We reserved a King bed with a sofa bed, and the room and bathroom were very spacious. I found the bed to be way too firm for my taste, but my husband found it comfortable(and I usually bring extra blankets/pillows and forgot). Bed was a bit firm but again, personal preference.

- Go68610082028 (10/5): Will definitely come back - I stayed here yesterday night to get away from a blizzard at home. I live one county over and it was fabulous and amazing. Pool was nice. I got my laundry done and I give this place a 10 out of 10. I got to watch the ball drop. I dreamed staying in a hotel the night before I came here and I got a dream come true so I will definitely stay here again and people are nice and Hampton Inn is one of the best hotels that I like. So I definitely give this place a 10 out of 10.

- Dan (10/5): - Rode my bike 77 miles in the heat to this place including 1.5 miles up a very steep hill. I was sweaty and tired. How nice to meet Xander who not only patiently checked me in but offered me a water... the elevator was fast, the room spotless, and laundry efficient. It was nice they had a limited beer selection. I was disappointed the fridge was off, but my wife suggested using the ice bucket to keep the beer cold and it worked. My biggest disappointment was no food within walking distance and Uber seemingly unavailable... I did walk to town and back for food, but should have just had something delivered. Nice soft bed, shower head valve was messed up (water sprayed out while I was filling a tub to soak in), but worked out with extra towels. Breakfast was great and hit the spot. Would stay again!

- lisatravels (8/5): Great Location, Decent Hotel - Awesome location - views of mountain and over the city on three sides. If you are a walker it would likely be a nice walk from downtown (heat wave when I was there, so didn't try walking). Room was standard - seemed newish. This is the first hotel I have been in which you need to turn the fridge on as they are saving electricity. I like this in theory, but was a bit frustrated that I came in during a heat wave with food in ice chest and had to wait for it to cool, also knob seemed to be close to falling off from much use and it was slightly hard to get down there and find the knob. It's a small fridge with a tiny ice compartment, which is not ideal for a location where a lot of folks are planning to do a lot of walking/hiking and carrying food - saw multiple folks with ice chests. Hotel ice maker was empty when I tried to use it. I liked the all hotel entrances were accessible - easy to roll in items on wheels.

Comfortable beds, great shower, and plenty of pillows make the room a welcoming place. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a pool here, too.

Everything was great except the pool. We went stayed there at the end of November. The heat was not on in the pool area and the pool was really cold. Someone did come in to turn on the pool heater while were there but they said it would take several hours to heat up. Our family and the other families trying to use the pool were only able to swim a few minutes due to the cold.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great experience - The front desk service and housekeeping we had contact with were super friendly and accommodating! We called ahead and got a pack n play delivered to our room ahead of time before arrival, free fresh coffee or hot tea available for chilly winter day, hot yummy breakfast, private parking lot, and very clean hotel. It was clean overall from common areas to the pool and our room. It is obvious they take time to clean thoroughly. We have a toddler and a baby so cleanliness is very important to us and this hotel and the staff exceeded every expectation. It is not located downtown which makes it more quiet/peaceful, but a quick 3 minute drive and you have access to basically everything.
