this is bit inconvenient. Better book a hotel in madikeri that helps sight seeing and come here to end your trip on a leisurely note.

The breakfast buffet option is very limited and taste wise it is poor. 2. ⁠The quality of food is poor 3. ⁠Shower, Intercom not working 4. ⁠No room service at night 5. ⁠No basic toiletries provided For all these poor services and lack of basic services, they had charged like anything. They had charged at 4/5 star level charges but not even provided 1/2 star level services. Even after repeated complaints to them yielded no improvement. Beware of this resort, don’t book ever

Very hospitable, special mention to Pradeep, who took great care of us. Absolutely loved everything about the property, we were told there are plans to make a cricket pitch and football area near the pond, our humble suggestion kindly reconsider. The beauty of this property is the untouched natural landscape please retain that.

• Raja (9/5): Relaxing stay in Coorg - The location. The spacious villa which we booked. The restaurant. Wilson in the restaurant was amazing. The water supply was erratic. They fixed it. But hot water in one of the rooms was not fixed until we left.

There was a variety of items one could choose from for every meal. The room service was also appreciable. The staff were very polite. It is a safe place for your family members and especially kids.

The resort's breathtaking location offers tranquility and natural beauty, making it an ideal escape from city life. The cool, refreshing weather was perfect, and the spectacular views of the surrounding hills and valleys, especially the mesmerizing sunsets, greatly enhanced our experience. Thank you for providing such a beautiful and serene setting for our getaway. While we enjoyed our stay at 3 Hill Resort, there are some areas for improvement. The cleanliness of the guest rooms, particularly the bathrooms, needs better attention, and the carpets and upholstery could benefit from a deep clean. Additionally, the dining area should be free from insects, and cleanliness should be consistently maintained, especially during peak times. Basic hygiene practices are in place, but more rigorous training for staff could enhance overall standards. The WiFi was also not working during our stay, which was a significant inconvenience and remained unresolved despite complaints.

Also they didn't provide any alternative leisure activities since we have missed the camp fire, trekking and coffee plantation visit because of the rain. And its part of there services and discount was not provided even though we missed these activities.

• Swarna (9/5): Beautiful Place to stay in coorg! - The premium tent I stayed had a breathtaking view of the lake. Facilities inside the tent were impeccable. Staff were courteous and informative. Could hear birds chirping in the morning and the whole stay was therapeutic. The breakfast spread was kinda disappointing! Even coffee and tea was distasteful. It would be great if they can improve on it.

I had the experience of my network dropped before 10 kms from the property and just managed to reach with the help of a stranger helping us with his connectivity. It is a digital detox for about 70 hours but a bit painful since communication with family also cut off.

We can see Ducks, cows & dogs is always roaming in-front of our room and view from the sit out is amazing . Small man made swimming pool and small natural waterfalls inside the plantation is giving additional enjoyments . As everybody knows about the weather in coorg on December month which is always a breeze with low temperatures. Free breakfast and night food was good . They arranged bonfire and delicious barbecue for us on additional charges . ( Staff was very cooperative specially mr. Gavin who is taking care all animals over there and he took us on the walk through plantation . Some of the points which we noticed while our stay at three hills # full time life guard not available on swimming pool which is required for guest safety mainly for kids # Need proper walking steps to water falls area and there is no barricade on the water falls for safety # Need proper maintenance on outside lights which is having exposed joints and possible shock. # Maintenance on plumbing is very poor, > water coming through shower is very less in swimming poll area and rooms . >Water taps are not available on walk ways ,> toilet seats are not screwed properly # More road sign boards require on car road mainly from talacavery side . Since there is limited mobile range in the region it’s difficult for getting the maps through online . #

My wife and I visited there to celebrate her first birthday after our wedding and it was lovely! Right from the staff to the location, the tent that we stayed at, the food, everything just exceeded what we were expecting and it just made our vacation the more enjoyable! I’ll definitely recommend Three Hills to my friend Ana family and definitely gonna pay another visit soon ♥️ We went on a coffee plantation hike and I wish that it could’ve been more detailed. Again, no complaints with the view and the guide who showed us the way and explained various things we found on the way… we just felt that we’d enjoy it more if it was a longer trail.

Though the rooms had Wifi, the interruptions were too many. Interestingly the Wifi works well near restaurant and reception; which means the resort just need to spend more to extend the wifi effectiveness to the rooms
