• Laure (7/5): Endroit central dans Rome - Emplacement super ! A 5 min à pieds du Vatican, à 35 min à pied de la Fontaine de Trevis et vraiment pas loin d'autres lieux immanquables dans Rome ! Trop de bruit et de lumière la nuit. Il serait bien d'installer un rideau aux fenêtres car le volet laisse passer toute la lumière de la rue ! Également des odeurs désagréables dans la salle de bain avec la cuvette des wc cassée et des restes de produits vides dans les tiroirs, ménage à revoir pour la salle de bain..

• Nigel (7/5): Very good, but you need to understand what you are getting. - Location is amazing and it has a kitchen area. Also, the owner was very accommodating. Beds are average at best and the thin walls and door straight into the kitchen did not feel very private.

• Patrick (5/5): Déçu de la prestation pour un prix élevé, seule la localisation était intéressante. - LA LOCALISATION Le petit déjeuner était à l'extérieur avec un coupon (très simple café croissant). Nous avons reçu la barre de douche 2 fois sur la tête (tenait avec un adhésif dans une salle de bain humide !!!) Plus de porte coulissante à la douche. Pas de réparation de la barre de douche malgré notre demande. Ménage trop juste, la cuisine n'a été débarrassée des poubelles (pleines à notre arrivée) qu'après l'avoir réclamé !!!! Equipement tout juste sommaire. Pas d'accueil, juste une boite à clé...Le linge salle était entassé dans un coin. Draps troués !!!!

La zona es hermosa y segura Las instalaciones de la cocina a disposición, fácil de usar incluidos todos los utensilios básicos El desayuno incluido que si bien era un café con un croissant, era en un lugar hermoso, con porciones grandes Eran dos camas juntas, pero se separaban constantemente

Se puede mejorar la estadia. - Lo bueno: La ubicacion es excelente, el anfitrion fue amable, respondiendo rapido nuestros mensaje y nos dio vouchers para ir a desayunar en Mancini. Si bien las sirenas de las ambulancias pasan haciendo mucho ruido, al contar con ventanas herméticas no se escucha practicamente el ruido de la calle. El espacio comun esta bien dividido por habitaciones y por ultimo, la ducha tenía buena presión. ESTABAMOS EN LA HABITACION 2 Lo malo: Respecto al baño, la tapa del baño estaba floja, la del tacho de basura estaba rota. La ducha filtra agua por el piso y no te dejan ningun trapo para secar. No nos dejaron jabon, solo Shampoo. Con respecto a la habitacion, son dos camas individuales juntas y las almohadas son extremadamente finas/delgadas. Al estar las habitaciones muy pegadas se escucha todo (nos toco alguien al lado que alquilo con mascota y no paraba de ladrar su perro incluso a altas horas de la noche como, así también, se escuchaban las cañerías con agua cuando se bañaban/usaban el baño). Por ultimo, el aire acondicionado no funciona. Respecto al pasillo del edificio huele muy mal, teniendo que taparnos la nariz al salir ya que te produce arcadas. ESTABAMOS EN LA HABITACION 2

• SEBASTIANO (4/5): non da rifare - sicuramente la cortesia del gestore e la vicinanza a piazza San Pietro sono ottimi ed anche raggiungibile con la metropolitana. La pulizia del bagno, incrostazioni di calcare nel water, nel sifone della doccia che ho scrostato in parte io per fare uscire l'acqua, pulizia delle salviette, probabilmente pulite ma con enormi macchie, stanza non insonorizzata, arrivavano rumori da ovunque, colazione minima, una brioches e un cappuccino in un bar bello ma non certo cortesi.

• OSWALDO (5/5): Es un alojamiento que solo tiene una buena ubicación - La ubicación El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y la habitación se hacia muy calurosa, el bajande del WC estaba dañado y botaba agua todo el rato haciendo un ruido molesto.
• Barbara (7/5): - We recommend this B&B mainly for location reasons and cost. Our host was wonderful and helpful with all questions. The only issue was our toilet kept running and running. The shower could use a shelve or caddy for soaps and shampoo.
• Juan manuel (6/5): - La ubicación muy buena. La zona aunque con mucho tránsito de vehículos se ve segura. Muy cerca de la parada del bus que te lleva y te trae del aeropuerto. Está justo en la misma calle. Pone que es un hotel y es un piso particular con habitaciones y zonas comunes. El desayuno es un vale para ir a un bar cercano donde te dan un pasta y un café. Las instalaciones un poco anticuadas.

A due passi da piazza San Pietro, Castel Sant'Angelo, Auditorium della Conciliazione e fermata della metro M.A. (Ottaviano). Consigliato! Materasso e cuscini letto un po' scomodi ma puliti. Sanitari (wc e bidet) più datati del resto del bagno. Piccolezze che se migliorate darebbero maggior prestigio alla struttura. (Ma tutto sommato nulla di così negativo)

• Giovanni (5/5): Buona solo la posizione - La posizione Scarico del water che non andava (affianco c'era una bacinella da usare al posto dello sciacquone), c'era un continuo rumore tipo di ventola durante tutta la notte provenire dalla stanza adiacente, i cuscini erano bassi e duri.

