Zahlreiche Defekte, die hätten dem Hotelbetreiber _vorher_ auffallen müssen: Defekte Leuchte am Bett, nicht funktionierender Abfluss im Waschbecken, Duschkabinen-Tür schließt nicht, übler Geruch im Eingangsbereich/Küche, abgewetztes Kopfteil am Bett. Da es auf Anhieb nur E-Mail abends für Kontaktaufnahme gab, verschob sich die Rückmeldung auf den nächsten Morgen und das Aus-Checken: „Ja, wir haben Ihre E-Mail gesehen“ Wow, das nenne ich „Kundenorientierung“…

- Susanne (8/5): - Das Frühstück war super und günstig Habe 30 Minuten vor Ankunft gebucht, kein Personal mehr vor Ort. Einchecken ging nicht PC war ausgefallen. Probleme wurde zwar schnell gelöst, aber dann das Zimmer, es war eiskalt. Die Heizung muss seit Tagen ausgestellt gewesen sein. Auf unsere Nachfrage wurde uns dann morgens gesagt, der Chef hätte wegen der hohen Heizkosten angeordnet alle nicht gebuchten Zimmer bis 16 Uhr nicht zu heizen. Schlecht für die, die kurzfristig buchen. Habe vorgeschlagen, man könnte ja wenigstens 1 Zimmer heizen, falls mal kurzfristig bucht

Nous étions perdus. Une fois ce fonctionnement compris, nous y étions très bien. Il manquait une machine à café dans la chambre pour nous dépanner.

- Susanne (9/5): Geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung. - Ich kam erst sehr spät abends an, so dass ich bis auf die Abgabe der Zimmerkarte am nächsten Morgen keinen persönlichen Kontakt mit dem Hotelpersonal hatte. Die elektronische Kommunikation war aber sehr präzise und freundlich, und es hat alles bestens geklappt. Das Zimmer war wunderbar geräumig, mit einem guten Bett und einer erstaunlich gut ausgestatteten Küchenzeile (incl. Herd mit Backofen/Mikrowelle und sogar Backpapier). Neuwertiges Bad mit großer ebenerdiger Dusche. Ich war also sehr zufrieden.

Sun had been on the building all day, shutters left open and no air-conditioning. Hotel is unstaffed in the evenings so we spent a very uncomfortable night. However fans were provided the following morning once we were able to speak to staff.

If the S-Bahn travels (it was closed for works during our stay), connection is great. Check-in was a nightmare. Hotel was very close to railway station and train S5 went directly to Frankfurt exhibition center. Restaurants can be find within 600m radius. Because reception is open only limited time it VERY difficult to check in. Lack of English spoken personnel
