• Steve (10/5): Super place with caring hosts.. - Maria is lovely and works very hard to make your stay a memorable one. Our room was spotlessly clean with a wonderful view of the mountains. The break was special too. All fresh and homemade. Excellent.👍 Nothing - but be prepared that dinner is a few miles away..
• Rui (8/5): Boa estadia e boa relação preço/qualidade. - A Maria Jesus foi uma excelente anfitriã, procurando esclarecer todas as nossas dúvidas e ajudando com informação dos passeios que tínhamos planeado. O pequeno almoço tem alguns produtos caseiros. Estacionamento privado em frente ao alojamento. Apresento duas sugestões de melhoria: 1) O pequeno almoço é um pouco desiquilibrado, apresenta sobretudo produtos ricos em hidratos de carbono e gordura, mas é escasso em proteína. Penso que seria uma mais valia ter ovos (mexidos, escalfados, etc), fiambre, presunto e queijos da zona. 2) O WC carece de um extrator de fumos para o quarto não ficar com demasiada humidade.

• Dorine Mignolet (10/5): Een knap huis, een zalige omgeving en een heel prettige gastvrouw en -heer - Wat een fijn plekje hier, te midden van de Picos de Europa en Tonga National Park. Vanop het bergje in Sames heb je als gast bij Maria en Roman al meteen fraaie zichten op al het moois dat de natuur hier te bieden heeft. De uitvalsbasis is dan ook ideaal om heel wat natuurwandelingen te ondernemen of wat dan ook in deze prachtige bergregio. Hun huis is warm met veel houtelementen en aangekleed met oog voor detail en gezelligheid. Het is een huis met veel ziel (103 jaar oud dit jaar, wist Maria te vertellen) dat prachtig gerenoveerd werd met respect voor de authenticiteit en met een kunstzinnige eigenheid. Het ontbijt is al even goed verteerbaar als de omgeving: elke dag start met een vers fruitsapje, een warme drank naar keuze en heel wat huisgemaakt lekkers (zoet en hartig). Met liefde gemaakt, dat smaakt! Ook de welwillendheid van dit warme koppel om tips en tricks te geven, hebben wij als heel positief ervaren. Een dikke dankjulliewel voor een heel fijn verblijf!! /
• elias (9/5): - Sobre todo el trato familiar, he pasado una semana solo y me he sentido muy bien con María Jesús y Román, una pareja muy atenta y buena gente....La limpieza un 10, el desayuno genial con una sorpresa todos los días, todo hecho por ellos de sus animales y frutales, la tranquilidad inmejorable, la ubicación perfecta, cerca de lo más importante... Vamos mejor imposible, sólo pongo un pero, hecho de menos siempre un pequeño bar par tomar algo sin tener que moverme, pero se que les falta espacio y lo entiendo...En definitiva todo genial, muchas gracias pareja y hasta la próxima vez, que seguro volveré 😍😍 Todo perfecto, yo buscaba algo sencillo y acogedor, para mí genial 👌

Es como ir a una gran casa del pueblo de un amigo. Aparcamiento en la puerta, tranquilidad total. Ideal para desconectar. Es decir, si no dispones de coche o buscas estar cerca de restaurantes y calles comerciales, este no es tu sitio. Yo era lo que buscaba, así que encantado.

• Alberto (10/5): Increíble experiencia en Sames - Lugar precioso entre las montañas, perfecto para gente amante de la naturaleza y de ese tipo de entornos. María Jesús y Ramón son dos personas encantadoras y super atentas con todas las personas que van a la casa. Desayunos increíbles y super atentos con personas con dietas vegetarianas y con alergias. Recomendable al 100% y para volver!

Se duerme muy bien y por la mañana te espera el desayuno casero de María Jesús,abundante y distinto todos los días.Mientras entre ella y Román te ayudan a organizar el día y ver rincones preciosos. Muchas gracias a los dos,nos sentimos como en casa. Es difícil encontrar algo pero por hacer una sugerencia, pondría un microondas o algo así en la casa porque en el pueblo no hay nada donde comer nada, y cuando vuelves de todo el día de excursión tener que coger coche para ir a cenar da un poco de pereza.

• VeronicA (10/5): Te va a gustar 100% - La atención de María Jesús y Román es excelente a cualquier hora y el desayuno artesano que hace María Jesús es increíble, la limpieza es de 10. Por la mañana te realizan briefings para aconsejarte buenas rutas/excursiones por Asturias (hacerles caso que saben de lo que hablan). Nos gustó todo muchísimo, pero sí que es verdad, que si los huéspedes pudieran tener a mano una nevera/congelador sería ya la excelencia, ya que sino no tienes nada fresquito para tomar allí. Poder disponer de un picnic para llevar en el caso de que marches pronto por la mañana para hacer rutas/excursiones es necesario, ya que el desayuno solo es de 9:00 a 10:00, y para aprovechar bien el día es complicado.

Located in the village of Sames in the Asturian mountains it was a pleasure to make up and look through the window. The hosts were amazing, always asked us about our plans and helped to plan out routes and activities for the day, they gave very helpful tips. Made our stay in Asturias a very pleasant experience! Delicious breakfast with homemade pastries!

Her breakfasts were homemade and delicious, while enjoying the view out on the terrace each morning. The location was great, in the middle of the mountains. Our only negative comment is that the room was small, especially with our large suitcases.

• Jackie (9/5): Gorgeous getaway in the mountains - The location was gorgeous. The hotel was spacious, owners were lovely. Breakfast was a real treat. parking is great. really gorgeous little place. The only issue we had was how noisy the rooms were above us, with wooden floors and people walking around with shoes and going up stairs. we moved upstairs the second night views weren’t as nice but so much quieter.
• Valentina (10/5): An exceptional stay - perfect in every way, we will definitely be back! - Exceptional B&B in a perfect location. The 100 year old property was beautifully renovated - the amenities were modern, but the property still retained its antique charm. The rooms were spacious, and the beds incredibly comfortable. The highlight were the spectacular breakfasts, which consisted of an array of freshly-baked home-made goodies, which we enjoyed on the terrace, while looking out over the surrounding mountains. The location was perfect and offered easy access to the Picos de Europa National Park. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend staying in a room on the upper floor as you can otherwise hear the movements of the people upstairs (this is to be expected - it is an old house after all).