• Carola (6/5): Rent och tryggt område, många bra restauranger och man slipper horderna med turisterna. - Mycket god cappuccino och croissant, men för liten frukost för oss då vi gillar juice och ägg och smörgås också. Kuddarna var stenhårda, men sängen var skön. Vi bodde väldigt nära polisstationen så vi hörde sirener ofta, dock blev det mycket bättre när fönstren var stängda. Appropå fönstren så gick det inte att se ut för fönsterluckorna kunde tyvärr inte öppnas. Toalettstolen rann också hela tiden vilket kan vara irriterande om man är ljudkänslig.

• Fernando (9/5): Muy bien. Alojamiento tal cual se describe en Booking - Muy cerca del Vaticano y bien comunicado con el centro de Roma. Habitación cómoda y limpia. Baño espacioso. Faltaba una puerta de la mampara de la ducha y había que tener bastante cuidado para que el agua no se saliera y salpicara el suelo.

• Lucia (7/5): - Muito boa localização perto da Básilica de Sao Pedro. Fizemos tudo a pé A sanita e o choveiro tinham problemas. Edificio bastante velho e as persianas não se abriam.
• Ivo (6/5): - Great location, clean place. The way its advertised its misleading, the apartment is divided and the kitchen is actually shared, also had a bit of bad luck with our room there was insane amount of noise coming from the wall because of the water, couldn't really get much sleep

• Sara (6/5): - La ubicación era genial, al lado del vaticano, autobuses a la puerta de casa y no había mal ambiente ni inseguridad. El aire acondicionado de la habitación estaba estropeado, se oía bastante el ruido de la calle y de las habitaciones de al lado. Y eran dos camas, no una de matrimonio. El desayuno normal, eran tickets pra una cafetería de abajo y solo entraba un café y un croissant.

• REKA73 (8/5): Una buona struttura per esplorare Roma - camera spaziosa e comoda a tutti i servizi (metro Ottaviano a 10 minuti) San Pietro a 5 minuti a piedi tranquillo nonostante fossimo in centro e la camera si affacciasse sulla strada
• Emma (10/5): Perfekt och prisvärt boende. Rekommenderar starkt då det ändå låg gångavstånd till allt. - Väldigt nära till allt trots att det låg på andra sidan vattnet av centrum. Gångavstånd till allt. B&B med tre sovrum, så det var inte mycket spring. Bra ljudisolerade fönster, så man hörde inte allt ljud från gatan. Aircondition var perfekt! Sköna sängar.

• Stephen (7/5): Great place to stay near the Vatican, easy bus access to city center - It was nice to have access to the kitchen & washing machine. The bed was comfortable and it was walking distance to a good amount of shops and restaurants near the Vatican. Bus stop was right outside the door. The shower was a little hard to use. Not a dislike, but just a heads up that it is a 20-25 minute walk or bus ride to the city center (Colosseum, etc) but GREAT for any activities near the Vatican.
• Jet (10/5): Would definitely recommend! - The location is perfect! It was really clean when I arrived and my room got also cleaned during the second day (I stayed there for 2 nights). The property is classic and the view is nice. Very good for this process in Rome!

• Pavla (5/5): Total ignorance from the owner. This is a shame because the location is exceptional and the room is OK too. - Great location, well equiped kitchen. No personnel on site. Tried to reach the manager multiple times by phone or e-mail without success. Included breakfast not provided- restaurant closed for repair. No refund given for the breakfast. Our room was left opened by the housekeeper after cleaning. Fortunatelly, we kept no valuables in the room.

• Alla (10/5): Perfect place, great location - Great location, literally 5 minutes walk from Vatican Center. The room is cozy, warm with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was served in the cafe nearby: coffee and tasty croissant. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back and recommend to my friends. I was also allowed a late checkout with no additional fees. Big thanks to the owner. Everything was great

It was clean, quite cosy, was well equipped. The owner was friendly and helpful. I would like to come again. I liked to live not at the hotel, to feel more the taste of local life. Had an opportunity to eat at home and/or prepare meal at home. -

• Joseph (8/5): Scary as hell for late checking in...then stepped into a previous-century feel of Italian ambiance. - Excellent location for Vatican City. Loved the traditional working shutters on the window. (Nothing new or modern here...a fascinating step back in time.) Loved the ambiance of the classic 2-doored elevator and the marble stairs. Easy access to several restaurant selections very close by. Pleasantly close (8 minute walk) to the SIT airport bus pick-up/drop-off point. I was quite scared when I arrived in that, although I booked with late-arrival notification, I was not informed until later that there was no predetermined late check in procedure. I did not have international calling and I do not speak Italian and if I hadn't found 2 accommodating local ladies at the close-by restaurant to call in and explain to me how to get to the hidden lock box and get my keys, I might have had to sleep on the sidewalk the first night. The outer entrance was very dark. The language barrier and lack of late check-in procedures was daunting and stressful.

• Jan (8/5): Very good - Great location and room We had trouble trying to get into the door on the main floor where we stayed. Two nights in a row we had to get assistance from the manager by phone or from other guests who were staying in the room next to us - very frustrating.
• Avanzi (8/5): Great choice - The location is great, few minutes from the main attractions. Self check in was easy. . Sometimes the intervener doesn’t work. My bedroom’s window was facing the street and it was a little bit noisy at some point of the day.

• Karol (8/5): Great location and comfortable, as a budget option. - The location is hard to beat, especially for the price. The owner was extremely helpful and very friendly. There was a mechanical noise going off randomly all through the day and night, which woke me up and the TV didn't seem to work. The doors could be tricky to open and we felt like the keys would snap in them.
